1. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Produkt ist vorgesehen für das Eindrehen und Lösen von Schrauben und zum Bohren in Holz, Kunststoffe, Metalle und Keramik. Dazu sind
jeweils geeignete Schraubereinsätze bzw. Bohrer zu verwenden.
Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden, dabei erlischt nicht nur die Garantie/ Gewährleistung, sondern auch die
Zulassung (CE).
Das Gehäuse darf nicht geöffnet werden. Die auf dem Produkt bendlichen Aufkleber dürfen nicht beschädigt oder entfernt werden.
Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor beschrieben führt zu Beschädigungen dieses Produkts, außerdem ist dies mit Gefahren wie z.B. Kurzschluss,
Brand, elektrischer Schlag etc. verbunden.
Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung!

4. Sicherheitshinweise
Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser Bedienungsanleitung verursacht werden, erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
Für Folgeschäden übernehmen wir keine Haftung!
Bei Sach- oder Personenschäden, die durch unsachgemäße Handhabung oder Nichtbeachten der Sicherheitshinweise
verursacht werden, übernehmen wir keine Haftung. In solchen Fällen erlischt jeder Garantieanspruch!
Die folgenden Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise dienen nicht nur zum Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit, sondern auch zum Schutz des Geräts. Lesen
Sie sich bitte die folgenden Punkte aufmerksam durch:
a) Allgemein
• Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/oder Verändern des Produktes
nicht gestattet. Außerdem erlischt dadurch die Garantie/Gewährleistung.
• Das Produkt ist kein Spielzeug, es ist nicht für Kinderhände geeignet.
• Die Ladestation ist in Schutzklasse 2 aufgebaut. Als Spannungsquelle darf nur eine ordnungsgemäße Netzsteckdose
(100 – 240 V~/50Hz) des öffentlichen Versorgungsnetzes verwendet werden.
• Das Produkt (Akkuschrauber, Ladestation) darf nicht feucht oder nass werden. Dabei besteht nicht nur die Gefahr
der Zerstörung des Produkts, sondern auch Lebensgefahr durch einen elektrischen Schlag!
• Wenn das Produkt von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wird (z.B. bei Transport), kann Kondenswasser
entstehen. Dadurch könnte das Produkt beschädigt werden. Bei der Ladestation besteht zusätzlich Lebensgefahr
durch elektrischen Schlag! Lassen Sie deshalb das Produkt zuerst auf Zimmertemperatur kommen, bevor Sie es
verwenden bzw. die Ladestation mit der Netzspannung verbinden. Dies kann u.U. mehrere Stunden dauern.
• Stellen Sie keine Gefäße mit Flüssigkeiten, z.B. Eimer, Vasen oder Panzen, in die unmittelbare Nähe des Produkts.
Flüssigkeiten könnten ins Gehäuseinnere gelangen und dabei die elektrische Sicherheit beeinträchtigen. Außerdem
besteht höchste Gefahr eines Brandes oder eines lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlages! Schalten Sie in einem
solchen Fall die zugehörige Netzsteckdose stromlos (z.B. Sicherungsautomat abschalten) und ziehen Sie danach die
Ladestation aus der Netzsteckdose; entfernen Sie den Akku aus dem Akkuschrauber. Das Produkt darf danach nicht
mehr betrieben werden, bringen Sie es in eine Fachwerkstatt.
• Stellen Sie keine offenen Brandquellen, wie brennende Kerzen, auf dem Gerät oder in dessen Nähe ab.
• Betreiben Sie das Produkt niemals neben oder in der Nähe von entzündlichen Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen, Luft-/
Gas-Gemischen (Benzindämpfe) oder leicht entzündlichen Feststoffen. Durch Betrieb des Produkts können Funken
entstehen, Explosionsgefahr!
• Betreiben Sie das Produkt nur in gemäßigtem Klima, nicht in tropischem Klima.
• Der Akkuschrauber und die Ladestation dürfen nie mit feuchten oder nassen Händen angefasst werden, Gefahr eines
lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlages!
• Ziehen Sie die Ladestation nicht am Kabel aus der Netzsteckdose! Ziehen Sie die Ladestation immer am Gehäuse
aus der Netzsteckdose (seitlich links und rechts mit einer Hand festhalten und dann herausziehen).
• Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf das Stromkabel, knicken Sie das Kabel nicht.
• Sollte die Ladestation Beschädigungen aufweisen, so berühren Sie die Ladestation nicht. Schalten Sie zuerst die
zugehörige Netzsteckdose stromlos (z.B. über den zugehörigen Sicherungsautomaten) und ziehen Sie danach die
Ladestation vorsichtig aus der Netzsteckdose. Bringen Sie das Gerät danach in eine Fachwerkstatt! Eine Reparatur
der beschädigten Ladestation ist nicht zulässig, Lebensgefahr!
• Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen, Kunststofffolien bzw. -tüten, Styroporteile usw. könnten
für Kinder zu einem gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.
• In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften des Verbandes der gewerblichen
Berufsgenossenschaft für elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel zu beachten.
• In Schulen, Ausbildungseinrichtungen, Hobby- und Selbsthilfewerkstätten ist das Betreiben des Produkts durch
geschultes Personal verantwortlich zu überwachen.

