Pole Mounting.
Camera and control box ship with pole mounting brackets attached.
Use included straps to secure unit to pole or similar structure.
Wall Mounting.
Camera may also be mounted
to flat surface such as a wall
by removing pre-attached
pole mount.
To do so, remove camera from
base using included Torx key, then
loosen the four screws securing
base to mounting plate. This will
let you access the screws to
remove mounting plate from pole
mount (requires T20 Torx driver, not included).
Attach mounting plate to wall or other flat surface, reattach base, then
secure camera to base. We strongly recommend that only hand tools, no
power tools, be used when mounting or adjusting camera.

Final Preparation.
Remove the plastic cover from camera lens before use.

TYPE OF POLE STRAP OR MOUNTING SOLUTION.

Feed straps through mounting bracket.
Cameras include pole brackets with two strap options based on
the pole diameter (see diagram).
With your bracket aimed towards the center of your
jobsite, tighten the straps securely.

Connect camera to control box.
Connect camera to control box by plugging in the
ethernet cable coming from the TrueLook camera.
The connector should snap firmly in place.

For Solar:
Connect the solar power cable to the
control box, then connect the other end of
the cable to the battery enclosure. Turn on
all three breakers in the battery enclosure.
Camera will come online automatically
within 5 minutes at the links/logins
provided on the back page of this booklet.
For 110v:
Plug control box into a standard 110v power
outlet. Power indicator light should turn on.

If you purchase a TrueLook SAAS subscription along with your new webcam, TrueLook will provide
continuing warranty coverage for such webcam after expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty
subject to the same terms and limits set forth in the Manufacturer’s Warranty up to replacement
of a defective webcam so long as you remain continuously subscribed to the TrueLook SAAS that
you purchased with such new webcam (the “TrueLook Extended Warranty”); provided, that
TrueLook’s maximum liability under the TrueLook Extended Warranty shall be to exchange a
defective webcam for a new webcam of the same or a comparable model. For avoidance of doubt,
if such TrueLook SAAS subscription ends or lapses for any reason, the TrueLook Extended
Warranty on such webcam shall expire and will not be reactivated if such TrueLook SAAS
