IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Read all instructions carefully before operating.
2. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not put the base in water or any other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4. Only plug the base into an electrical outlet that has a compatible electricity rating with your
appliance. Failure to do so will damage the appliance and void the warranty.
5. Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
6. Check the cable and plug regularly for any possible damage. Do not operate any appliance
with a damaged power cord or plug. Do not operate if the base malfunctions, or if the kettle is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the nearest authorized service facility for exami-
nation, repair, and/or electrical/mechanical adjustments.
7. Do not use parts that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer of the kettle, as it
may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
WARNING!
• Do not disassemble, fix, or alter the kettle, otherwise fires, electric shock, or injury may occur;
contact the seller for repair.
• When the cord or plug is destroyed or damaged, do not plug or unplug it into an electrical outlet.
Contact a licensed electrician for repair, otherwise electric shock short circuit, or fire may occur.
• Do not place any kind of object into the inside of the kettle.
• Close supervision is absolutely necessary when any appliance is used near children; improper
handling or dropping of the kettle may result in injury or failure of the product.
• When the kettle is on and heating up, do not insert fingers or any objects into the kettle, other-
wise injury of accident may occur.
• Do not plug/unplug the machine while your hands are wet; otherwise electric shock or injury
may occur.
• Plug in the cord correctly; otherwise electric shock or fire may occur.
• Use only the proper voltage electricity; otherwise, electric shock or fire may occur. Use a transformer
when using a different voltage.
• Do not bend or tie the cord by force. Do not jerk or place the cord near high temperatures. Do not
place the cord under a heavy object or plug into a narrow place. Damage to the cord may cause
electric shock or fire.

PRECAUTIONS
• The kettle must be operated on an even surface; otherwise injury or accident may occur.
• Do not move the kettle during operation; otherwise re, electric shock, or injury may occur.
• Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user.
• The appliance must be used only for its intended purpose. No responsibility can be taken for any
possible damage caused by incorrect use or improper handling.
• Do not put the appliance or the plug in water or any other liquids. This could cause a fatal
electric shock. If the appliance or plug should accidentally become wet, unplug the appliance
immediately and have it checked by an electrician before using it again.
• Do not use the appliance with wet hands, on a damp oor, or when the appliance itself is wet.
• Do not allow the cable to hang over sharp edges and keep it well away from hot objects and
open ames. Remove the plug from the socket only by holding the plug.
• For extra protection, it is possible to t the electric household installation with a fault current
breaker with a rated breaking current of not more than 30mA. Ask your electrician for advice.
• Make sure that there is no danger that the cable or extension cable inadvertently be pulled or
cause anyone to trip when in use.
• If an extension cord is used, it must be suited to the power consumption of the appliance, other-
wise overheating of the extension cord or plug may occur.
• Place the appliance on a rm, level, and heatproof surface away from open ames (e.g. gas
oven) and out of the reach of children.
• The cordless kettle is only to be used with the stand provided.
• As long as the appliance is connected to the main socket, a small amount of current continues to
ow to the appliance even when it’s not in use.
• Never use the cable to carry the appliance.
• If the kettle is overlled, boiling water may be ejected.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

SPECIAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Use the kettle only with the base supplied, and do not use the base for any other purposes.
• Check the level marks (MAX) when filling. Do not overfill the kettle. If you do so, there is a danger
that scalding water could boil over.
• Take care to close the lid properly before switching on. Otherwise, hot water may overflow.
• The kettle is for heating water only, and is not to be used for any other liquids.
CAUTION: Danger of burns. The kettle becomes very hot during use, so hold it by the handle only.
WARNING: Escaping steam. Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.
• Allow the water to cool down in a safe place out of the reach of children and disabled people.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Function #1 Operation steps Operation
Boil water
Put the kettle on the base and
plug in the power cord. This
puts the kettle into “stand by”
mode. Press the “BOIL/OFF”
button. The base will buzz
once and the kettle will start
heating up.
After the water has reached
boiling point, the kettle will
switch off and the base will
buzz 3 times and shift to
“stand by” mode.
Function #2 Operation steps Operation
Keep warm
Put the kettle on the base and
plug in the power. The kettle is
now in “stand by” mode. Press
the “WARM/SELECT” button
once and the kettle will keep
warm. The rated keep warm
temperature is 195ºF and
keeps water warm for 6 hours.
Press the “WARM/SELECT”
button repeatedly and you can
change the keep warm tem-
perature from 195ºF-175ºF-
160ºF-115ºF. Keep in mind
that the keep warm time is still
6 hours and cannot change.
If you choose one temperature
for keep warm, the kettle will
keep the water around this
temperature by heating and
stopping repeatedly.