b) Betrieb des Akkuschraubers
• Durch rotierende Teile können Haare oder Kleidung eingedreht werden, Verletzungsgefahr! Verwenden Sie deshalb
bei langen Haaren z.B. ein Haarnetz, tragen Sie beim Arbeiten eng anliegende Kleidung.
• Überprüfen Sie den Akkuschrauber vor jeder Benutzung auf Beschädigungen. Falls Sie Beschädigungen feststellen,
nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb, sondern lassen Sie es von einem Fachmann überprüfen.
• Der Drehrichtungsumschalter ist aus Sicherheitsgründen vor dem Einsetzen bzw. Entfernen von Schrauber-
Einsätzen oder Bohrern in Mittelstellung zu bringen. In dieser Stellung wird der Antrieb blockiert (Einschaltsperre).
• Beim Bohren oder beim Eindrehen von Schrauben ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Strom-, Gas- oder Wasserleitungen
beschädigt werden! Lebensgefahr!
• Beim Eindrehen langer Schrauben ist besondere Vorsicht geboten, diese könnten verkanten bzw. der Akkuschrauber
könnte abrutschen, Verletzungsgefahr!
• Belasten Sie den Akkuschrauber nie soweit, dass der Antrieb zum Stillstand kommt.
• Beim Bohren bzw. Schrauben über Kopf ist eine geeignete Schutzbrille zu verwenden. Durch Bohrstaub oder
Metallspäne besteht die Gefahr von Augenverletzungen.
• Unter Umständen ist eine zusätzliche Atemmaske sinnvoll, die Staub aus Nase, Mund und Lungen fernhält, außerdem
ein Gehörschutz.
• Beim Bohren bzw. Schrauben über Kopf darf die Magnethalterung auf der Oberseite des Akkuschraubers nicht
benutzt werden. Die dortigen Schrauben könnten herabfallen (z.B. ins Gesicht/Augen), Verletzungsgefahr!
• Halten Sie den Akkuschrauber richtig fest. Durch einen plötzlichen Stopp des Antriebs (z.B. wenn ein Bohrer sich
verhakt) überträgt sich das Drehmoment auf den Akkuschrauber selbst, er verdreht sich seitlich. Dadurch besteht
die Gefahr, dass Ihnen der Akkuschrauber aus der Hand fällt, Verletzungsgefahr!
c) Akku und Ladegerät
• Der Akku muss zum Laden aus dem Akkuschrauber entnommen werden und darf nur über die mitgelieferte
Ladestation aufgeladen werden. Verwenden Sie die Ladestation ausschließlich für den Akkuschrauber.
• Laden Sie den Akku nur bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von ca. 10°C bis 30°C.
• Falls der Akku sich durch längeren Betrieb erwärmt hat, so lassen Sie ihn zuerst abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn auaden.
• Laden Sie den Akku erst dann, wenn er leer ist. Das mehrmalige nacheinander folgende Laden eines nicht leeren
Akkus bzw. das Laden nach kurzzeitigem Gebrauch führt zu einer verringerten Lebensdauer des Akkus und zum
Kapazitätsverlust (“Memory-Effekt”).
• Der verwendete Li-ion-Akku entlädt sich bei Nichtbenutzung langsam selbst (sog. “Selbstentladung”). Wenn Sie den
Akkuschrauber längere Zeit nicht benutzen, so laden Sie den Akku regelmäßig nach, etwa alle 3 Monate.
• Schützen Sie das Produkt vor starker Kälte, Hitze und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung. Durch widrige
Umgebungsbedingungen verringert sich nicht nur die Lebensdauer des Akkus, sondern es besteht in Extremfällen
Explosionsgefahr bzw. die Gefahr der Zerstörung des Akkus.
• Werfen Sie den den Akkuschrauber mit eingebautem Akku nicht ins Feuer, Explosionsgefahr durch den Akku!
• Gehen Sie vorsichtig mit dem Produkt um, lassen Sie Akkuschrauber und Ladestation nicht fallen. Durch das hohe
Gewicht besteht nicht nur die Gefahr der Zerstörung des Produkts, sondern auch Verletzungsgefahr.
• Zerlegen Sie den Akku niemals.
• Bei Kurzschluss der Kontakte des Akkus besteht Brand- und Explosionsgefahr!
5. Akku auaden
a) Allgemein
Beachten Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung, speziell Kapitel 4. c).
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme ist der Akku aufzuladen.
Grundsätzlich gilt: Ein neuer oder längere Zeit nicht verwendeter Akku bringt erst nach etwa 5 vollständigen Entlade- und
Ladevorgängen seine volle Leistung.
Bei Betrieb des Akkuschraubers ist dieser aufzuladen:
• wenn sich der Antrieb ohne Belastung nur noch sehr langsam bewegt.
• bei längerer Lagerung alle 3 Monate.
Gehen Sie zum Auaden des Akkus folgendermaßen vor:
• Schließen Sie das Batterieladegerät an eine Netzsteckdose (100-240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz) an. Die POWER LED leuchtet gelb auf.
• Nehmen Sie den Akku aus dem Akkuschrauber. Drücken Sie dazu die zwei seitlich angebrachten Entriegelungsknöpfe des Akkus und ziehen
Sie den Akku heraus. Siehe auch Kapitel 6 für diesen Schritt.
• Stecken Sie den Akku unter Beachtung der korrekten Ausrichtung (nur eine Ausrichtung ist möglich) in die Buchse des Ladegeräts (wenden
Sie dabei keine Gewalt an!). Die Lade-LED leuchtet rot.
• Ist der Akku vollständig aufgeladen, leuchtet die Lade-LED grün (Akku ist vollständig aufgeladen).
Ein vollständiger Ladevorgang dauert etwa 1-2 Stunden.
• Entnehmen Sie den Akku direkt nach dem Ende des Ladevorgangs aus dem Ladegerät.
• Trennen Sie das Ladegerät von der Netzspannung, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
• Stecken Sie den Akku in den Akkuschrauber ein, so dass er einrastet.
Nur eine Orientierung des Akkus ist richtig, wenden Sie beim Einstecken des Akkus in den Akkuschrauber keine Gewalt
an.
b) Lade-LED Statusanzeige

Akku ist nicht korrekt eingesteckt. Stecken Sie den Akku ordnungsgemäß ein, überprüfen Sie den
Akkukontakt und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Lade-LED den
korrekten Ladestatus anzeigt (rot).
Blinkt grün und rot Anormaler / defekter Akku. Ersetzen Sie den Akku mit einem Akku gleichen Typs.

a) Allgemein

b) Akku herausnehmen und einsetzen
Zum Herausnehmen des Akkus sind die beiden seitlichen Drucktaster für die
Akkuentriegelung (7) zu drücken (A) .
Danach lässt sich der Akku nach unten herausziehen (B).
Zum Einsetzen des Akkus ist dieser in korrekter Orientierung unten in den
Akkuschrauber einzusetzen, bis er einrastet.

c) Werkzeug ins Bohrfutter einsetzen/entnehmen
Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist zuerst der Drehrichtungsumschalter (5) in Mittelstellung zu bringen, damit der Ein-/Aus-
schalter (8) blockiert ist.
Öffnen Sie das Bohrfutter, in dem Sie den inneren Ring (F) mit einer Hand festhalten und
den äußeren Ring (E) mit der anderen Hand entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn drehen (C, von
vorn auf das Bohrfutter gesehen).
Stecken Sie das gewünschte Werkzeug (in der Abbildung ein Bohrer) in das Bohrfutter.
Drehen Sie das Bohrfutter fest, indem Sie den inneren Ring (F) mit einer Hand festhalten
und den äußeren Ring (E) mit der anderen Hand im Uhrzeigersinn drehen (D, von vorn
auf das Bohrfutter gesehen).
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Werkzeug (z.B. ein Aufsatz oder eine
Bohrspitze) im Bohrspannfutter xiert ist. Es sollte ganz in das
Bohrspannfutter eingeführt werden.
Zum Entnehmen des Werkzeugs gehen Sie wie oben beschrieben vor. Öffnen Sie das
Bohrfutter, in dem Sie den inneren Ring (F) mit einer Hand festhalten und den äußeren
Ring (E) mit der anderen Hand entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Bild 2
d) Drehmoment einstellen bzw. Bohrmodus wählen
Durch Drehen am Drehmoment-Einstellring (2) kann das gewünschte Drehmoment eingestellt
werden, ab dem die Rutschkupplung einsetzt. Dadurch wird ein Überdrehen z.B. beim Eindrehen
einer Schraube verhindert; die Schraube schließt bündig mit der Werkstoff-Oberäche ab, wenn die
Drehmomenteinstellung entsprechend gewählt wird.
Zum Bohren kann der Einstellring in eine spezielle Position (mit einem Bohrersymbol
gekennzeichnet) gebracht werden. In dieser Position ist die Rutschkupplung deaktiviert, es erfolgt
keine Drehmoment-Begrenzung.

Je höher der Einstellwert (siehe Aufdruck am Akkuschrauber), umso mehr Drehmoment steht zur Verfügung:
Niedriger Einstellwert: Weiche Werkstoffe, kleine Schrauben
Hoher Einstellwert: Harte Werkstoffe, große Schrauben
Bohrer-Symbol: Keine Drehmoment-Begrenzung
Beim Herausdrehen von Schrauben sollte eine höhere Einstellung gewählt werden bzw. die Einstellung für „Bohren“ (Bohrer-Symbol).
e) Ein-/Ausschalter
Damit sich der Ein-/Ausschalter (8) betätigen lässt, darf der Drehrichtungsumschalter (5) nicht in Mittelstellung
stehen (in dieser Stellung ist der Ein-/Ausschalter blockiert!).
Die Drehzahl des Antriebs ist davon abhängig, wie weit der Ein-/Ausschalter (8) durchgedrückt wird.
Dadurch kann die Geschwindigkeit stufenlos vom Stillstand bis zur Maximaldrehzahl geregelt werden.
Beim Loslassen des Ein-/Ausschalters wird der Antrieb abgebremst („Drehstopp“).
f) Funktion des Drehrichtungsumschalters (mit Einschaltsperre)
Über den Drehrichtungsumschalter (5) kann die Drehrichtung zwischen links und rechts umgeschaltet werden.
Je nachdem, ob Löcher gebohrt werden sollen oder ob eine Schraube hinein oder herausgedreht werden soll, ist die richtige
Drehrichtung zu wählen.
In der Mittelstellung blockiert der Drehrichtungsumschalter den Ein-/Ausschalter (8) und damit den Motor im Akkuschrauber, um einen sicheren
Werkzeugwechsel durchführen zu können.
Schalten Sie nur dann um, wenn der Antrieb des Akkuschraubers vollständig zum Stillstand gekommen ist! Andernfalls
könnte der Antrieb beschädigt werden.
g) Getriebe-Gänge wählen („HIGH“/ „LOW“)
Auf der Oberseite des Akkuschraubers ist ein Schalter (4), mit dem die beiden Gänge gewählt werden können.
LOW 1. Gang, niedrige Drehzahl, hohes Drehmoment
HIGH 2. Gang, hohe Drehzahl, niedrigeres Drehmoment
Der Schalter für die beiden Gänge darf nur dann betätigt werden, wenn der Antrieb des Akkuschraubers vollständig zum
Stillstand gekommen ist! Andernfalls könnte der Antrieb beschädigt werden.
Wenn sich einer der Gänge beim Betätigen des Schalters nicht einlegen lässt, so stehen möglicherweise die Antriebszahnräder
ungünstig.
Betätigen Sie in diesem Fall leicht den Ein-/Ausschalter (8), damit sich die Zahnräder ein kleines Stück weiterbewegen.
h) Akkuzustand prüfen
Oben auf dem Akkuschrauber bendet sich ein kleines Anzeige und ein Prüftaster.
Bei Betätigung des Prüftasters wird der momentane Ladezustand angezeigt, siehe
Abbildungen rechts.

