USER GUIDE

Now you don’t have to worry about batteries for your stopwatches ever
again. The recharging facility on these stopwatches means you can ensure
your stopwatches are always powered up ready to go! Also useful is the
facility to change the display mode so you can choose between minutes
and seconds; minutes, seconds and second tenths; or minutes, seconds,
second tenths and second hundredths. This functionality is easy to change
for the teachers, but can’t be done accidentally by students.

Important Information
Please read all instructions carefully before using and retain the instructions
and packaging as they contain important information.
Do not allow your stopwatches to come into contact with water or other
liquids.
Only use the power adapter included in the set to charge the stopwatches.
Know Your Stopwatches
Sleep Mode
When the stopwatches are not in use they will automatically enter sleep
mode to conserve the batteries. Press any button to resume operation. stop
watches will enter sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity

Changing the Display Mode
The display can be configured to show time in 3 different modes:
The stopwatches are recharged by
inserting them into the Docking
Station and plugging the Docking
Station into the mains, using the
mains power adapter included.
There is a battery indicator on the
stopwatch display which shows
the amount of battery charge.
All 12 stopwatches may be
charged at the same time in the

seconds
To change the display mode, use a paper clip to toggle the concealed
mode button between the start/stop and reset buttons (see Know Your
Stopwatches, p.3). Each time the button is pressed the display will change
mode.

International Charger
The Docking Station is supplied with
a multi-region adaptor. The adaptor is
supplied with the UK plug fitted but
you can change this easily to suit any
country.
Press the release button and slide the
UK plug out and replace it with the
required plug module. Slide the plug
module in until it “clicks” in place
securely.
The safety isolating transformer to be
used with the Docking Station should
be regularly examined for potential
hazards such as damage to the cable,
cord, plug, enclosure or other parts.
In the event of any damage, the
Docking Station must not be used
until the damage has been properly
repaired.

The Docking Station is not intended for children under 3 years old.

The transformer is not a toy.

The Docking Station must only be used with the recommended
transformer.

Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

Troubleshooting
The Rechargeable Stopwatches are designed to work reliably and
predictably in all normal conditions. However, it is possible that problems
may occur. Please check the following before contacting technical support:
Problem Solution
Power LED on the Docking
Station does not light
Cannot fit the stopwatch into
the Docking Station socket.
The stopwatches do not charge.
Check that the mains adaptor is
connected and the mains outlet is
switched on.
Make sure that the LCD on the
stopwatch faces the front of the
docking station.
