1.1 General:
The product must be installed by a person who has the professional knowledge required to
perform the installation correctly. Unless the installation is performed by a professional, the
insurance companies may claim that the insurance does not cover any damage that has occurred
and that the offers made by the insurance companies to the property owner are invalid.
WaterFuse PlugIn is used to prevent water damage around equipment or in a limited area, such
as a sink unit/dishwasher. WaterFuse PlugIn can be installed with one or two motorised ball
valves and with one or two water sensors. If the ball valve remains open for more than three
days, the ball valve will be exercised automatically; however, the water will not be completely
turned off.
1.2 Handling
• Press ON on the WaterFuse PlugIn to turn the water on, press OFF to turn the water off.
• The water sensor continuously monitors the area for water and at an indication of water
the system sounds the alarm and the water is turned off. See section 1.3 Alarm.
• A 230V electrical socket can be used to connect the monitored equipment, such as
a dishwasher.
Note! The OFF button on the WaterFuse PlugIn does not turn off the 230V, only the water.
1.3 Alarm:
• The water sensor indicates water
If the water sensor has indicated water, the unit gives a pulsating warning signal, the water is
automatically turned off and the LED indicator flashes red. Press RESET to silence the system
and fix the leak. When you have fixed the lead, press ON and the water will be turned on again.
If one or more of the water sensors are still wet, the system will sound the alarm again and turn
off the water.
The 230V socket will still be functional. If you want the system to shut down the electricity too in
case of an alarm, read section 2.2 Settings.

2 Installaon Instrucons
2.1 Installation:
Electronic Unit:
Fitted to a 230V socket. The socket can still be used, for example for a dishwasher. In the basic
setting, the electrical socket continues to function with 230v also during an alarm. To change
this setting, see section 2.2 Settings.
Motorised Ball Valve
The cable from the motorised ball valve is connected to the electronic unit. One or two ball
valves can be installed. See image 1. The valve can be mounted horizontally, vertically, or upside
down and independent of flow direction. The unit has an internal R-thread. Connect them to
pipes, for example with compression fittings according to the installation instructions from the
pipe and fitting manufacturer. After completing the installation, conduct leak testing.
Water Sensor:
The accompanying sensors are placed in the area intended to be protected and connected to
the electronic unit. Connect using the plug that came with the unit. See image 2.
Connections for the valve are on the
right side of the unit.
(2 valves can be connected)

2.2 Settings:
The electronic unit comes with the basic setting allowing the 230v socket to be used despite a
water leak alarm. This means that the product can be safely installed with a fridge or freezer
without risk. Dishwashers and washing machines are built to function without a water supply,
even when they are in operation.
When the electronic unit is plugged into a 230v socket, it will start up and flash GREEN if the
electricity will remain on after a water alarm. It will flash RED if the electricity will be turned off
in the event of a water leak.
To change the setting:
- Press the buttons ON/OFF and TEST/RESET simultaneously for three seconds.
- There will be a beep and the new setting is indicated by a flashing GREEN or RED light.
(Green = 230v ON after a water alarm. Red = 230v OFF after a water alarm)
- All done!