Betätigen Sie den Prüftaster nur dann, wenn der Antrieb des Akkuschraubers vollständig zum Stillstand gekommen ist.
Andernfalls stimmt die Anzeige nicht, da die hohe Stromaufnahme des Motors die Messung verfälscht.

7. Handhabung
• Beachten Sie sämtliche Sicherheitshinweise in dieser Bedienungsanleitung!
• Vermeiden Sie folgende widrige Umgebungsbedingungen bei Betrieb oder beim Transport:
-Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit
-Extreme Kälte oder Hitze
-Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung
-Staub oder brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel (Explosionsgefahr!)
-starke Vibrationen
-starke Magnetfelder, wie in der Nähe von Maschinen oder Lautsprechern
• Es ist anzunehmen, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist,
-wenn das Gerät sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist,
-das Gerät nicht mehr funktioniert
-und nach längerer Lagerung unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen
-oder nach schweren Transportbeanspruchungen.
• Achten Sie auf eine ausreichende Belüftung des Ladegeräts/Akkus beim Ladevorgang. Überwachen Sie Ladegerät/
Akku während des Ladevorgangs. Decken Sie Ladegerät/Akku nicht ab, lassen Sie außen genügend Abstand zu
anderen Gegenständen usw.
• Entnehmen Sie den Akku möglichst bald nach Beendigung des Ladevorgangs, trennen Sie danach das Ladegerät
von der Netzspannung, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
• Fassen Sie nicht mit irgendwelchen Gegenständen, z.B. Büroklammern, Kugelschreiber, Steck- und Stricknadeln
usw. in die Lüftungsschlitze und Geräteöffnungen. Dabei besteht nicht nur die Gefahr der Beschädigung des
Produkts, sondern auch Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag!
• Tragen Sie beim Arbeiten geeignete Kleidung, verwenden Sie je nach Einsatz des Akkuschraubers zusätzliche
Schutzausrüstung (Schutzbrille, Staubschutz, Gehörschutz).
• Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich in Ordnung, sorgen Sie für gute Beleuchtung. Halten Sie Kinder vom Arbeitsbereich
fern!
• Sichern Sie das Werkstück gegen Verrutschen oder Verdrehen. Verwenden Sie beispielsweise einen Schraubstock
für Bohrarbeiten.
• Verwenden Sie für den Akkuschrauber nur dazu geeignete Schrauberbits bzw. Bohrer.
• Sorgen Sie für einen sicheren Stand beim Arbeiten, verwenden Sie beispielsweise eine geeignete Leiter.
• Benutzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge grundsätzlich nur dann, wenn Sie konzentriert und nüchtern sind. Unkonzentriertes
Arbeiten bzw. das Arbeiten unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinuss kann nicht nur zur Beschädigung des Werkstücks
oder des Elektrogeräts führen, sondern es besteht auch große Verletzungsgefahr!
• Überlasten Sie Elektrogeräte nicht. Verwenden Sie Elektrogeräte nur für die Arbeiten, für die sie bestimmt sind.
Beispielsweise darf der Akkuschrauber nicht zum Anrühren von Mörtel verwendet werden.
• Drücken Sie beim Schrauben bzw. Bohren nicht mit Gewalt auf den Akkuschrauber. Neben der Gefahr der
Beschädigung des Akkuschraubers/ Werkzeugs besteht auch Verletzungsgefahr.
• Fassen Sie niemals das sich drehende Bohrfutter an, fassen Sie nicht in den sich drehenden Bohrer bzw. in das
Schrauberbit hinein. Verletzungsgefahr!
• Eine Erwärmung von Akkuschrauber bzw. Akku während dem Betrieb ist normal.
• Gleiches gilt beim Auaden des Akkus für Ladegerät und Akku.
• Halten Sie die Elektrogeräte sauber und reinigen Sie sie regelmäßig. Dadurch haben Sie lange Freude an einem
einwandfrei funktionierendem Werkzeug.
• Bewahren Sie das Elektrogerät danach an einem trockenen und sauberen Ort auf (kein feuchter Keller o.ä.). Der
Aufbewahrungsort muss sich außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern benden. Kinder können die Gefahren, die im
Umgang mit elektrischen Geräten auftreten, nicht einschätzen!
8. Wartung und Reinigung
Vor einer Wartung oder Reinigung ist zuerst der Akku aus dem Akkuschrauber zu entfernen. Das Ladegerät ist von
der Netzspannung zu trennen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker! Es sind keine für Sie zu wartenden Teile in dem Produkt
enthalten, öffnen Sie es deshalb niemals. Eine Wartung oder Reparatur und ein damit verbundenes Öffnen des Produkts
darf nur von einem Fachmann bzw. einer dazu geeigneten Fachwerkstatt durchgeführt werden.
Vor einer Wartung oder Reinigung ist zuerst derAkku aus dem Akkuschrauber zu entfernen. Das Ladegerät ist von der Netzspannung zu trennen,
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker!
Es sind keine für Sie zu wartenden Teile in dem Produkt enthalten, öffnen Sie es deshalb niemals.
Für eine weitergehende Reinigung genügt ein trockenes, sauberes und fusselfreies Tuch, das für stärkere Verschmutzungen leicht mit lauwarmen
Wasser angefeuchtet werden kann. Spezielle Reinigungsmittel sind normalerweise nicht nötig!
Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeiten in das Geräteinnere gelangen, dies führt zur Zerstörung des Produkts.
Ungeeignete Reinigungsmittel können Verfärbungen auf der Kunststoff-Ober äche verursachen.
Verwenden Sie niemals scharfe Scheuermittel, Alkohol, Benzin, Spiritus oder ähnliche Flüssigkeiten zur Reinigung!
Lassen Sie das Produkt nach dem Reinigen zuerst vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie es wieder in Betrieb nehmen (Akku
einsetzen bzw. Akkuschrauber oder Ladegerät verwenden).
9. Entsorgung
a) Allgemein
Elektronische Geräte sind Wertstoffe und gehören nicht in den Hausmüll.
Entsorgen Sie das Produkt am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
Entnehmen Sie evtl. eingelegte Batterien/Akkus und entsorgen Sie diese getrennt vom Produkt.
b) Batterien / Akkus
Sie als Endverbraucher sind gesetzlich (Batterieverordnung) zur Rückgabe aller gebrauchten Batterien/Akkus verpichtet; eine Entsorgung über
den Hausmüll ist untersagt.
Schadstoffhaltige Batterien/Akkus sind mit dem nebenstehenden Symbol gekennzeichnet, das auf das Verbot der Entsorgung
über den Hausmüll hinweist. Die Bezeichnungen für das ausschlaggebende Schwermetall sind: Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Quecksilber,
Pb=Blei (die Bezeichnung steht auf den Batterien/Akkus z.B. unter dem links abgebildeten Mülltonnen-Symbol).
Ihre verbrauchten Batterien/Akkus können Sie unentgeltlich bei den Sammelstellen Ihrer Gemeinde, unseren Filialen oder
überall dort abgeben, wo Batterien/Akkus verkauft werden.
Sie erfüllen damit die gesetzlichen Verpichtungen und leisten Ihren Beitrag zum Umweltschutz.
10. Behebung von Störungen
Mit dem Akkuschrauber haben Sie ein Produkt erworben, welches nach dem Stand der Technik gebaut wurde und betriebssicher ist. Dennoch
kann es zu Problemen und Störungen kommen.
Deshalb möchten wir Ihnen hier beschreiben, wie Sie mögliche Störungen beheben können.
Beachten Sie unbedingt sämtliche Sicherheitshinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung!

