LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials in the mechanical and electrical parts,
arising under normal usage and care in this product for a period of 12 months from the date of
purchase provided you are able to present a valid proof-of-purchase. A valid proof-of-purchase is
a receipt specifying item, date purchased, and cost of item. A gift receipt with date of purchase
and item is also an acceptable proof-of-purchase. Product is intended for household use only. Any
commercial use voids the warranty.
This warranty covers the original retail purchaser or gift recipient. During the applicable warranty
period within normal household use, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any mechanical
or electrical part which proves defective, or replace unit with a comparable model.

bottom of this page when contacting us.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS UNITS PURCHASED AND USED WITHIN THE UNITED

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
In the food chopper blend to the consistency you desire:
1 clove of garlic
1/2cuprmlypackedparsley
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
MORNING COFFEE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
Chilled Coffee
Ice
Half And Half
Peanut Butter
Honey Or Agave Nectar
Banana

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place ice, half and half, peanut butter, banana and honey in the Todd English
Chopper.
2. Blend everything until broken down and slowly pour chilled coffee in.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTlON: Make sure the power head is unplugged from power source before inserting or
removing any attachments and before cleaning.
Cleaning
• DO NOT immerse the power head into water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp
sponge and cloth and wipe dry.
• Themasterpreppitcher,masterprepbowlandthechoppingbladesmaybe
cleaned in the upper basket of the dishwasher. We recommend hand washing.
• Useextremecautionwhencleaningthechoppingbladesasthebladesarevery
sharp.
• Thesplashguardsandthestoragelidsmaybewashedinupperbasketofthe
dishwasher. We recommend hand washing.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Motor doesn’t start or blades don’t rotate:
Check that the plug is securely inserted into the electrical outlet.
Food is unevenly chopped:
Either you are chopping too much food at one time, or the pieces are not small
enough.Trycuttingthefoodintosmallerpiecesofevensizeandprocessing
smaller amounts per batch.
Food is chopped too ne or is too watery:
Thefoodhasbeenoverprocessed.Usebriefpulsesorprocessforshortertime.Let
blades stop completely between pulses.
Food collects on splash guard/safety cover or on the sides of the master prep pitcher:
You may be processing too much food. Turn the machine off. When the blades
stop rotating, remove the power head and the splash guard. Remove some of the
food being processed.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
400 Watt Power Head
The400wattpowerheadoperateson120Vac/60Hzelectricalpower.Neverallowthepower
head to become wet when plugged into an electrical outlet.
WARNING: the power head should never be immersed in water or any other liquid.
CAUTION: Make sure that the power head is unplugged from the electrical outlet and that the
blades have stopped turning before attaching or removing any accessory.
Using the Master Prep Pitcher
CAUTION:Bladesaresharp!Useextremecautionwhenhandlingtheblades.Alwayshold
them by the hub.
1. Place the master prep pitcher on a clean, dry, level surface.
2. Holding the blade by the shaft. Place it onto the spindle pin inside the master prep
pitcher.
3. Add the ingredients to be processed into the master prep pitcher.
4. Place the pitcher splash guard onto the top of the master prep pitcher.
5. Place the power head on top of the pitcher splash guard making sure that it is
securely in place. Do not attempt to operate the appliance without the safety splash
guard in place.
6. To start the appliance, press on the On/Off Pulse button located on the top of the
powerhead.Tostoptheappliance,removeyourngersfromtheOn/Off
Pulse button.
In order to obtain a better quality of chopping. Operate the appliance by using the
“Pulse” method. If the ingredients stick to the side of the master prep pitcher,
stoptheappliance,removethepowerheadandthesplashguard.Useaspatula
to dislodge the pieces and then replace the splash guard and the power head.
Continue processing.
NOTE: Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 15 seconds at
a time.
7. HoldthemasterpreppitcherrmlywhiledepressingtheOn-Off/Pulsebuttonto
ensure the unit stays in place.
8. Make sure that the blades have stopped completely before removing the splash
guard.
9. Remove the blade assembly by its shaft before you empty the contents of the
master prep pitcher.
10. Never add ingredients into the master prep pitcher before placing the blade
assembly.

PEANUT BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
Peanuts
Salt
Honey
Coconut Oil Or Peanut Oil

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Toastina300˚Foven2cupsofpeanuts.
2. Place in the Todd English food chopper and pulse until the nuts stick to the side of
the chopper.
3. With a spatula scrape the nuts down the side and continue to pulse.
4. Add honey, salt and oil and continue to blend until smooth. Blending less will give
you a more chunky peanut butter.
HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
Egg Yolks
Lemon Juice
Paprika
Butter
Tabasco
Worcester Sauce

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In the Todd English Chopper combine egg yolks, lemon juice, Tabasco, Worcester
sauce and paprika and blend.
2. Heat butter up in a pan or microwave until fully melted and hot to the touch.
3. Withthechopperrunningslowlydrizzlethewarmbutterslowlyinthechopper.
Be sure to add the butter slowly or it will break.

PINEAPPLE SALSA
INGREDIENTS
Fresh Pineapple ( Or Grilled)
Red Onion
Cilantro
Jalapeños
Tomatoes
Lime Juice
Olive Oil
Garnish: Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Roughly chop pineapple and tomatoes and place in the Todd English food chopper.
Press the pulse button until the ingredients are chopped yet still chunky. Take out
fruit and reserve in a separate bowl.
2. Add picked cilantro, red onion and jalapeño to the chopper and pulse until fully
chopped. Add vegetables and herbs to the pineapple and tomatoes that
you reserved.
3. Squeezefreshlimejuiceof2limes,tosswitholiveoilandseasontotaste.

food chopper is not running.

12. This appliance is intended for processing small quantities of food for immediate
consumption. This appliance is not intended to prepare large quantities of food or
storage of food.

bowl properly in place.
14. Be certain cover is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
15. Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