Function #3 Operation steps Operation
Boil and keep warm
For boiled water and keeping it
warm, use the boiling function
first. After the water has boiled,
press the “WARM/SELECT”
button to set your keep warm
temperature.
SEE FUNCTION #2 Keep warm setting is same
as shown in Function #2,
“keep warm.”
NOTE: In “keep warm” mode, water is not boiled. The kettle simply keeps the water at the tempera-
ture you set it to.
If you want to stop the water from boiling or interrupt it briey, remove the kettle from the base.
NOTE: This appliance comes with a safety device which automatically switches off the heater ele-
ment if the appliance is inadvertently switched on when empty, or if it boils dry. In this case, let the
appliance cool down completely before lling with water again.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Please also observe the safeguards and warnings on page 6 when cleaning.
Always remove the plug from the main socket
before cleaning the base. Let the kettle cool
down completely.
Dry the kettle before plugging into the main
socket on the base again. Clean the outside of
the kettle and the base with a soft damp cloth.
Do not use scouring materials.
Descale the appliance regularly. Use detergent,
which can be obtained from specialist shops,
and follow the instructions given.
To store the kettle, wind the cord in the cord
compartment on the underside of the base.

WHEN YOU NEED SERVICE
In the unlikely event that you require service on your Tribest Raw Tea Kettle, or if it fails to function
properly within the warranty period during normal household operation, please contact the Tribest
Warranty Service Center.
SERVICE CENTER
For all service inquiries, please contact the Warranty Service Center for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number and proper routing instructions.
If you need service:
1) Call the Warranty Service Center (888-254-7336) to get a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number to send your Tribest Raw Tea Kettle to the service center. Returns will NOT be ac-
cepted without an RMA number clearly written on the box.
2) Pack your Tribest Raw Tea Kettle securely in the original shipping box. Make sure all affected
parts are enclosed.
3) Fill out the service request form, detach it and enclose it in the shipping box.
4) Seal the shipping box securely with packing tape.
5) Address the box to the warranty service center. Be sure to put your return address on the
outside of the package.
6) It is always wise to insure the package against possible damages or loss in transit. Ship prepaid.

MESURES DE PROTECTION IMPORTANTES
1. Lire attentivement toutes les instructions avant utilisation.
2. Pour éviter tout risque d’électrocution, ne jamais plonger la base dans l’eau ou tout
autre liquide.
3. Une surveillance étroite est nécessaire lorsque cet appareil est utilisé par un enfant ou à
proximité d’enfants.
4. Branchez la base uniquement dans une prise électrique compatible avec votre appareil. Le
non-respect de cette consigne peut endommager votre appareil et annule la garantie.
5. Débranchez l’appareil de la prise électrique lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé et avant de le nettoyer.
6. Vérifiez régulièrement l’état du câble et de la prise. N’utilisez jamais cet appareil si le câble
ou la prise électrique est endommagé(e). N’utilisez pas cet appareil si le socle ne fonctionne
pas correctement, si la théière tombe ou si elle est endommagée. Contactez le réparateur
agréé le plus proche si votre appareil doit être examiné, réparé et/ou réglé mécaniquement
ou électriquement.
7. N’utilisez jamais de pièces qui ne sont pas fournies ou recommandées par le fabricant de la
bouilloire, car cela peut entraîner des risques d’électrocution, d’incendie ou de blessure.
8. Ne pas utiliser à l’extérieur.
9. Ne laissez jamais le cordon électrique pendre d’un coin de table ou d’un comptoir.
ATTENTION!
• Ne tentez jamais de démonter, réparer ou modifier la bouilloire car cela peut provoquer des
risques d’incendie, d’électrocution ou de blessure. Si cet appareil doit être réparé, contactez
le distributeur.
• Si le cordon ou la prise est endommagé(e), ne le branchez ou débranchez pas. Faites appel à un
électricien agréé pour toute réparation, sinon cela peut entraîner des risques d’électrocution, de
court-circuit ou d’incendie.
• Ne placez jamais un objet à l’intérieur de la théière.
• Une étroite supervision est nécessaire lorsqu’un appareil électrique est utilisé à proximité d’un
enfant. Utiliser la théière de manière incorrecte, ou la faire tomber, peut endommager le produit et
provoquer des blessures.
• Si la bouilloire est allumée et qu’elle est en train de chauffer, ne jamais y introduire les doigts ou
un objet quelconque, car cela entraîne des risques de blessure ou d’accident.
• Ne branchez ou débranchez jamais l’appareil avec les mains mouillées, car cela entraîne des
risques de blessure ou d’accident
• Branchez le cordon correctement sinon cela entraîne des risques d’électrocution ou d’incendie.
• Utilisez uniquement un courant à la bonne tension, sinon cela peut entraîner des risques
d’électrocution ou d’incendie. Si la tension est différente, utilisez un transformateur.
• Ne jamais tordre ou nouer le cordon de force. Ne jamais donner de secousses au cordon et ne
jamais le placer près d’une source de chaleur. Ne jamais coincer le cordon sous un objet lourd et
ne jamais le brancher dans un espace exigu. Si le cordon est endommagé, cela peut provoquer
des risques d’électrocution ou d’incendie.