• Ist der Akku richtig eingesteckt und eingerastet?
Ein-/Ausschalter (7) lässt sich nicht drücken. • Bringen Sie den Drehrichtungsumschalter (4) in die Stellung links bzw. rechts. In der
Mittelstellung blockiert er den Ein-/Ausschalter (7)!
Beim Bohren ist kein Bohrfortschritt sichtbar. • Kontrollieren Sie die Drehrichtung des Bohrers, schalten Sie den Drehrichtungsumschalter
(4) in die andere Position.
• Benutzen Sie einen anderen Bohrer.
Beim Lösen oder beim Festschrauben einer
Schraube rattert der Akkuschrauber.

1. Intended Use
This product is intended for screwing in and unscrewing screws and for drilling holes into wood, plastic, metal and ceramic materials. For each of
these purposes, the appropriate bore bits or drills are to be used.
No part of the product may be modied or converted. Both any claim to warranty and license (CE) will lapse in such cases.
The housing must not be opened and the labels on the product must not be damaged or removed.
Use other than that described above can lead to damage to the product and may involve additional risks such as, for example, short circuits, re,
electrical shocks etc.
Observe all safety instructions in these operating instructions!

The following safety instructions are intended not only for the protection of your health but also for the protection of the device. Please read through
the following points attentively:
a) General
• For safety and licensing (CE) reasons, unauthorized conversion and/or modications to the product are not
permitted. Moreover, the warranty will lapse in such cases.
• The device is not a toy and has no place in the hands of children.
• The charging set is constructed according to protection class II. As source of voltage only a correct mains socket
(100 – 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz) of the public supply system may be used.
• The product (cordless screwdriver, rechargeable battery, charging set) may not become damp or wet. This could not
only cause risks of destroying the product but also risks of a fatal electric shock!
• If the product is brought from a cold into a warm room (e.g. for transport reasons), it is possible that condensation
water develops. This water could damage the product. Additionally, the charging set can cause a fatal electric shock!
• Therefore, allow the complete product to reach room temperature before using it or before connecting the charging
set to the mains voltage. This may take several hours.
• Never position vessels or containers containing liquids, such as buckets, vases or plants, into the direct vicinity of
the product. Liquids could seep into the interior of the housing and in doing so impair the electrical safety. Apart
from that there is the greatest risk of a re or a fatal electric shock! In such a case, switch off the mains socket to
which the product is connected (e.g. switch off automatic fuse) and pull the mains plug of the charging set out of the
mains socket; take the rechargeable battery out of the cordless screwdriver. Then, the product may not be operated
any longer, bring it to a specialist workshop.
• Do not place open sources of re such as burning candles on the device or in its vicinity.
• Never operate the product in the vicinity of combustible or inammable liquids or gases, air/gas mixtures (gasoline
vapours) or easily inammable solids. Sparks can develop if the product is operated, risk of explosion!
• Only use the device in a moderate climate, never in a tropical climate.
• Never touch the charging set, the cordless screwdriver and the rechargeable battery with your damp or wet hands,
because there is risk of a fatal electric shock!
• Do not pull the mains plug of the charging set out of the mains socket by the cable! Always pull the mains plug from
the power socket by the side grips provided.
• Do not place any objects on the power cable, do not kink it.
• If the power cable is damaged, do not touch it. First of all switch off the mains socket to which the product is
connected (e.g. switch off automatic fuse) and then pull the mains plug carefully out of the mains socket. Then bring
the product to a specialist workshop! The cable in the charging set is  xed and cannot be replaced. The damaged
power cable may not be repaired, there is grave danger!
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. In the hands of children, plastic foil and/or bags and
polystyrene parts etc. can turn into dangerous toys.
• In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the Employer’s Liability Insurance Associations
for Electrical Systems and Operating Materials are to be observed.
• In schools, training centres, hobby and self-help workshops, use of the product must be supervised by trained
personnel in a responsible manner.

b) Operating the cordless drill / screwdriver
• Rotating parts can catch your hair and clothes, there is risk of injury! Therefore, use a hair net or something like that
for long hair and wear clothes which t closely when operating the product.
• Always check the cordless screwdriver and the rechargeable battery for damage before using them. In case you
notice any damage, do not operate the device and bring it to a specialist workshop.
• For safety reasons, the change-over switch is to set to its central position before inserting or replacing the
rechargeable battery and before inserting or removing the bore bits or drills. In this position the drive is blocked
(turn-on lock).
• Ensure that power, gas or water lines are not damaged during boring or screwing in screws! Mortal danger!
• Take special care if you screw in long screws because they might jam or the cordless screwdriver might slip down,
risk of injury!
• Never subject the cordless screwdriver to such a high load that the drive will stop.
• When boring or screwing above your head, put on appropriate safety goggles. Your eyes might be injured by bore
dust or chips. In some cases an additional breathing mask should be worn which protects your nose, mouth and
lungs from dust, an ear protection is recommended as well.

• If boring or screwing above your head, do not use the magnetic holder on the top side of the cordless drill /
screwdriver. The screws at this holder could fall down (e.g. into your face/eyes), risk of injury!
• Hold the cordless screwdriver safely. In case of a sudden stop of the drive (for example, if a drill is interlocked) the
torque is transmitted to the cordless screwdriver itself, it distorts laterally. Due to this, the cordless screwdriver
might fall out of your hand, risk of injury!
c) Rechargeable battery and charging set
• The rechargeable battery may only be charged via the supplied charging set. Only use the charging set for the
supplied rechargeable battery.
• Only charge the rechargeable battery at an ambient temperature of about 10°C to 30°C.
• If the rechargeable battery has warmed up (e.g. in longer periods of operating the cordless screwdriver) allow it to
cool down before charging it.
• Only recharge the rechargeable battery if it is completely discharged. If an rechargeable battery not being totally
discharged is recharged several times subsequently or if it is recharged after a short period of operation, the
operating life of the rechargeable battery will be reduced and capacity losses will be caused (memory effect).
• The NiCd rechargeable battery used will discharge itself slowly, if it is not used (so called self-discharge). If you do
not use the cordless screwdriver for a longer period of time, check the charge state (state indicator on the top of
the cordless screwdriver) and recharge the rechargeable battery at regular intervals, approximately every 3 months.
• Protect both the rechargeable battery and the cordless screwdriver or the charging set against strong coldness, heat
or direct sunlight. Contrary ambient conditions can not only reduce the operating life of the rechargeable battery but
also cause risk of explosion or of destruction of the rechargeable battery in extreme cases.
• Do not throw the rechargeable battery into re, risk of explosion!
• Handle the rechargeable battery carefully, ensure that it (and the cordless screwdriver) does not fall down. Due to
the heavy weight, there is not only the risk of destroying the rechargeable battery and the cordless screwdriver but
also risk of injury.
• Never take the rechargeable battery apart.
• Short circuits of the contacts of the rechargeable battery can cause risks of  re and explosion! Therefore, always
leave the rechargeable battery in the cordless screwdriver.
• Protect the contacts of the rechargeable battery by means of an insulating tape, if the rechargeable battery is kept
separately from the cordless screwdriver.
5. Charging the rechargeable battery
a) General
Observe all safety instructions contained in these operating instructions without fail, chapter 4. c) in particular.
Before operating the product for the rst time, the rechargeable battery is to be charged.
A new rechargeable battery or a rechargeable battery which has not been used for a longer period of time reaches its full power
only after 5 complete discharge and recharge processes.
The rechargeable battery needs to be charged if the cordless screwdriver:
• moves very slowly without any load.
• is stored for longer periods of time (every 3 months).
Follow this procedure to recharge the rechargeable battery:
• Connect the charging set to the mains voltage (100 – 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz). The POWER LED lights up in yellow.
• Take the rechargeable battery out of the cordless screwdriver. To do this, press the two lateral push buttons for unlocking the rechargeable
battery and pull out the rechargeable battery. See also chapter 6 for this step.
• Plug in the rechargeable battery with the correct orientation (only one is possible) into the socket of the charging set (do not apply any force!).
The charging LED lights up in red.
• If the rechargeable battery is completely charged, the charging LED lights up in green(rechargeable battery is fully charged).
A complete charging process takes approximately between 1 and 2 hours.
• Remove the rechargeable battery out of the charging set directly after the end of the charging process.
• Disconnect the charging set from the mains voltage. Pull the mains plug out of the mains socket.
• Insert the rechargeable battery into the cordless screwdriver so that it engages.
Only one direction of the rechargeable battery is correct, do not apply any force when inserting the rechargeable
battery into the cordless screwdriver.

