2. Installation
1. Open the package to get the operation manual.
2. Check the type and quantity of the accessories of the machine according to the packing
list.
3.According to the shape of the machine, Finish the machine to install, and adhere to the
machine whether there are other problems, if any problem, please consult the dealer or
service department to solve

3. Input power connection
1. Input power wire(Not less than 6 square mm copper
cable)
2. Fuse
3. Connect with input power
4. Ground wire
·The input power connection should be in accordance
with the standard and operated by qualified personnel.
·Disconnect the power connection before this
operation.
·Please select the appropriate fuse.
·Please install the ground wire
·After the operation, please lock the box of main
power switch, and disconnect it to the power supply.

7 gear is the smallest current,when you starting to welding ,please adjust the samllest gear,if not enough,then adjust to
1 , 2, 3 or more.
DON’T when starting to weld adjust big current!!!!

5.Working Method
1. One-side welding
Earth clamp
Connect spot welding head with welding torch and lock
Adjust time
Choose the operation mode
Put the welding torch on the workpiece with light
pressure
Note:
1. Please test on other workpiece before this operation, in order to avoid any damage to
auto body surface due to over ranged current or operating duration.
2.The current and duration shall be determined by thickness of body sheet metal.
3.After this operation, the other function operation can be following. If not, please
switch off the machine and disconnect power supply, and arrange all accessories for the
next operation.

2.The current and duration shall be determined by thickness of body sheet metal.
3.After this operation, the other function operation can be following. If not, please switch off the

A Round Washer welding
Install welding head with washer
on welding torch and locked
Adjust time
Choose the operation
mode
Put the welding torch on the workpiece with
light pressure
Remove the welding torch, connect pulling
hammer with washer, and fix the sunken surface.

B Triangle washer
Install pulling hammer with a triangle washer on
the torch and lock
Adjust time
Choose the
operation mode
Put the welding torch on the
dent area and start welding
Pull the dent area with hammer
Note:

Carbon rod heating
Install carbon rod with connection head on
welding torch and lock
Adjust time
Choose the
operation mode
Heat the body around bump
area in one-way direction as
circle with carbon rod
Cool down the heated area with cool water, and make it
recover.
Note:
1. Please test on other workpiece before this operation, in order to avoid any damage to auto
body surface due to over ranged current or operating duration.
2.The current and duration shall be determined by thickness of body sheet metal.
3.After this operation, the other function operation can be following. If not, please switch off
the machine and disconnect power supply, and arrange all accessories for the next operation.

Waveform welding
Install waveline welding head on welding
gun and lock
Adjust time
Choose the operation mode
Put the waveline at the center of
dent area and start welding
Put the pulling hammer on waveline with multi-claws hooker and pull the
dent.
