IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. The appliance is designed to process suitable ingredients and
is for household use only.
2. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage
corresponds to the rating label of the appliance.
3. Don’t let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
4. Do not misuse the product. It may cause injury if misuse.
5. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
7. Caution: Only use the double wire beaters or double dough
hooks at each operating! Don’t use one wire beater and one
dough hook at one time!
8. Replace the wire beater and dough hooks respectively if they
show any signs of damage.
9. The attachments continue to rotate after being switched
off. Wait until the attachments come go into a full stop before
handling the appliance.
10. Never poke any kitchen utensils such as spoons, knives, etc.
into the rotating dough hooks/wire beater and do not reach into
the mixing bowl while they are running.
11. Don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of the table or
worktop or touch hot surface.
12. Never use an extension cord and be careful not to let the
power cord come into contact with the rotating dough hooks
and wire beaters respectively.
13. Short-time operating.
For blender stick (H): Don’t use the appliance with it longer than 1
minute at one time. And don’t use it to process hard food longer
than 10 seconds at one time!
For dough hooks (G), double beaters (F/K/O) or whisk (L): Don’t use
the appliance with it longer than 5 minutes at one time!

For 300ml chopping bowl (S): Don’t use the appliance with it
longer than 30 seconds at one time!
14. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
15. Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
16. Children shall not play with the appliance.
17. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
18. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor as it
can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
19. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
-Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other similar working
environments;
-in agricultural working environments;
-by customers in hotels, motels etc. and similar establishments;
-in bed-and breakfast type environments.

Dough hooks:
1. Insert hook (a) into the bigger hole at the
bottom of the hand mixer.
2. And then insert hook (b) into the smaller hole
at the bottom of the hand held mixer. Be sure to
make the hook (a) and (b) locked in place. (See
above figure)
Caution:
1. Only hook (a) has a marking ring. Don’t install
the hooks wrongly

2. It is suitable for kneading the dough, such as the dough for
making dumpling, noodles.
3. To remove dough hooks:
Firstly slice the speed switch (A) back to “0”, secondly press “Eject key”.
Double beaters:
Insert the double beaters into the holes at the bottom of the
hand held mixer. Be sure to make the double beaters locked in
place. (See above figure)
Caution:
1. It is suitable for beating egg white, cream and mayonnaise.
2. To remove the double beaters:
Firstly slice the speed switch (A) back to “0”, secondly press “Eject
key”.
Whisk:
Insert whisk into one hole at the bottom of the hand held mixer.
Be sure to make whisk locked in place. (See above figure)
Caution:
1. It is suitable for beating egg white, cream and mayonnaise.
2. To remove whisk:
Firstly slice the speed switch (A) back to “0”, secondly press “Eject key”.

How to use hand mixer
1. Install the accessory (dough hooks, double beaters or blender stick)
you need on the hand mixer.
2. Add the food in the container.
3. Plug in.
4. Select the speed (M, 1, 2, 3, 4) you need, then appliance starts to
process the food.
5. After the food is well processed, remove the hand mixer from the
container.
6. Slice the speed switch (A) back to “0”, and then draw out the power
cord from the main socket.
7. Take out the food from the container.
Caution:
1. Unplug the appliance from the main socket before you attach or
remove dough hooks, double beaters or blender stick!
2. If you select speed “M” (Turbo), the hand mixer will change speed to
the highest speed (speed 4) instantly.
3. The blade is very sharp! Handle it carefully!

How to use 300ml Chopping bowl
Cleaning
This chopping bowl is perfectly suitable for processing food such as red
capsicums, dry capsicums, meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots,
walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
1. Install and add the food in the chopping bowl. (See above figure)
2. Open back cover (D), and then insert the assembled chopping bowl on
the hand mixer. A sound “click” will be heard if the chopping bowl is well
installed in position.
Caution:
1. The blade is very sharp! Handle it carefully!
2. To remove chopping bowl:
Firstly press button (E-1), secondly draw out the chopping bowl.
1. Clean the appliance only with a damp cloth only.
2. Do not immerse the motor unit and the hand mixer base in water!
3. After use, rinse the accessories right away.
4. When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance
may become discolored wipe these parts with vegetable oil before
placing them in the dishwasher.
5. Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