b) Removing and inserting the rechargeable battery
For removing the rechargeable battery, press (A) the two lateral push-buttons for
unlocking it (7).
Then, the rechargeable battery can be pulled out downwards (B).
For inserting the rechargeable battery it is to position with its correct orientation at
the bottom of the cordless screwdriver up to the point at which it engages.

c) Inserting/removing the tool into/out of the drill chuck
For safety reasons, rst the turn-over switch (5) is to be set to its central position to block the on/off switch (8).
Open the drill chuck by holding the internal ring (F) with one of your hands and turning the
outer ring (E) with your other hand anticlockwise (C, seen from front to the drill chuck).
Insert the desired tool (a drill in the gure) into the drill chuck.
Screw on the drill chuck by holding the internal ring (F) with one of your hands and turning
the outer ring (E) with your other hand clockwise (D, seen from front to the drill chuck).
To ensure that the tool (e.g. a bore bit or a drill) is xed in the drill
chuck, it should be positioned at least 1 cm deep in the drill chuck
(bore bits or small drills). Large drills are to be inserted completely.
Proceed as described above to remove the tool.
Open the drill chuck by holding the internal ring (F) with one of your hands and turning the
outer ring (E) with your other hand anticlockwise.

d) Setting the torque or selecting the drill mode
By turning the torque-setting ring (2) the desired torque can be set at which the sliding clutch is
activated. Thus, the screw cannot be overtightened, e.g. when screwing it in; the screw ushes with
the material surface if the torque setting has been selected properly.
For drilling the setting ring can be set to a special position (marked by a drill symbol). In this position
the sliding clutch is deactivated, the torque is not limited.

e) On/off switch
To be able to operate the on/off switch (8), the turn-over switch (5) must not be at its central position (in this position the on/off
switch is blocked).
The number of revolutions of the drive depends on the degree to which the on/off switch (8) is pressed.
In this way, the speed can be adjusted continuously from standstill up to maximum number of revolutions.
If the on/off switch is released, the drive will be slowed down (“Rotation stop”).
f) Function of the change-over switch (with turn-on lock)
Via the turn-over switch (5) you can switch between left and right senses of rotation.
The correct sense of rotation is to be selected according to the kind of work, whether holes are to be bored or a screw is to be
screwed in or out.
In its central position the turn-over switch blocks the on/off switch (8) and consequently the motor in the cordless screwdriver. Thus, you are able
to change the tools safely.
Change only the sense of rotation of the drive, if the cordless screwdriver has stopped completely. Otherwise, the drive
might be damaged.
g) Selecting the gear speeds (“HIGH”/ “LOW”)
A switch (4) is provided on the top of the cordless screwdriver. By means of this switch the two speeds can be selected.
LOW 1. speed, low number of revolutions, high torque
HIGH 2. speed, high number of revolutions, low torque
The switch for selecting the two speeds may only be activated, if the drive of the cordless screwdriver has stopped
completely. Otherwise, the drive might be damaged.
If one of the two speeds cannot be set by activating the switch, the driving toothed wheels are probably in an unfavourable
position.
In this case, activate the on/off switch (8) slightly so that the toothed wheels move a little bit.
h) Checking the rechargeable battery state
On top of the cordless screwdriver a small display and a check key are provided.
If the check key is activated, the current charge state is indicated. See gures on the right.

Only activate the check key, if the drive of the cordless screwdriver has stopped completely. Otherwise, the indication is not
correct because the high power consumption of the motor falsies the measured value.

7. Handling
• Observe all safety instructions in these operating instructions!
• Avoid the following unfavourable ambient conditions during operation or transportation:
-damp or humidity which is too high
-extreme cold or heat
-direct sunlight
-dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents (Explosion hazard!)
-strong vibrations
-strong magnetic  elds such as those found in the vicinity of machinery or loudspeakers,
• Always check the product for damage every time before using it.
• In case you notice any damage, do not operate the product any longer and bring it to a specialist workshop.
• It must be assumed that the safe operation is no longer possible, if
-the device has been visibly damaged,
-the device no longer operates and
-it has been stored for long periods under unfavourable conditions or
-it has been subject to considerable stress in transit.
• Remove the rechargeable battery as soon as possible after the end of the charging process, then separate the
charging set from the mains voltage and pull out the mains plug.
• Do not insert any objects, e.g. paper clips, ball-point pens, pins or knitting needles etc. into the ventilation slits or
openings of the device.
• This cannot only cause risk of product damage but also risk of a fatal electric shock!
• Put on appropriate clothes when operating the product and depending on the application of the cordless screwdriver
take additional protective measures (safety goggles, dust protection, ear protection).
• Keep order at your workstation, ensure good light conditions. Keep children away from your workstation.
• Protect the workpiece against sliding or turning. For example, use a vise for drilling operations.
• Only use suitable bore bits or drills for the cordless screwdriver.
• Ensure your safe standing position when working, use a suitable ladder for example.
• Principally, use the electric tools only if you are concentrated and sober. A non-concentrated way of working or
working under the in uence of alcohol or drugs cannot only damage the workpiece or electric device but can also
cause high risk of injury!
• Do not overload the electrical appliances. Only use the electric devices for such operations for which they are
provided. For example, the cordless screwdriver must not be used for gauging mortar.
• Do not apply any force onto the cordless screwdriver when screwing or drilling. Apart from the risk to damage the
cordless screwdriver/rechargeable battery there is also risk of injury.
• Never touch the rotating drill chuck, the rotating drill or drill bit. Risk of injury!
• The heating-up of the cordless screwdriver or the rechargeable battery during operation is normal.
• The same applies for the charging set and rechargeable battery when charging the rechargeable battery.
• Keep the electrical appliances in a clean condition and clean them at regular intervals. In this way you can enjoy a
correctly functioning tool for a long period of time.
• Keep the electrical appliance at a dry and clean location (no damp cellars or places like that). The location at which
you keep the device must be out of the reach of children. Children cannot estimate the risks which can arise through
handling electrical appliances.
8. Maintenance and cleaning
Before servicing or cleaning works,  rst take the rechargeable battery out of the cordless screwdriver. The charging set
is to be separated from the mains voltage, pull it out of the mains socket!
None of the components inside this product is to be serviced by the user. Therefore never open it.
Servicing or repair and any associated opening of the product may only be carried out by a specialist or a specialist
workshop.
A thorough cleaning maintains the operability of the product so that you can enjoy it for a long period of time. A good craftsman is careful with
his tools!
Remove dust by means of a clean long-hair brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Further cleaning only requires a dry, clean and lint-free cloth which can be damped a little bit in slightly warm water for more concentrated dirt.
Normally, special cleaning agents are not necessary!
Ensure that liquids do not enter into the interior of the device, because they could damage the product.
Improper cleaning agents can cause a discolouration at the plastic surface.
Never use aggressive scouring cleaners, alcohol, gasoline, spirit or similar liquids for cleaning the device!
After cleaning, allow the product to dry completely before operating it again (inserting the rechargeable battery or using
the cordless screwdriver or charging set).
9. Disposal
a) General
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
Remove any inserted (rechargeable) batteries and dispose of them separately from the product.
b) Batteries / rechargeable batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable batteries. Disposing of them in the household
waste is prohibited.
Contaminated (rechargeable) batteries are labelled with this symbol to indicate that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden.
The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead (name on (rechargeable) batteries,
e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used (rechargeable) batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever (rechargeable)
batteries are sold.
You thus full your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
10. Troubleshooting
In purchasing the cordless screwdriver, you have acquired a product which has been designed to the state of the art and is
operationally reliable. However, problems and faults can occur.
Therefore at this point we would like to explain to you how you can rectify possible faults.
Observe all safety instructions contained in these operating instructions without fail!

