OFDM
TheTrangoLINK‐45platformutilizesOrthogonalFrequencyDivisionDuplex(OFDM)processingwhichofferslink
stabilityandperformanceinthepresenceofmultipathinterference.
AdaptiveModulation
OneofthekeyadvantagesoftheTrangoLINK‐45seriesradioplatformisutilizationofmultiplemodulationschemes
includingthefollowing:
•
BinaryPhaseShiftKeying(BPSK)
•
QuadraturePhaseShiftKeying(QPSK)
•
16QuadratureAmplitudeModulation(16QAM)
•
64QuadratureAmplitudeModulation(64QAM)
TheTrangoLINK‐45systemallowsindividualselectionoftheupstreamanddownstreammodulationschemes.The
modulationschemescanbeadjustedmanuallyorautomatically(automaticrateshifting)forchangingpropagationand
interferenceconditions.Thehigherordermodulationschemes(64QAM)aretypicallydeployedatreducedranges
whilelowerordermodulationschemes(BPSK)areimplementedatlongdistances.
