Installation
Note: When the unit is connected to the USB-C port on your
computer and to a network via Cat5e/6 cabling, a network
connection will be automatically established. If no connection
is made, you can manually establish one by going to your
computer’s network settings page. For example, on a Mac
you would navigate to the Network section found in System
Preferences, click the ‘Assist Me’ button to get to the Network
Setup Assistant, then follow the prompts to establish a
connection.
1. Connect the adapter’s USB Type-C connector to the
USB-C port on your laptop, tablet or other device.
2. Connect the adapter’s DVI port to the DVI port on
a monitor using a DVI cable (such as Tripp Lite’s
P561-Series DVI cables).
3. Charge your device by connecting its USB-C to the
USB-C port on the adapter.
4. Connect a USB device to the adapter’s USB-A
hub port.*
5. Connect the adapter’s RJ45 port to a network using
a UTP cable (such as Tripp Lite’s N201-Series Cat6
cables.)*

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of
initial purchase. TRIPP LITE’s obligation under this warranty is limited
to repairing or replacing (at its sole option) any such defective
products. To obtain service under this warranty, you must obtain a
Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from TRIPP LITE or
an authorized TRIPP LITE service center. Products must be returned
to TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center with
transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief
description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place
of purchase. This warranty does not apply to equipment, which has
been damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication or has
been altered or modified in any way.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied
warranties; therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may
not apply to the purchaser.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIPP LITE
BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS
PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGE. Specifically, TRIPP LITE is not liable for any costs, such as

(WEEE) Directive and implementing regulations, when

Instalación
Nota: Cuando la unidad esté conectada al puerto USB-C
en su computadora y a una red via cableado Cat5e / Cat6,
automáticamente se establecerá una conexión de red. Si no se
establece una conexión, puede establecer una manualmente
en la página de configuración de red de su computadora. Por
ejemplo, en una Mac debe navegar a la sección de red en
Preferencias del Sistema, haga click en el botón ‘Asistente’
para llegar al Asistente de Configuración de Red, luego siga las
instrucciones para establecer una conexión.
1. Conecte el conector del adaptador USB Type-C
al puerto USB-C en su laptop, tableta u otro
dispositivo.
2. Conecte el puerto DVI del adaptador al puerto DVI
en un monitor usando un cable DVI (Como los
cables DVI de la Serie P561 de Tripp Lite).
3. Cargue su dispositivo conectando su cargador

Installation
Remarque : Lorsque l’appareil est raccordé au port USB-C
de votre ordinateur et à un réseau via un câble Cat5e/6, un
raccordement au réseau sera automatiquement établi. Si
aucun raccordement n’a été établi, un raccordement peut
être établi manuellement depuis la page des paramètres
réseau de l’ordinateur. Par exemple, sur un Mac, se rendre
à la section Network (réseau) qui se trouve dans System
Preferences (préférences du système), cliquer sur le bouton «
Assist Me » (Obtenir de l’aide) pour accéder à Network Setup
Assistant (assistant à la configuration du réseau), puis suivre
les messages-guides pour établir une connexion.
