本製品は、ボルトの締め付け用トル
クドライバです。
1Don't use this driver except for
tightening purposes.
This is a torque drivers for screw
tightening only.
ねじの戻しには使わない。
ねじの戻しには、過大なトルクが加
わりトルクドライバの破損に伴い事
故やけがの原因になります。
2Don't use this driver for loosening.
Excessive torque may be applied
while loosening,which will cause
damage to the torque driver and
could result in an accident or injury.
握り部に、油・グリス……等が付着
していないこと。
締め付け中に手が滑り事故やけがの
原因になります。
3Make sure there is no oil,or grease
on the grip.
A slip of the hand while tightening,
may cause an accident or injury.
亀裂・傷・錆が発生していないか確
認する。
破損が生じ事故やけがの原因になり
ます。点検・修理を受けて下さい。
4Check for cracks,scratches and rust.
These will cause damage to the
driver and may result in an injury.
If such conditions exist,have a
functional test performed and repair if
necessary.
高所での締め付け作業では、落下防
止の処置をする。
トルクドライバやソケットを落下さ
せると、重大な事故やけがの原因に
なります。
5When you use this driver in a
high location, prepare to prevent
dropping the drivers.
If you drop the torque driver or bit,that
may cause a serious accident or
injury.

2Don't use the torque driver if it is
missing a pin,etc.
Ask a repair shop or our company to
inspect the torque driver and repair it
before using.

3使用上の注意 Precautions for use
トルクドライバの改造はしない。
改造により強度不足や精度異常が生
じ、事故やけがの原因になります。
3Don't modify the torque drivers.
Modifications will weaken the torque
drivers.This may cause errors in
accuracy, as well as, cause an
accident or injury.
トルクドライバを落下させたり、強
い衝撃を与えたりしない。
破損や変形を生じ、精度の劣化や耐
久性が低下し、事故やけがの原因に
なります。
4Don't drop the torque drivers or
apply a strong shock or jolt.
This will cause damage or deformation
as well as decrease the accuracy and
durability,which may cause an accident
or injury.
トルクドライバの修理部品は東日の
指定部品以外使用しない。
トルクドライバの修理をする場合は、
お買い求めの販売店、又は弊社に問
い合わせ、必ず東日指定部品を使用
して下さい。
5Use only parts designated by
Tohnichi for repair of the torque
drivers.
Ask the place of purchase or our
company for assistance when you
repair,and use only Tohnichi parts.
使用前に必ずトルクセットをする。
出荷時は最低目盛りとなっています。
1Make sure the torque drivers is set
correctly before using.
The torque is set on the minimum
scale for shipment.
トルク目盛範囲以外で使用しないで下
さい。目盛は最小目盛より下げないで
下さい。
2Use the wrench within the scale
range.Do not set torque below
minimum scale torque.
トルク単位を間違えないよう確認する。
トルク単位を確認してから使用して下さい。
3Confirm that the torque is set
according to the correct unit of
measure before using.
ロッカはペンチやプライヤ等を用い
てロックしない。
ロック機構が破損し、正常なトルク
精度が保てなくなります。
4Don't lock,by using pliers.
The lock mechanism will be damaged
and will not maintain torque accuracy.
トルクドライバは水中や海中で使用
しない。
5Don't use torque driver in fresh
water or sea water.
LTD 型は設定トルクに達すると約 15
度トルクが 抜けたような空転（脱力）
感覚があり、手首を捻ってもビット部
分は回転しません。この約 15 度以内
で締付けを完了してください。
7When reaching the set torque, the
break is felt by hand in 15 degrees.
Stop and complete the tightening
work within the 15 degrees.
ロッカーをロックしたまま主目盛を
まわさない。
6Don't turn the main scale with
releasing the locker.
RTD 型は空転式でオーバートルクしま
せんが、無駄な空転をするとクラッチ
機構が磨耗し、耐久性に影響がでます。
8Even with rotary slip clutch, extra
clicks will result in clutch engagement
wearing and may shorten durability.

