SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE. THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS
ARE RELEVANT TO THE SAFETY OF THIS PRODUCT.
Avoid water splashing on the product
as it could result in fire or electrical
shock.
Do not pull the power plug or cord.
If the power cord is damaged, contact
an authourised electrician to repair or
replace the power cord.
Do not use a loose socket, or touch the
power plug when your hand is wet as it
could result in an electrical shock.
Warning! Young children and people intellectually,
or physically incapacitated are to refrain from using the product.
Evidence of malfunction due to incorrect usage may result in
a waiver of warranty coverage.
Product must be installed according to local electrical
regulation codes and by a qualified electrician.
The 3-pole earthing structure must be grounded otherwise it
will lead to product failure, electrical leakage or electrical shock.
Prevent any water, cleaning agent
or bodily fluids from making contact
with the power plug. This could
result in fire or electrical shock.

Always use fresh potable water.
Do not use if your water pipes are
deteriorating, substandard or full of debris,
as it could result in skin infections,
or product damage.
Do not disassemble, repair and modify
product as this could result in fire or
electrical shock.
Please unplug the power supply when
cleaning the product as this could result
in electric shock.
Do not place heavy objects on the toilet
seat or cover as this could result in
product damage.
Do not lean against the toilet lid when
in use as it could cause damage to the
toilet lid.
Pull out the power plug during a lightning
storm as it could result in product failure
or damage.
Do not twist or kink water supply hose
as it could result in water leakage.

ATTRIBUTES & FUNCTIONS
Do not invert product as it could result
in product damage.
If the product is not used for an extended
period of time, disconnect the bidet’s
electrical supply cable.
Clean with approved diluted cleaning
agents. Do not use the following items:
Benzene, paint thinners, detergent powder,
or nylon brush.
• Night light
• Seat warmer optional or adjustable between 33-37C°
• The wash nozzle can be adjusted front and rear
• Male (rear wash) and Female (front or rear wash)
• Warm water temperature adjustable between 35-36C°
• Toilet fit guideline template available on request
• Installation requires an exposed electrical 220v or 50hz
power plug / socket and cold water connection / inlet

TRADING
1) Meir Wholesale (Pty) Ltd t/a SIBO Trading (referred to hereafter as ‘SIBO Trading’), warrants that its products are free from
defects (i.e. defective material) for a period of six months from the date of purchase from SIBO Trading. The limited warranty
is not transferable to any third party. The price of the goods excludes installation costs.
2) SIBO Trading’s liability for breach of its warranty herein is limited to the Consumer’s (refer to Consumer Protection
Act/”CPA” denition) election to either repair, replace or refund. SIBO Trading’s inspection discloses any defect of the
purchased product, provided that the product has been used for its normal intended use during the warranty period.
In no event shall SIBO Trading be liable to the Consumer for consequential, incidental, economic, or special damages
stemming from any breach of the express or implied warranty, except where damage was caused to the Consumer and
where such damages were showed to be in line with Section 61 of the CPA (i.e. where it was evidenced that dangerous
goods were provided).
3) The Consumer shall comply with the following procedures in connection with the warranty claim:
(a) SIBO Trading needs to be notied in writing by the Consumer as soon as possible after discovery of defects
(within the 6-month warranty period);
(b) The Consumer obtains a Return Authorisation from SIBO Trading prior to return the defective product;
(c) The defective product(s) is/are returned to SIBO Trading’s oces
(d) The defective products are received by SIBO Trading for the mentioned repair or replacement or refund within
the six-month warranty period
(e) SIBO Trading upon examination of such goods has determined that such defects or failures have not been caused
due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or application, repair, alteration, re or casualty or by accident or
negligence in use, storage, transportation or handling.
4) This warranty does not apply if said damages were caused due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control
of SIBO Trading, including but not limited to:
(a) Damage or loss sustained in a re, earthquake, storm or any natural disaster etc.…
(b) Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence or improper care, improper
cleaning or maintaining of the product.
(c) Damage or loss resulting from any sediments or foreign matter contained in the water system.
(d) Damage or loss from improper installation, harsh environment, improper removal and water pressure in excess
of what is considered normal pressure.
(e) Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges, lightning strikes or other acts which are not considered normal
or the fault of SIBO Trading.
(f) Damage or loss resulting from normal wear and tear, such as gloss reduction or dulling, scratching or fading over
time due to normal use, cleaning practices, water or atmospheric conditions including but not limited to: bleach,
alkali, acid cleaners, dry powdered cleaners or any other abrasive cleaning agents or abrasive cleaning tools or aids.
(g) The use of any product in a manner outside of the product instructions / owner’s manuals.
5) Indemnity: SIBO Trading shall not be liable for any failure caused by chloramines in the public treated waters or cleaners
containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite). Please Note: the use of high concentrate chlorine or chlorine related products
can damage ttings. This damage can cause leakage resulting in property damage.
6) SIBO Trading’s obligation to honour its warranty is contingent upon receipt of payment of the full purchase price.
SIBO Trading disclaims all other warranties, express, or implied, including or without limitation, any implied warrantee of
merchantability and tness for a particular purpose, unless if conrmed in writing by SIBO Trading.
7) Please note: SIBO Trading has not authorised anyone to make any representation or warranty pertaining to the purchased
goods other than as provided above.
8) The foregoing includes the entire warranty liability or SIBO Trading to the Consumer.
