Battery Information
Please replace the battery in the case of any
operational difculties or lack of proper functionality
for any reason. Slide the battery cover located on
the back of the unit away from the unit. Remove
the old battery and replace it with a new AAA bat-
tery. Replace the battery cover. Incorrectly installed
batteries may damage electronics.
Replacing the battery with a new fresh battery will
solve most difculties.
QC Timer Operation
1. Turn the timer on by inserting the battery.
To insert the battery, slide the battery cover
located on the back of the unit away from the
unit. Place the supplied battery inside. Replace
the battery cover.
2. To set the desired time, press the HR and MIN
buttons. Each press advances the time 1 hour
or 1 minute, respectively. To rapidly advance
the time, press and hold the buttons.
3. Press the START/STOP button once to begin
counting down. The blinking colon (:) indicates
the time is running.
4. To temporarily stop the countdown time, press
the START/STOP button once. To resume
countdown, press the START/STOP
button again.
5. When the timer reaches zero, an alarm will
sound for 1 minute. Press the ALARM STOP
button to silence the sounding alarm.
6. When the timer is counting down, clear the
display by pressing the START/STOP button
to stop the countdown. Then press the CLEAR
button. If the timer is not counting down, press
the START/STOP button twice and then press
CLEAR.