定期点検を必ず受ける。
トルクドライバは定期点検が必要です。
9Perform regular inspections for
function and accuracy.
Periodical inspections are essential to
insure the torque wrench is in optimal
condition thus preventing injury.
使用後は、ゴミ・ホコリ・ドロ・油・
水分等の汚れを取り除いて保管する。
汚れがついたまま保管すると、作動
不良、精度不良の原因となります。
10 Remove any dirt such as dust,
mud, oil and water, etc. after each
use and before storing torque
drivers.
長期間使用しないときは、最低目盛
に設定し防錆油を塗布し、乾燥した
場所に保管する。
保管方法が悪いと、精度劣化や耐久
性の低下が早まります。
11 When storing the torque drivers
for a long time,set at the minimum
torque,apply rustproof oil,and
keep in a dry place.
If improperly stored,the accuracy and
durability will decrease rapidly.
● RTD・LTD 型
①本体のロッカを右に回してロックを解除する。
②右指で主目盛のローレット部分を押さえ、左指で
グリップを回転させてトルクをセットする。（図 1）
＊トルクセットのやり方
（1） グリップを回転させ、副目盛の上端を主目盛に
合わせる。
（2） 副目盛線と主目盛の縦線を合わせる。
＊RTD500CN ／ LTD・LTD1000CN,2000CN は、
付属のフックスパナを使用するとトルクセットが
楽に出来ます。（図 2）
③トルクセットが終わったら、本体ロッカを左に回
してロックする。
④先端部にビットを差し込む。
⑤締め付けを行う。
＊ RTD 型のみセットトルクに達すると、空転します。
＊LTD 型は設定トルクに達すると約 15度トルクが
抜けたような空転（脱力）感覚があり、手首を捻っ
てもビット部分は回転しません。この約 15 度以
内で締付けを完了してください。
＊ビットを外す時に硬い場合は、ビットをプライヤー
でくわえて静かに抜いて下さい。
●RTD・LTD Series
①Turn Locker clockwise to release lock.
②Hold the knurled part of the main scale and
turn the handle until the desired torque is
reached. (Fig.1)
＊How to set the torque
（1） Turn the handle until the edge of the
minor scale is lined up with the torque
line of the major scale.
（2） Set vertical torque line of the minor scale
to vertical line of the major scale
＊For LTD1000CN, 2000CN, use the
attached spanner for easy torque setting.
(Fig.2) (Hook spanner for RTD500CN/LTD
is option.)
③After the torque setting,turn Locker
counter-clockwise for locking.
④Insert the bit into the adapter.
⑤Start tightening operation.
＊RTD model slips when set torque reaches.
＊When reaching the set torque, the break
is felt by hand in 15 degrees.Stop and
complete the tightening work within the 15
degrees.
＊Use the plier to pull out the bit when the bit
is tight.

①主目盛の 100 の数字線が、副目盛のすぐ上に見え
ている時に、副目盛 0 数字線が主目盛基本線につ
いた状態が 100cN・m です。（図 3）
ここから副目盛を右（UP）方向に 1 回転させると
120cN・m になり、副目盛を左（DOWN）方向
に 1 回転させると 80cN・m になります。（副目盛
は 1 回転で 20cN・m となります。また、副目盛
の 1 目盛は 2cN・m です）
② 100cN・m の時、右回りで副目盛を 0 から 2 へ
回転させると、102cN・m となります。（図 4）
③ 100cN・m の時、左回りで副目盛を 0 から 18 へ
回転させると、98cN・m となります。（図 5）
qFigure 3 shows the setting of 100cN・m
(major scale points 100, minor scale points
0).
Minor scale has 2cN・m of one graduation,
and moves 20cN・m in one rotation.
Making one rotation clockwise sets 120c N・m .
Making one rotation counterclockwise sets
80c
N・m .
wFrom the setting of 100cN・m, turning the
minor scale clockwise to the scale marking
of 2 sets 102cN・m. (Fig.4)
eFrom the setting of 100cN・m, turning the
minor scale counterclockwise to the scale
marking of 18 sets 98cN・m (Fig.5)
