installation.
DESCRIPTION
ThisservicebulletincontainsthepartsandinstructionsnecessarytoperformHSTAECMwiretermination
andconnectorconversionsfromthecurrentHSTAECMconnectordesigntothesparesreplacement
HSTAECMthatincludesproductimprovements.
COMPLIANCE
OPTIONAL.Thisservicebulletincanbeaccomplishedatthediscretionoftheowner.
AservicebulletinpublishedbyCessnaAircraftCompanymayberecordedas“completed”inanaircraft
logonlywhenthefollowingrequirementsaresatisfied:
1)Themechanicmustcompletealloftheinstructionsintheservicebulletin,includingtheintent
therein.
2)Themechanicmustcorrectlyuseandinstallallapplicablepartssuppliedwiththeservicebulletin
kit.OnlywithwrittenauthorizationfromCessnaAircraftCompanycansubstitutepartsorrebuilt
partsbeusedtoreplacenewparts.
3)Themechanicorairplaneownermustusethetechnicaldataintheservicebulletinonlyas
approvedandpublished.
4)Themechanicorairplaneownermustapplytheinformationintheservicebulletinonlytoaircraft
serialnumbersidentifiedinthe“Effectivity”sectionofthebulletin.
5)Themechanicorairplaneownermustusemaintenancepracticesthatareidentifiedasacceptable
standardpracticesintheaviationindustryandgovernmentalregulations.
