Important Safety Information
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefullly.
2. This appliance must only be connected to the same mains voltage as shown on
the product rating plate.
3. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse or rinse housing, cord
or plug in water or other liquids.
4. This appliance must only be used by responsible adults.
5. The appliance is not intended for use by children.
6. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
7. Unplug from the mains outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts
and before cleaning.
8. Do not touch any moving parts while the appliance is operating.
9. The mixer must only be used with a suitable container. Make sure all containers
are secure before operating the mixer.
10. Use a spatula to extricate food only when the mixer is not operating.
11. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord/plug or after the appliance
has malfunctioned or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Take the product to
a qualified electrician for examination and repair.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician in
order to avoid a hazard.
13. The use of attachments not recommended or sold with this appliance may cause
fire damage, electrical shock or injury. This will also invalidate the product
guarantee.
14. Do not use outdoors. This appliance is for indoor household use only.
15. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter or touch any hot
surfaces.
16. Always connect the beaters or dough hooks to the mixer before you connect it
to the mains.
17. Switch off the apppliance before changing accessories or approaching parts
which move in use.
18. After 5 minutes of continous use, allow a few minutes rest before the next use.
19. Do not operate this unit more than 5 Minutes non stop at any one time. Highest
speed of beaters/hook is: 800rpm

How to Use
Note: Each beater/dough hook has a different connection shape.
The attachments with the ‘ears’ fits into the right opening and the one with the
‘finger ring’ goes into the left opening.
1. To assemble, insert the end of the beaters or dough hooks into the openings. (Fig1)
2. Press until they lock securely into place. (Fig2)
3. Place the ingredients into a bowl.
4. Plug in and switch the mixer on at the mains socket.
5. Lower the beaters or dough hooks into the ingredients. (Fig3)
6. Switch the mixer on and choose the desired speed. (Fig4)
7. If you require a speed higher than setting 5, press the turbo button. (Fig5)
8. After use, switch off at the mains and unplug the unit first. Press ejector knob (B)
to release the beaters or dough hooks. (Fig6)

Maintenance
1. The mixer is factory lubricated and requires no further lubrication.
2. Other than cleaning, no additional maintenance or servicing of this appliance is
required. Electrical repairs, if necessary, must be performed by a qualified
electrician.
Cleaning
1. Switch off at the mains socket, remove the mains plug from the wall socket and
clean the body of the mixer with a damp cloth. To remove stubborn spots, wipe
surfaces with a cloth moistened with soapy water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
Continue with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
2. Beaters and dough hooks can be washed in hot soapy water, rinsed and dried.
3. Never immerse or rinse the body of the mixer in water or other liquids.

Speed Description
1 Fold This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods
such as flour, butter and potatoes.
2 Blend Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad
dressings.
3 Mix For mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads.
4 Cream For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked
candy, desserts, etc.
5 Whip For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes,
whipping cream, etc