• Ne déplacez jamais la bouilloire pendant qu’elle est allumée, car cela entraîne des risques
d’incendie, d’électrocution ou de blessure.
• Faire fonctionner l’appareil de manière incorrecte peut l’endommager et/ou blesser l’utilisateur.
• Cet appareil ne doit être utilisé que pour son usage prévu. Toute responsabilité est rejetée pour
tout dommage causé par une mauvaise utilisation ou manipulation de l’appareil.
• Ne jamais plonger cet appareil dans l’eau ou un autre liquide. Cela pourrait provoquer une
électrocution mortelle. Si l’appareil ou la prise reçoit accidentellement de l’eau, débranchez
immédiatement l’appareil et faites-le vérier par un électricien avant de l’utiliser à nouveau.
• Ne jamais utiliser cet appareil avec les mains mouillées, avec un sol mouillé, ou si l’appareil
lui-même est mouillé.
• Ne jamais laisser le cordon pendre au-dessus d’un bord vif et tenez-le éloigné de toute amme

• La bouilloire sans l ne doit être utilisée qu’avec le socle fourni.
• Tant que l’appareil est connecté au secteur, une petite quantité de courant y passe, même s’il
n’est pas utilisé.
• Ne transportez jamais l’appareil en le tenant par le cordon.
• Si la bouilloire est trop remplie, de l’eau bouillante peut gicler.
• Il est nécessaire de superviser les enfants pour veiller à ce qu’ils ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.

INFORMATIONS DE SÉCURITÉ PARTICULIÈRES
N’utilisez cette bouilloire qu’avec le socle fourni ; ne jamais utiliser le socle pour un autre usage.
• Respectez le niveau maximal (MAX) en remplissant la bouilloire. Ne dépassez jamais la limite de
remplissage de la bouilloire. Sinon, de l’eau bouillante risque de gicler.
• Veillez à bien fermer le couvercle avant d’allumer la bouilloire. Sinon, de l’eau peut déborder.
• Cette bouilloire est destinée à faire chauffer de l’eau uniquement, ne jamais l’utiliser pour un
autre liquide.
ATTENTION: Danger De Brûlure. La bouilloire devient très chaude pendant son utilisation. Ne
touchez que la poignée.
AVERTISSEMENT: Échappement De Vapeur. Ne retirez pas le couvercle lorsque l’eau bout.
• Laissez l’eau refroidir dans un lieu sûr, hors de portée des enfants et des personnes handicapées.

INSTRUCTIONS DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Fonction #1 Étapes Fonctionnement
Ébullition
Posez la bouilloire sur son
socle et branchez le cordon
électrique. Cela met la bouil-
loire en mode veille (stand-by).
Pressez le bouton BOIL/OFF.
Le socle émet un bip et la
bouilloire commence
à chauffer.
Lorsque l’eau atteint le point
d’ébullition, la bouilloire
s’éteint ; le socle émet 3
bips et passe en mode veille
(stand-by).

Maintien De
L’eau Chaude
Posez la bouilloire sur son socle
et branchez le cordon électrique.
Le système est maintenant en
mode veille (stand-by). Pressez
le bouton WARM/SELECT une
fois et la bouilloire va maintenir
l’eau chaude. La température
nominale de maintien de l’eau
chaude est de 90 °C pendant
6 heures.
En pressant plusieurs fois le bou-
ton WARM/SELECT, vous pouvez
faire défiler la température de
maintien de l’eau chaude (195 ºF
- 175 ºF - 160 ºF - 115 ºF). Notez
que la durée de maintien de l’eau
chaude est toujorus de 6 heures.
Elle ne peut pas être modifiée.
Si vous sélectionnez une tem-
pérature de maintien de l’eau
chaude, la bouilloire conservera
cette température en chauffant
puis s’arrêtant plusieurs fois.
ARRÊT AUTOMATIQUE Une fois la durée de maintien
de l’eau chaude est terminée,
la bouilloire s’éteint.