1. Utilisation conforme
Le produit est prévu pour visser et dévisser des vis et, pour percer le bois, les matières plastiques, les métaux et la céramique. Pour cela, il faut
utiliser les embouts et les forets appropriés.
Il ne faut pas modi er ni transformer l’ensemble du produit, car cela entraînerait non seulement l’annulation de la garantie, mais aussi celle de
l’homologation (CE).
Il est interdit d’ouvrir le boîtier. Ne pas endommager ou retirer les autocollants qui se trouvent sur le produit.
Toute utilisation autre que celle décrite précédemment peut provoquer l’endommagement du produit. De plus, elle entraînerait des risques de
courts-circuits, d’incendies, de décharges électriques, etc.

3. Explications des symboles
Le symbole de l’éclair dans un triangle est utilisé pour signaler un danger pour votre santé, par ex. choc électrique.

de l´appareil.
Le symbole de la « main » précède des conseils et consignes d’utilisation particuliers.
4. Consignes de sécurité
Tout dommage résultant d’un non-respect des présentes consignes entraîne l’annulation de la garantie.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les dommages consécutifs !
De même, nous n’assumons aucune responsabilité en cas de dommages matériels ou corporels résultant d’une utilisa-
tion non conforme aux spéci cations de l’appareil ou d’un non-respect des présentes consignes. Dans ces cas, la
garantie est annulée.
Les consignes de sécurité et les indications de danger ne sont pas destinées à préserver uniquement votre santé, mais aussi à préserver le bon
fonctionnement de l´appareil. Veuillez lire attentivement les points suivants :
a) Généralités
• Pour des raisons de sécurité et d´homologation (CE), toute transformation et/ou modi cation personelle du produit
est interdite. Cela entraînerait l’annulation de la garantie.
• Ce produit n´est pas un jouet. Ne pas le laisser à la portée des enfants.
• Le chargeur appartient à la classe de protection II. Il faut impérativement utiliser une prise électrique en état de
marche (230V / 50Hz) raccordée au réseau d’alimentation public.
• Ne pas humidi er ni mouiller le produit (tournevis sur accumulateur, accumulateur, chargeur). Cela représenterait
non seulement un risque de destruction du produit, mais aussi un danger de mort par électrocution !
• Lorsque le produit a été transporté d´un local froid à un local chaud (p. ex. lors du transport), il peut se former de
l´eau de condensation. Cela pourrait endommager le produit. Pour le chargeur il y a en plus un danger de mort
par électrocution ! Attendez que le produit ait atteint la température ambiante avant de l’utiliser ou de brancher le
chargeur sur le secteur. Selon les cas, cela peut durer plusieurs heures.
• Ne mettez pas de récipients avec des liquides, p. ex. seaux, vases ou plantes, juste à côté du produit. Les liquides
pourraient pénétrer à l´intérieur de l´appareil et compromettre sa sécurité électrique. En outre, risque d`incendie ou
d´électrocution mortelle ! Dans ce cas, débrancher l’appareil de la prise de courant (déconnecter, par ex., le coupe-
circuit automatique) et retirer ensuite la  che de la prise de courant du chargeur ; retirer l’accumulateur du tournevis
sur accumulateur. Le produit ne doit plus être mis en service, apportez-le dans un atelier spécialisé.
• Ne poser aucune source de chaleur telles que des bougies susceptible de provoquer un incendie sur ou à proximité
de l´appareil.
• N’utilisez jamais le produit à côté ou à proximité de liquides ou gaz in ammables, de mélanges air/gaz (vapeurs
d’essence) ou de matières solides facilement in ammables. Le fonctionnement du produit peut créer des étincelles,
danger d’explosion !
• N’utiliser le produit que dans des régions climatiques modérées et non tropicales.
• Le chargeur, le tournevis sur accumulateur et le chargeur ne doivent jamais être touchés avec des mains humides
ou mouillées, danger de mort par électrocution !
• Ne pas retirer la  che du chargeur de la prise de courant en tirant sur le câble ! Toujours retirer la  che secteur de
la prise de courant en la saisissant au niveau des surfaces latérales prévues à cet effet.
• Ne pas mettre d’objet sur le câble du secteur, ne pas le plier.
• Si le câble du secteur devait être endommagé, ne pas le toucher. Débrancher d´abord l´appareil de la prise de courant
(par le biais du coupe-circuit correspondant), puis retirer ensuite avec précaution la  che de la prise de courant.
Apporter ensuite l’appareil dans un atelier spécialisé ! Le câble du chargeur est  xe et ne peut pas être changé. Ne
pas réparer le câble de secteur endommagé, danger de mort !
• Ne pas laisser trîner le matériel d’emballage. Les  lms et les sachets plastiques, le polystyrène, etc. peuvent devenir
de dangereux jouets pour les enfants.
• Dans les installations industrielles, il conviendra d’observer les consignes de prévention d’accidents relatives aux
installations électriques et les modes d’exploitation édictées par les syndicats professionnels.
• Dans les écoles, les centres de formation, les ateliers de loisirs et de réinsertion, la manipulation d’appareils
alimentés par le secteur doit être surveillée par un personnel responsable, spécialement formé à cet effet.

