Using Your Sound-Station
The Easi-Speak connects to the Sound-Station via the
headphone output socket. With the USB cap in place,
turn the Easi-Speak until the headphone socket faces the
male jack plug on the Sound-Station and push it into
place. Turn the Sound-Station on and press the Easi-
Speak play button, then adjust the Sound-Station volume
control to the desired level. It may be necessary to
increase the Easi-Speak volume, before docking, to
achieve the best results (the volume controls are not
accessible once the Easi-Speak is docked).
Power LED
The power LED is illuminated whenever the Sound-
Station is turned on. When not in use turn your Sound-
Station off by rotating the volume switch until you hear
a “click” and the Red power light turns off.
Charging the Battery
Sound-Station is supplied with a partially charged battery
and can be used immediately without charging first. The
battery can be charged by connecting the external power
supply to the d.c. power input.
Even when the battery is fully discharged, Sound-
Station will operate normally when the external power
supply is connected whilst charging the battery at the
same time.
