Please read this instruction manual carefully before using your new Tiffany Hairdryer.
IMPORTANT
Read and follow the instructions in this user manual even if you feel you are familiar with the product, and
find a place to keep it handy for future reference.
For your convenience record the complete model number (located on the product identification plate) and
the date you received the product, together with your purchase receipt and attach to the warranty and
service information. Retain in the event that warranty service is required.
NOTE: The rating of this product (as marked on the product identification plate) is based on specific loading
tests. Normal use or the use of other recommended attachments may draw significantly less power.

When using any electrically powered product, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:

WARNING!: - to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to persons or property:
•Carefully read all instructions before operating your new product for the first time and save for future
reference.
•Remove and safely discard any packaging material and promotional labels before using the product for the
first time.
•Before using, check that the voltage of the wall outlet corresponds to that shown on the rating plate.
•Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, should the appliance malfunction, or if it has been
dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest supplier for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
•Always ensure the appliance is switched OFF, prior to plugging into the power outlet.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified technician in order to
avoid a hazard.
•To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the unit into water or any other liquid. To disconnect, turn
the control to “OFF”, the remove plug from power outlet by grasping the plug, not the cord (never pull the
cord).
•This appliance must not come in contact with water or any other liquid.
•Always switch off your appliance at the power outlet and remove plug when not in use.
•Do not store or leave this appliance in a position where it might fall into tubs, basins, baths or vessels which
contain water or electrically conductive liquids, even when the appliance is turned off.
•When the appliance is used in bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard,
even when the unit is switched off.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
•This appliance should be positioned where it is out of reach for children.
•This unit should not be operated with wet or damp hands.
WARNING: Do not use this appliance near water. Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers,
basins, or other vessels containing water.
•Regularly clean the back filter of the unit.
•Do not cover or put the appliance on or near any heat sensitive or flammable materials such as plastic and
always allow it to cool down first before storing away.
•Do not use the appliance for any other purpose, other than its intended use.
•Do not use the appliance on artificial hair.
•Do not drop or insert any object into an opening.
•Do not block the air openings of the appliance or place on a soft surface such as a bed or couch, where the
air openings of the appliance may blocked. Keep the air openings free of blockage.
•Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
•Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a bench, table or to touch hot surfaces.

•Do not use extension cord with this appliance.
•After use, do not wrap the cord around the appliance as in time this may cause the cord to fracture. Coil cord
loosely by side of the appliance in storage.
•For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) with a rated operating current not
exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical current supplying the bathroom. Ask your electrician for advice.
•Before cleaning, always turn the appliance off, switch off at the power outlet, and unplug at the power outlet.
Allow the appliance to completely cool before undertaking any cleaning.
•Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas flame, electric element or on a heated oven.
•Do not place on top of any other appliance.
•Do not leave appliance unattended when plugged in or switched on.
•Use this appliance only for its intended use and described in this instruction booklet.
•Take care to avoid the hot surfaces of the appliance coming into direct contact with the skin, in particular the
eyes, hands, ears, face and neck.
•This appliance is not intended for commercial use.

BEFORE USE:
Before use, remove all packaging and inspect the appliance for any damage. If there appears to be any damage,
please take the unit back to place of purchase for a replacement.

•User guide
Read these instructions before use.
ASSEMBLY:
Clip the concentrator onto the front of the hairdryer (if required).
USING YOUR HAIRDRYER:
•Your 1200W Hairdryer has 2 speed settings.
•The switch marked 0,I & II controls the temperature & strength of the airflow as follows:-
0 - Off
I - Medium Airflow & Heat
II - Strong Airflow & Heat
•Once you have finished, set the ‘ON/OFF’ switch to the OFF (0) position.

TO DRY HAIR:
•After shampooing & conditioning the hair, remove excess moisture from your hair using a dry towel.
•Comb hair free of all tangles with a wide tooth comb.
•Plug your dryer into a power outlet and turn the power on.
•Select the desired heat and speed combination and using your fingers dry hair from the roots to the ends.
•Use the concentrator nozzle onto specific areas of hair for spot drying or styling.
•Always hold the dryer at 30cm away from the hair when drying, to avoid burning yourself with the hot air
stream and excessive heat exposure to your hair.
•When using the dryer to create curls and waves, dry hair almost completely on the warmest setting, then
finish styling using the lower setting. This will set the style in your hair.
•This dryer includes a concentrator attachment. Use the concentrator when you need to focus the drying
power in a small area (such as a curl or a wave) or when you want to relax curly hair.

CARE AND CLEANING:
•Turn your hairdryer off after use. Always turn the power OFF and remove the plug from power outlet before
cleaning.
•Do not immerse the hairdryer in water or any other liquid.
•To clean the exterior, simply wipe over with a dampened cloth and wipe dry.
•Do not wind the power cord around the hairdryer as this may strain and damage the wiring.
•Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