b) Fonctionnement du tournevis sur accumulateur
• Les pièces en rotation peuvent attraper les cheveux ou les vêtements, danger de blessures ! C’est pourquoi si vous
avez les cheveux longs utilisez p. ex. un  let, ne portez pas de vêtements amples pour travailler.
• Avant toute utilisation, véri ez si le tournevis sur accumulateur et l’accummulateur sont endommagés. Si vous
constatez des endommagements, ne mettez pas l’appareil en marche, mais laissez-le contrôler par un spécialiste.
• Pour des raisons de sécurité, il faut mettre le commutateur de sens de rotation en position du milieu, avant de mettre
en place l’accumulateur, pour changer l’accumulateur, et pour mettre ou enlever des embouts ou des forets. Dans
cette position, l’entraînement est bloqué (blocage de mise en marche).
• Lors du perçage et du vissage, il faut faire attention à ne pas endommager des câbles électriques, des conduites de
gaz ou d’eau ! Danger de mort!
• Lors du vissage de vis longues, il faut faire particulièrement attention, celles ci pourraient se tordre ou le tournevis
sur accumulateur pourrait déraper, danger de blessures !
• Ne forcez pas sur le tournevis sur accumulateur jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’arrête.
• Lors du perçage ou du vissage au-dessus de la tête, porter des lunettes de protection appropriées. La poussière de
perçage ou les copeaux métalliques représentent un risque pour les yeux. Dans certaines circonstances, un masque
peut être utile pour protéger le nez, la bouche et les poumons contre la poussière, de même un protecteur auditif.
• Dans certains cas, le port d’un masque respiratoire peut s’avérer nécessaire, ainsi la poussière ne pénètre pas dans
le nez, la bouche et les poumons. Une protection acoustique peut s’avérer également nécessaire.
• Lors du forage ou du vissage au plafond, interdiction d’utiliser le support magnétique sur la partie supérieure du
tournevis sur accumulateur. Les vis placées à cet endroit peuvent tomber (par exemple sur le visage/les yeux),
risque de blessures !
• Tenez bien le tournevis sur accumulateur. Lors d’un arrêt subit de l’entraînement (p. ex. lorqu’un foret se tord), le
couple est retransmis à le tournevis sur accumulateur et elle tourne sur le côté. Il y a risque de chute du tournevis
sur accumulateur et danger de blessures !
c) Accumulateur et chargeur
• L’accumulateur ne doit être chargé qu’avec le chargeur fourni. N’utilisez le chargeur que pour l’accumulateur fourni.
• Chargez l’accumulateur uniquement à une température ambiante d’env. 10°C à 30°C.
• Si l’accumulateur est chaud (p. ex. à cause d’une utilisation prolongée de la visse use), laissez-le d’abord refroidir
avant de le charger.
• Attendez que l’accumulateur soit vide pour le charger. Le chargement consécutif répété d’un accumulateur qui n’est
pas vide ou le chargement après une utilisation brève, réduit la durée de vie de l’accumulateur et entraîne une perte
de performances (« effet mémoire »).
• L’accumulateur NiCd se décharge lentement automatiquement s’il n’est pas utilisé (« autodécharge »). Si vous
n’utilisez pas le tournevis sur accumulateur pendant longtemps, contrôler l’état de charge (indicateur en haut sur le
tournevis sur accumulateur) et chargez régulièrement l’accumulateur, à peu près tous les 3 mois.
• Protégez l’accumulateur, le tournevis sur accumulateur et le chargeur contre le froid, la chaleur et les rayons directs
du soleil.Des conditions ambiantes défavorables ne diminuent pas seulement la durée de vie de l’accumulateur, mais
dans les cas extrêmes, il y a danger d’explosion ou danger de destruction de l’accumulateur.
• Ne pas jeter l’accumulateur au feu, danger d’explosion !
• Soyez prudent avec l’accumulateur (avec le tournevis sur accumulateur aussi), ne le laissez pas tomber. Du fait du
poids important, il n’y a pas seulement un danger de destruction de l’accumulateur et du tournevis sur accumulateur,
mais il y a aussi danger de blessures.
• Ne démontez jamais l’accumulateur.
• En cas de court-circuit des contacts de l’accumulateur, il y a danger d’incendie et d’explosion ! C’est pourquoi,
laissez toujours l’accumulateur dans le tournevis sur accumulateur. Protégez les contacts de l’accumulateur éventl.
avec un morceau de ruban isolant, si vous ne rangez pas l’accumulateur avec la visse use.
5. Recharge de l’accumulateur
a) Généralités
Veillez à observer sans exception toutes les instructions de sécurité gurant dans le présent mode d’emploi, en
particulier le chapitre 4c.
Avant d’utiliser le produit pour la première fois, la pile rechargeable doit être chargée.
Une nouvelle pile rechargeable ou une pile rechargeable qui n’a pas été utilisée depuis longtemps atteint toute sa puissance
après 5 cycles complets de charge et de décharge.
La pile rechargeable doit être chargée si le tournevis sans l :
• Fonctionne très lentement sans charge.
• Est stocké pendant des périodes prolongées (tous les 3 mois).
Pour recharger la pile rechargeable, procédez comme suit :
• Reliez le dispositif de charge à l’alimentation secteur (100-200 V/AC, 50/60 Hz). La DEL d’alimentation s’éclaire en jaune.
• Retirez la pile rechargeable du tournevis sans l. Pour ce faire, appuyez sur les deux boutons latéraux pour libérer la pile rechargeable avant
de la retirer. Voir également le chapitre 6 pour cette étape.
• Insérez la pile rechargeable dans le bon sens (uniquement un sens possible) dans son logement du dispositif de charge (ne forcez pas !). La
DEL de charge s’éclaire en rouge.
• Une fois la pile rechargeable entièrement chargée, la DEL de charge s’éclaire en vert (signiant ainsi que la pile rechargeable est entièrement
chargée).
Un chargement complet dure environ 1-2 heure.
• Enlevez l’accumulateur du chargeur dès qu’il est chargé.
• Débranchez le chargeur de la tension secteur, retirez la  che secteur de la prise de courant.
• Enfoncez l’accumulateur dans le tournevis sur accumulateur de manière à ce qu’il soit bien enclenché.
Une seule position de l’accumulateur est la bonne, ne forcez pas en plaçant l’accumulateur dans le tournevis sur
accumulateur.
b) Indication d’état de la DEL de charge

b) Enlever et mettre en place l’accumulateur
Pour enlever l’accumulateur, il faut appuyer sur les deux boutons sur le côté pour
le déverrouillage de l’accumulateur (7) (A).
Ensuite, il est possible de retirer l’accumulateur par le bas (B).
Pour mettre en place l’accumulateur, il faut le mettre dans la bonne position en
bas dans le tournevis sur accumulateur, jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche.

c) Mettre/enlever l’outil dans le mandrin
Pour des raisons de sécurité, il faut d’abord mettre le commutateur de sens de rotation (5) en position du milieu, pour
bloquer l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt (8).
Ouvrez le mandrin, en tenant d’une main la bague intérieure (F) et en tournant dans le
sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre, la bague extérieure (E) avec l’autre main (C,
vue de face sur le mandrin).
Enfoncez l’outil souhaité (un foret sur la  gure) dans le mandrin.
Serrez le mandrin, en tenant d’une main la bague intérieure (F) et en tournant dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre, la bague extérieure (E) avec l’autre main (D, vue de
face sur le mandrin).
Pour que l’outil (p. ex. un embout ou un foret) soit bien en place
dans le mandrin, il faut qu’il soit au moins enfoncé de 1 cm de pro-
fondeur dans le mandrin (embout ou petit foret). Les grands forets
doivent être enfoncés complètement.
Pour enlevez l’outil, procédez de la manière indiquée ci-dessus. Ouvrez le mandrin,
en tenant d’une main la bague intérieure (F) et en tournant dans le sens contraire des

d) Régler le couple ou sélectionner le mode de perçage
En tournant la bague de réglage du couple (2), il est possible de régler le couple souhaité à partir
duquel l’accouplement patinant est activé. Ainsi cela empêche p. ex. de fausser une vis en la vissant ;
la vis est au ras de la surface du matériau, si le réglage du couple est sélectionné en conséquence.
Pour percer, il est possible de mettre la bague de réglage dans une certaine position (indiquée par
un symbole de foret). Dans cette position, l’accouplement patinant est désactivé, il n’y a pas de
limitation du couple.

Plus la valeur réglée est élevée (cf. étiquette sur le tournevis sur accumulateur) plus il y a de couple disponible :
Petite valeur réglée : Matériaux souples, petites vis
Grande valeur réglée : Matériaux durs, grandes vis
Symbole du foret : Pas de limitation du couple
Pour dévisser, il faut sélectionner un réglage plus élevé ou le réglage pour “percer” (symbole du foret).
e) Interrupteur Marche/Arrêt
Pour pouvoir actionner l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt (8) il faut que le commutateur de sens de rotation (5) ne soit
pas en position du milieu (sinon, dans cette position, l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt est bloqué !).
La vitesse de l’entraînement dépend de comment l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt (8) est enfoncé.
Ainsi, il est possible régler la vitesse progressivement de l’arrêt jusqu’à la vitesse maximale.
En relâchant l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt, l’entraînement est freiné (« arrêt de rotation »).
f) Fonction du commutateur de sens de rotation (avec blocage de mise en marche)
Avec le commutateur de sens de rotation (5) il est possible de commuter le sens de rotation entre la gauche et la droite.
Selon qu’il faut percer des trous ou qu’une vis doit être vissée ou dévissée, il faut sélectionner le sens de rotation adapté.
En position centrale, le commutateur de sens de rotation bloque l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt et ainsi le moteur du tournevis sur accumulateur, a
n de pouvoir changer un outil en toute sécurité.
Ne commutez que lorsque l’entraînement du tournevis sur accumulateur est complètement arrêté !
Sinon, cela pourrait endommager l’entraînement.
g) Sélectionner les vitesses (« HIGH »/ « LOW »)
Sur le dessus du tournevis sur accumulateur, il y a un commutateur (4), qui permet de sélectionner les deux vitesses.
LOW 1. vitesse, basse rotation, couple élevé
HIGH 2. vitesse, forte rotation, couple moins élevé
Le commutateur pour les deux vitesses, ne doit être actionné que lorsque l’entraînement du tournevis sur accumulateur
est complètement arrêté ! Sinon, cela pourrait endommager l’entraînement.
Si l’une des vitesses ne peut pas être mise lors de l’actionnement du commutateur, cela peut-être dû au fait que les roues
dentées de l’entraînement ne sont pas dans une position adaptée.
Dans ce cas, appuyez légèrement sur l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt pour que les roues dentées puissent avancer un tout petit peu.
h) Contrôler l’état de l’accumulateur
En haut sur le tournevis sur accumulateur, il y a un petit af chage et un bouton de
contrôle.
En appuyant sur le bouton de contrôle, l’état de chargement actuel est indiqué, cf. Figures
à droite.

