Important safety advice
To avoid electric shocks, do not use this device in the vicinity of water. Do not
immerse the mains lead in water or other liquid.
Please read through the information and safety advice contained in these
operating instructions carefully and thoroughly before you use the stand mixer
for the first time.
Do not kink or clamp the mains lead. To avoid any risk of stumbling, do not
allow the mains lead to hang over the edge of a table or a counter.
Make sure that the voltage shown on the rating plate corresponds with that of
the mains supply. The rating plate can be found on the bottom of the motor
block. The stand mixer is only to be connected to an AC supply (~). The motor
must always be switching off before the stand mixer is connected with the
mains supply. (Switch (8) in the “0” setting).
Do not use outdoors. Only suitable for use indoors.
This device should not be set up in close proximity to a naked flame, easily
flammable materials (curtains, textiles, etc.), a radiator, an oven or some other
heat source.
Before use, place the device on a horizontal and flat surface.
Place this device as close as possible to the power source so that you can
disconnect the plug quickly and easily.
The device must be operated with the type of power specified on the rating
plate. If you are unsure about the details of the available power supply, ask your
dealer or the local power supply company.
Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, since you will be exposed to
hazardous live components or other hazards by opening and removing the
covers.
Repairs should only be carried out in a qualified workshop.
This is not a toy! Keep away from children. The device should be used and
stored out of the reach of children.
Careful supervision is required when the device is used by or in the vicinity of
children.

The device should only be used for its intended purpose.
Never operate empty and without supervision.
During use, do not touch moving parts with your fingers.
Please note that when passing the device on to a third party, the operating
instructions must be included.
No liability is accepted for damage due to improper use or the failure to observe
our operating instructions / safety notes.
Unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
The blades are very sharp. Be careful while clean the jar.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
Do not use mixing, mincing and blending function at the same time. Only use
one of them at a time.

Before first use
All parts of the food mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for
the first time. (See section: Cleaning).
Take out the required length of cable from the cable tidy on the base of the food
mixer and connect the device to the mains supply.

Assembly of the Glass jar
1. Mount the jar sealing ring onto the blade base ,and Mount the blade base into
the jar base, and the inside ring of jar base is tighten on jar base as far as fixed
the blade base tight.
2. After putting the ingredients in the jar, fix the lid onto the jar by pressing down.
3. Insert the Measuring cup into the opening of the lid, and tune it in anticlockwise
direction until it is locked.
4. Mount the jar with jar unit onto the main base, and tune the jar in anticlockwise
direction until the jar is locked.
Trial use
1. Revolve the Shaft knob, then lift the machine arm.
2. Put the mixing bowl and mixing bowl cover onto the base, and lock it as the
arrowhead denotes.
3. Revolve the Shaft knob, then push the upper cover down and make the arm
down. Make sure the arm is fixed together the base, then Revolve the Shaft
knob up to lock the arm solidly.
4. Plug-in the cord, and turn the switch to P, then try every speed for a few
seconds.
5. After the trial, turn the switch to Speed 0.
6. Turn the Shaft knob and lift the arm, then take apart the mixing blade from the
blade conector.
7. Take off the back cover from the upper housing.
8. Pure a cup of water into the blender jar, set the blender jar onto the machine,
then repeat step 4, 5 and 6.
9. Take off the blender jar, and set the Caudal cover to the machine.
Operation Guide
To mix or knead dough:
1. Suggestion flour and water at a ratio of 2 ：3.
2. From speed 1 for mix 20 second, and speed 2 for mix 20 second, afterwards
speed 3 for about 3 minutes.
3. When filling the blender jar, please ensure that the maximum quality is not
exceeded.
4. Maximum quantity of flour is 1500g.

5. The dough blade or mixer blade should be used.
6. Do not use the dough blade longer than 20 seconds continuously at speed level
1 or 2 and not longer than 4 minutes continuously at speed level 3.
7. use No longer than 4 minutes continuously at a time.
Whipping egg whites or cream:
1. Switch on speed 4 to speed 6, whip the egg whites without stopping for about 5
minutes, according to the size of the eggs, until stiff.
2. Maximum quantity 24 eggs.
3. For whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 4 to 6 for about 5
minutes.
4. When filling the glass jar with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients, please
ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
5. The egg beater should be used.
6. Use No longer than 4 minutes continuously at a time.
Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids:
1. Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 6 for about
4minutes.
2. Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the agitator kettle.
3. The mixer beater should be used.
4. Use No longer than 4 minutes continuously at a time.
Use Blender function
1. Place the foodstuff you wish to process into the glass jar.
2. Put the lid on the glass jar and close securely. Place the measuring cup into the
hole in the lid and turn clockwise to lock.
Speed setting Use
“3-4 “setting for light usage with liquids
“5-6” setting for more solid consistency – for mixing liquids and
solid foodstuffs
“P” setting for ice crushing & short, powerful impulse movements
(The switch does not permanently engage in the “P” setting. You have to hold the
switch in the “P” setting or turn it repeatedly into the “P” setting)

After using the blender, always move the switch into the ”0” setting and pull out
the mains plug, and to remove the glass jar just lift it up.
Mincing meat
1. Cut all foods into pieces ( Sinewless, boneless and fatless beef or pork is
recommended, approximately size :(20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm) so that they fit easily
into the hopper opening.
2. Plug the unit on and then turn the speed switch to Speed 4-6.
3. Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use for it only the food pusher
4.After use switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.
5.Use No longer than 4 minutes continuously at a time.
Cleaning
1. Before cleaning, please ensure that the Switch knob is at the “0”position and
that the plug has been disconnected from the socket.
2. After use, allow the device to cool down before you start to clean it.
3. To clean the exterior of the device, use a moist cloth and a mild detergent.
4. When cleaning the interior and exterior do not use any abrasive detergents or
alcohol.
5. To clean the device, never submerge it in water.
6. The dough blade, mixing blade are not dishwasher safe. The accessories must
be cleaned only in warm water and washing-up liquid.
7. The plastic accessories, Mixing bowl, egg beater, blender jar and blades inside,
can be cleaned with warm water and washing-up liquid or in dishwasher. Do not
use any abrasive detergents.
