Note
1. Keep the scale dry, keep the scale away from water and rain,Clean the scale if
necessary with dry cloth

Before use
(1)Please send this product is placed in the firm and smooth place, don’t place in
vibration or shaking, and using bench for use on four only adjust foot, make the
products to maintain steady and level bubble to adjust horizontally
(2) Please use independent source, avoid other electrical disturbance

(4) Please turn on 2-3minutes before using
(5)Avoid this products placed on temperature change too large and air flow strenuous
sites.
(6)when using this product，any object must be place in the center of plate，and do not

Indicator and load cell connectors
(1)The plug of load cell is 5 pins.
(2)When the indicator in power ,it is forbidden that take off the load cell plug，if take
off the plug ,the indicator maybe be damaged.
(3)It is forbidden that weld the indicator ，when there is thunder storm，please make
solution for avoiding the thunder ,in this way ,It can protect the safe of scales and
stuff

Key Function And Operate Specification
OFF : Press and hold the OFF key and the weight window will show “OFF” for 2
seconds then the scale will turn off automatically
ON : Press the ON key to turn on the scale. The scale will start
self-adjusting sequence then will stabilize in 0.
UNITS : To select desired unit in setup mode
Z: To reset the weight to 0, but the displayed weight value has to be less than
±2% of maximum capacity
T：Tare/Preset Tare。
Tare：To subtract the container weight. Maximum tare = full capacity
Preset Tare：press the【Tare】key when do not place any object onto the pan，Use
0~ 9 number keys to key-in the desired Preset Tare weight value，press the【Tare】
key to confirm
Clear Preset Tare：press the 【Tare】key to clear the Preset Tare when do not place
any object onto the pan
Count：piece weight setup。When place object onto the pan，use 0~9 number
key and decimal【.】key，input piece weight，then press【count】
key，weight window displays total weight，piece weight window
display displays piece weight，total count window displays the
pieces.
Sample：Use 0 ~ 9 number keys to key in the desired Sample quantity when weight
window displays weight，then press the【sample】key，piece weight window displays

Count Alarm：press the【Count Alarm】key When total count window displays
pieces，if total count window over 6 digits ，the buzzer start to alarm；
Clear count alarm：press and hold the【Count Alarm】key，clear【Count Alarm】
when buzzer beeps twice。For example：weight window displays：10.000Kg，piece
weight displays：100g，total count window displays：100，after press the【Count
Alarm】key，weighing again ,if piece of the total count over 100,the buzzer will
alarm。Set point will auto cancel when turn off the scale.
M+：total accumulated weight and total count，the max accumulation count can
accumulated 99 times.
Accumulation condition can auto setup，See UF-5 function specification
PCS WT MEM：piece weight memory key。Input piece weight，press the【PCS WT
MEM】key，how to memory piece weight, For example：the piece weight is 100g，
use 0~9 key to input 100，press the【PCS WT MEM】key，press the【M01】key，
the piece weight will memory in【M01】key，the next use，press the【M01】key，
the piece weight will display 100g，after next turn on the scale ，keep the last piece
weight value
P1/P2：To selectP1( M01-M09)and P2(M11-M18)，when the LCD points to P1，
means M01-M09，Press the【P1/P2】key，the LCD points to P2，means M11-M18
CE：press the CE key can clear the piece weight window.
MR：press the MR key can display total accumulation count ,total accumulated
weight and total count.
Clear accumulation
：
press and hold the【MR】key until buzzer beeps twice, then clear
accumulation
Standard Functions Setup
At weighing mode，press and hold the【T】key，then press the【M+】key，weight
window will show UF-1，press【T】key or【Z】key to cycle select UF-1~UF-8
