Remplacement des balais moteur avec
support
Les étapes suivantes sont requises pour le remplace-
ment des balais moteur :
Dégager le moteur (marquer la position des pôles)
Démonter la roue de ventilateur au besoin
Retirer le boîtier
Évider les rivets (attention aux copeaux)
Enlever les balais moteur avec le support
Retirer les nouveaux balais moteur du support
Mettre les nouveaux supports en place
Fixer les supports au boîtier avec les rivets
Glisser le boîtier par-dessus le moteur
Positionner la rondelle ondulée dans le couvercle du moteur
Mettre le couvercle du moteur en placer et serrer à bloc
Insérer les balais moteur

Replacement of the motor brush with
a support
The following steps need to be taken to replace the
brush supports:
Expose the motor (mark the position of the terminals)
If necessary dismantle the fan wheel
Take off the casing
Drill out the rivets (watch out for flying chips)
Remove the motor brush with a support
Take the new motor brushes out of the support
Insert a new support
Rivet the support to the casing
Push the casing over the motor
Position the corrugated washer in the motor lid
Attach and screw tight the motor lid
Insert the motor brushes

Austausch der Motorbürsten mit Halter
Für den Wechsel der Bürstenhalter sind folgende
Schritte nötig:
Motor freilegen (Lage der Pole markieren)
Lüfterrad abbauen
Gehäuse abziehen
Nieten ausbohren (auf Späne achten)
Motorbürsten mit Halter entfernen
Neue Motorbürsten aus Halter herausnehmen
Neue Halter einsetzen
Halter mit Gehäuse vernieten
Gehäuse über Motor schieben (Kabel beachten)
Wellscheibe im Motordeckel positionieren
Motordeckel anbringen und festschrauben
Motorbürsten einsetzen
