Installation Guide
IMPORTANT : This product is to be installed and maintained by qualified personnel only.
TMP Solutions take no responsibility for damage or injury incurred during the installation or maintenance.
These instructions must remain with the product to ensure correct installation.
The Evo-Chev has been supplied with the following Items for installation:

17mm Socket & Ratchet
Chevron Block
Each chevron is made up of a series of laminated Blades mounted on a
Base Plate to form a chevron Block (see diagram).

Full details of the Foundation Kit follow and we recommend that all
component parts are checked before Installation commences.

TMP EVO-Chev Foundation Kit
The foundation kit is a boxed set of parts containing the following components.

Assemble the Foundation Plates
Attach the Cast in Cage bars (item B) to the Foundation Plates as shown
in diagrams below using M10 Form C Washer (item C) and M10 Full Nut (item D) .
Tighten with 17mm Socket.

Excavate Foundation
Dig the foundation for the TMP EVO-Chev block supplied as detailed in the following ‘Foundation Size’
tables. All dimensions below are in mm.

Layout Foundation Plates
NB Foundation plates for runs of 2 or more chevron blocks, will be
marked individually with a Block number and should be laid out numerically
from left to right when viewed from the front (refer to diagram R0019-010 below).

Fill Foundation & Insert Foundation Plates
Fill Foundation with ST5 concrete and insert foundation plates.
Ensure no gaps are present between individual plates
Ensure bottom of foundation plate is flush with concrete
Ensure plates are straight & level*

* Failure to ensure plates are straight and level can result in distorted visual appearance

Fit the Chevron Blocks
Once the concrete has cured, fit the chevron blocks to the
foundation plates using M10 washer and M10 nylon insert nuts (items C & E) and tighten.
Refer to diagram R0019-012 below.
NB For runs of 2 or more chevrons the left hand blade of each chevron block will be labelled with a
block number. This corresponds with the block number marked on the foundation plate.
(see diagram R0019-011).

Secure the Chevron Blocks
Using the nylon bolt (item F), Spacer (item G) and the finishing nylon nut (item H),
secure the blades between each chevron block in 2 positions as shown in diagram
R0019-013 below.
