INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The GTR series of BBQs and woks are designed
and approved for outdoor use only.
The intended use of the GTR BBQ is to be installed
into brickwork or other non combustible surrounds,
alternately it can be installed into a Tucker Insulation
Jacket, GTR Cabinet Trolley, Pedestal Trolley or Multi
Stand.
Be sensible when choosing the location to position
your BBQ. The BBQ must be located on rm and level
ground.
DO NOT locate the BBQ near combustible materials
or surfaces, either above or around the BBQ.
DO NOT obstruct any of the air ventilation openings
on the front of the BBQ.
GTR BBQS and Woks can be t with various Tucker
GTR roasting hoods or at lids or any combination of
roasting hoods and at lids can be t to GTR BBQs
with integrated Woks.
Tucker BBQs are not liable for any changes to
the sizes of their BBQs due to their continual
development to their products.
DO NOT block any airways or vents in the BBQs.
Please allow sufcient clearance to any
combustible materials surrounding the BBQs.
GTR BBQ AND WOK CLEARANCES
TO COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS
Minimum clearance from combustible
material to the side of the BBQ body is
200mm.
Minimum clearance from combustible
material to the rear of the BBQ body is
200mm.
Minimum clearance from combustible
material to the base of the BBQ body is
50mm.
Minimum clearance from combustible
material above the BBQ is 800mm.
Minimum clearance of 100mm from the
sides of the appliance, for a height of
800mm above the cooking surface.
Minimum clearance of 80mm from the
rear of the appliance for a height of
800mm above the cooking surface.
The minimum clearances from the BBQ body
to any combustible materials surrounding the
BBQ body are listed below.
Any material surrounding the BBQ that is
above the cooking surface of the BBQ
must be non-combustible for a height of
800mm or the below clearances apply.
When choosing a location to install the BBQ
with a roasting hood t to it.
We recommend the BBQ be installed to
prevent wind from blowing into the back of
the BBQ.
Strong winds blowing into the back or
across the back of a roasting hood whilst
cooking with the hood closed, may cause
overheating of the BBQ.
The hot air retained inside the roasting hood
may not be able to freely be released
through its rear air vent.
The hose connection inlet thread is a 3/8 SAE
male are.
No extra space is required behind the BBQ,
to open the Flat Lid / Roasting Hood.
