Introductions
This machine is a High Pressure Cleaner producing water jet under high-pressure,which is why
severe injuries can occur if the safety precautions are not observed. Therefor a full understanding
of the contents of this instruction manual is required, in order to prevent injuries to you, objects
and persons near by.

Getting acquainted with your High Pressure Cleaner
Fast and efficient cleaning
The TERYAIR High pressure Cleaner PW-200 enables you to get more cleaning done in less
time, fully independent of power supply.
The TERYAIR High pressure cleaner offers you high performance yet a compact design.
The compact design enables the machines to be agile within inconvenient places even at staircases,
and the high performance gives you the opportunity to solve an array of cleaning tasks. This High
pressure Cleaner is designed for heavy industrial use as well as for cleaning contractors. All pump
parts, fittings and pipes in contact with water are made of non-corrosive materials.

These heavy-duty High pressure Cleaner are capable of removing any kind of dirt:
Algae off concrete constructions
Paint and graffiti off walls
Dust, dirt, soil & mud off floors
Oil & grease off engines and other mechanical parts
Dirt and salt deposits off ship decks
This machine is only to be used for the purpose it is designed for. Any other
use shall be considered improper and therefore potentially dangerous. The

Operations
To prevent accidents from happening, ensure the safety of the person(s) who
uses the equipment and to protect bystanders and nearby placed inventory
or machinery, a few safety precautions needs attention.
1) Treat the machine as a high-speed cutting tool.
2) Anyone under the age of 18 is NOT allowed to use the machine.
3) Always keep the High Pressure Cleaner and its accessories in good working condition.
Check the machine for defects. Do NOT start up the machine if there is any defect. Have the
machine serviced.
4) When using the High Pressure Cleaner and its accessories, eye protection must be worn to
protect against repelling or ricocheting matters causing eye damage.
5) Suitable Clothing and footwear must be worn while using the equipment to protect the operator
Do not try to clean clothes or footwear with the machine.
6) Precautions must be made to keep bystanders away from the working range.
7) Do NOT spray-clean on yourself, others or live animals. The high-pressure beams are capable
of making severe injuries.
8) Do NOT spray at electrical equipment OR the machine itself.
9) While repairing or servicing the equipment and its accessories always make sure the machine
is turned off and disconnected from the main input source.
10) Only allow instructed personnel to operate the machine.
11) Activating the trigger/ gun can cause backward force therefore always hold spray lance with
both hands.
12) When pausing during operation turned off the main switch of the machine and ensures that the
trigger/gun is locked.
13) Only use high-pressure hoses, connections and nozzles specified by TERYAIR.
ASSEMBLY
1) Push fit Trolly handle on Trolly Frame (Item no.1) as shown in Exploded View.
2) Fix Trolly side hanger (Item No.2) on Trolly Handle with Spacer
(Item No.11) and Nylock Nut (Part No.12) as shown in Exploded View.
3) Mount firmly Pressure Gauge (Item No.26) on the Extension pipe
(Item No.25)as shown in Exploded View.
4) Attach Inlet Hose (Item No.27) to High Pressure Pump inlet as shown in Exploded View.
5) Attach Discharge Hose (Item No.28) to High Pressure Pump outlet as shown in Exploded View.
6) Attach Gun (Item No.29) with Quick Connect Wand (Item No.30) as shown in Exploded View.
7) Connect Gun complete with Discharge Hose (Item No.28) as shown in Exploded View.
8) Attach Quick connect Nozzle (Item No. 35) as per your requirement.

Risk of injury. Ensure nozzle is completely inserted in QC socket
and QC snap ring is fully engaged ( forward) before squeezing gun
trigger.
0º nozzle-red. This nozzle delivers a pinpoint stream and is extremely
powerful.It covers a very small area of cleaning. This nozzle should
only be used on surface that can withstand this high pressure such as
metal or concrete. Do not use on wood.
15º nozzle-yellow. This nozzle delivers a powerful 15 degree spray
pattern for intense cleaning of small areas. This nozzle should only be
used on areas that can withstand the high pressure from this nozzle.
25º nozzle-green. This nozzle delivers a 25 degree spray pattern for
intense cleaning of larger areas. This nozzle should only be used on
areas that can withstand the pressure from this nozzle.
40º nozzle-white. This nozzle delivers a 40 degree spray pattern and
a less powerful stream of water. It covers a wide area of cleaning,
this nozzle should be used for most general cleaning jobs.
Chemical nozzle -back. This nozzle is used to apply chemicals or
cleaning solutions. It has the least power stream.
NOTE Major changes in Design are permitted as Variations of Approvals but may
otherwise be made without prior notice.

STARTING
Prior to starting, refer to your manual for proper starting procedures.
1. Verify the Inlet filter Pipe(27) is in water inlet of pump.
NOTE Cone side faces out.
2. Connect water source to pump inlet.
NOTE Water source must provide a minimum of 5 gallons per minute at 20 P.S.I.
3. Turn water source on.