N’appuyez sur le bouton de contrôle que lorsque l’entraînement du tournevis sur accumulateur est complètement arrêté. Sinon
l’af chage ne correspond pas, car l’absorption de courant élevée du moteur fausse la mesure.

7. Maniement
• Respecter toutes les consignes de sécurité indiquées dans le présent mode d’emploi !
• Eviter les conditions défavorables suivantes lors de l´utilisation ou du transport :
-présence d’eau ou humidité atmosphérique trop élevée,
-froid ou chaleur extrême,
-rayons directs du soleil,
-poussière ou gaz in ammables, vapeurs ou solvants in ammables, (Danger d´explosion !)
-fortes vibrations,
-champs magnétiques intenses à proximité de machines ou de haut-parleurs, par ex.
• Un fonctionnement sans risques n’est pas assuré lorsque
-l’appareil est visiblement endommagé,
-l’appareil ne fonctionne plus et
-l’appareil a été stocké durant une période prolongée dans des conditions déplorables ou
-qu’il a subi de sévères contraintes liées au transport.
• Faites attention à ce que le chargeur / l’accumulateur aient une aération suf sante pendant le chargement. Surveillez
le chargeur / l’accumulateur pendant le chargement. Ne recouvrez pas le chargeur / l’accumulateur, laissez autour
d’eux assez d’écart par rapport aux autres objets etc.
• Retirez l’accumulateur aussi tôt que possible après le chargement, débranchez ensuite le chargeur de la tension
secteur, débranchez la  che secteur.
• Ne jamais introduire d’objets tels que trombones, stylos bille, épingles ou aiguilles à tricoter, etc. dans les fentes
d’aération ou les ouvertures de l’appareil.
• Cela ne représenterait pas seulement un risque d’endommagement du produit, mais aussi un danger de mort par
électrocution !
• Portez pour travailler des vêtements appropriés, utilisez suivant l’emploi du tournevis sur accumulateur, un
équipement de protection supplémentaire (lunettes, protection contre la poussière, protecteur auditif).
• Tenez en ordre la zone de travail et assurez vous d’un bon éclairage. Maintenez les enfants à distance de la zone
de travail !
• Bloquez la pièce travaillée pour qu’elle ne puisse pas glisser ni tourner. Utilisez par exemple un étau pour les travaux
de perçage.
• N’utilisez pour le tournevis sur accumulateur que des embouts ou des forets appropriés.
• Assurez une situation de travail sûre, utilisez par exemple une échelle appropriée.
• N’utilisez systématiquement des outils électriques que lorsque vous êtes concentré et pas sous l’in uence
d’alcool. Le travail sans concentration ou sous l’in uence d’alcool ou de drogues peut non seulement entraîner
l’endommagement de la pièce ou de l’appareil électrique, mais représenter aussi un grand danger de blessures !
• Ne soumettez pas les appareils électriques à une charge trop importante. N’utilisez les appareils électriques que
pour les travaux auxquels ils sont destinés. Par exemple, il ne faut pas utiliser le tournevis sur accumulateur pour
mélanger du mortier.
• Pour visser ou percer, ne forcez pas sur le tournevis sur accumulateur. En plus du risque d’endommagement du
tournevis sur accumulateur / de l’outil, il y a aussi danger de blessures.
• Ne touchez jamais le mandrin en rotation, le foret ou l’embout qui tourne. Risque de blessures !
• L’échauffement du tournevis sur accumulateur ou de l’accumulateur est normal pendant l’utilisation.
• La même chose est valable pour le chargeur et l’accumulateur lors du chargement.
• Gardez les appareils électriques propres et nettoyez-les régulièrement.
• Ainsi, vous jouirez longtemps de votre outil en parfait état de fonctionnement.
• Rangez ensuite l’appareil électrique dans un endroit sec et propre (pas dans une cave humide etc.). Le lieu de
rangement ne doit pas être à la portée des enfants. Ceux-ci ne sont pas en mesure d’estimer les risques susceptibles
d’apparaître lors de la manipulation des appareils électriques !
8. Maintenance et nettoyage
Avant l’entretien ou le nettoyage, il faut d’abord enlever l’accumulateur du tournevis sur accumulateur.
Il faut débrancher le chargeur de la tension secteur, retirer la  che secteur !
Le produit ne contient aucune pièce nécessitant une maintenance de votre part ; par conséquent, ne jamais l’ouvrir.
Toute maintenance ou réparation et donc l’ouverture du produit ne doit être effectuée que par un spécialiste ou un
atelier spécialisé homologué.
Un nettoyage soigné permet de maintenir le bon fonctionnement du produit sur une longue durée. Un bon artisan fait attention à ses outils !
Enlevez la poussière avec un pinceau à poils longs et un aspirateur. Pour un nettoyage minutieux, il suf t d’avoir un chiffon sec, propre et non-
pelucheux qui pourra être humidi é légèrement avec de l’eau tiède pour les saletés persistantes.
Normalement, des détergents spéciaux ne sont pas nécessaires !
Faites attention à ce qu’aucun liquide ne pénètre à l’intérieur de l’appareil, cela détruirait le produit.
Des détergents inadaptés peuvent causer des décolorations sur les surfaces en plastique.
N’utilisez jamais d’abrasif, d’alcool, d’essence, d’esprit de vin ni de liquides semblables pour le nettoyage !
Après le nettoyage, laissez séchez d’abord complètement l’appareil, avant de le remettre en service (mettre en place
l’accumulateur ou utilisez le tournevis sur accumulateur ou le chargeur).
9. Elimination des éléments usés
a) Généralités
Les appareils électroniques sont des matériaux recyclables et ne doivent pas être éliminés avec les ordures ménagères.
En n de vie, éliminez l’appareil conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur.
Retirez les piles/accumulateurs insérées et éliminez-les séparément du produit.
b) Piles / accumulateurs
Le consommateur nal est légalement tenu (ordonnance relative à l´élimination des piles usagées) de rapporter toutes les piles et batteries
usagées, il est interdit de les jeter dans les ordures ménagères.
Les piles/accumulateurs qui contiennent des substances toxiques sont caractérisées par les symboles ci-contre qui indiquent
l’interdiction de les jeter dans les ordures ménagères. Les désignations pour le métal lourd prépondérant sont : Cd = cadmium,
Hg = mercure, Pb = plomb (la désignation se trouve sur les piles/accumulateurs, par ex. sous le symbole de la poubelle illustré
à gauche).
Vous pouvez rapporter gratuitement vos piles/accumulateurs usagées aux centres de récupération de votre commune, à nos
succursales ou à tous les points de vente de piles/accumulateurs.
Vous respectez ainsi les ordonnances légales et contribuez à la protection de l’environnement.

10. Dépannage
Avec cette tournevis sur accumulateur, vous avez acquis un produit à la pointe du développement technique et béné ciant d’une grande sécurité
de fonctionnement. Des problèmes ou des dérangements peuvent néanmoins survenir.
Vous trouverez ci-après un certain nombre de procédures vous permettant de vous dépanner le cas échéant :
