Getting Started
Welcome to Time Warner Cable Mobile Internet! Follow the four quick steps
below to begin using your Time Warner Cable Mobile Internet Device:
1. Install Connection Manager using
CD in your device package.
2. Launch Connection Manager
using desktop icon. (This will occur
automatically. If not, click desktop icon.)
3. Insert your Time Warner Cable
Mobile Internet device once
installation is complete.
4. Wait for a connection–this may take a
few minutes. Now you can enjoy Time
Warner Cable Mobile Internet on the go.

Time Warner Cable Mobile Internet is available to residential customers only. Mobile services and/or coverage not available in all
areas. 4G coverage only available in Time Warner Cable 4G enabled service areas; 3G service required for coverage outside of 4G
areas. Additional $0.30 per-MB domestic and $2.00 per-MB international roaming charges apply for service outside of the Time
Warner Cable 3G/4G network coverage areas. 4G network speeds are up to 6 Mbps for downloads and up to 1 Mbps for uploads;
3G network speeds are up to 1400 for downloads and up to 500 Kbps for uploads. Actual speeds may vary based on individual
circumstances or conditions. Other restrictions may apply.
Installation for Windows® Users
1. Insert the Connection Manager 2.0 for Windows Installation CD into your
laptop’s CD or DVD drive.
2. The Install CD will automatically launch a welcome page.
3. Choose the install option.
4. If the CD does not automatically launch, manually launch the CD from My
Computer, and click on the Setup ile to begin the process.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to
complete your installation.
6. After installation, launch
the Connection Manager
using the icon.
7. Insert your Time Warner Cable Mobile
Internet card and enjoy Time Warner
Cable Mobile Internet on the go!
Making the Connection
The Connection Manager makes it easy to manage all of your wireless Internet
connections with a few clicks, and ensures you’re always connected over the
fastest available network.
Connection Options:
4G: Connect over the super-fast 4G Mobile network.
3G: Connect over the nationwide 3G network.
Wi-Fi: Connect over a local Wi-Fi network or one of your preferred Wi-Fi
networks using the available Wi-Fi button.**
Installation for Mac® Users
1. Insert the Connection Manager 1.0 for Mac Installation CD into your
laptop’s CD or DVD drive.
2. Double-click the ile named — Time Warner Cable Connection Manager.zip
to un-zip and open the Installation Application.
3. Open the Install program ile to begin the application.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your installation.
5. After installation, launch the
Connection Manager using the icon.
6. Insert your Time Warner
Cable Mobile Internet card and
enjoy Time Warner Cable Mobile
Internet on the go!

warranty. A copy of the warranty is provided with your original paperwork. Failure to
comply with all warranty service procedures and instructions may result in additional

Manage your Time Warner Cable Mobile Internet services, track your usage, or check
your bill wherever and whenever works for you, using the Mobile Manager. Sign up under
My Services at www.timewarnercable.com.
