Thefrontwheelmotorsttedtotheabovemodels
haveadifferentmethodtoreleasethebrakesinthe
eventacustomerneedstotowthemachine,than
theinstructionthatisexplainedintheOperator’s
Manualthatwassuppliedwiththemachine.Forthe
abovemodelsrefertothefollowinginstructionsand
keeptheseinstructionswiththemachineforfuture
reference.
Ensurethatthetowingvehiclespecicationissuited
tobrakingthecombinedvehicleweightandableto
remainincompletecontrolatalltimes.Ensurethat
theparkingbrakeofthetowingvehicleisapplied.
Chockthemowerfrontwheelstopreventthemower
fromrollingaway.
Important:Donottowthemachinefasterthan
3to5km/h(2to3mph);otherwise,internal
transmissiondamagemayoccur.
TowingaMachinewithan
AffectedSerialNumber
Disconnectthefront-wheel-motor-discbrakesas
follows:
1.Chockthefrontwheels.
2.Connectarigidtowbarbetweenthetowingeye
onthefrontofthemowerandasuitabletowing
vehicle.
3.Identifytherightfrontwheelmotor.Cleanalldirt
anddebrisfromtheshadedareainFigure1to
preventcontaminationenteringthemotorwhen
thecoverisreleased.
