TUCKER GTR CABINET
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION MANUAL
IMPORTANT
Read all instructions before you assemble, install or operate this
appliance.

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
8, 10 and 17 mm spanners and a Phillips head screw driver.

PARTS LIST
1 x Cabinet base plate
4 x casters
2 x rear cabinet back panels (1 x large, 1x small )
2 x cabinet side panels,
1 x cabinet top panel and hose cover plate with 2 nuts and bolts.
1 x door top fascia panel
2 x doors (4,5,6 burner models)
28 x bolts and nuts
(1 x front middle fascia panel for 6 burner model only)
(1 x door 3 burner model)
4 x serving shelf attachment brackets and 8 x 35 mm bolts (used when
bolting barbecue to cabinet)
2 x serving shelves and 4 x 15mm bolts, spacers, washers and lock
nuts
2 x serving shelf handles and 4 x nuts to attach them.
ASSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove any wrapping, cable ties or coatings from components.
2. Ensure you have all the correct components for the cabinet assembly.
Note: For ease of assembly, attach all nuts and bolts loosely before
tightening them firmly on cabinet.
3. Bolt the 4 castors to the base plate with a 17mm spanner.
4. Bolt one side panel to the base plate.

5. Bolt the large rear panel to the side panel and to the base plate.
6. Bolt the other side panel to the base and rear panel

7. Attach the small rear panel to the side panels but do not attach it to the
large rear panel yet as the next step in assembly is to bolt the large top
panel at the same attachment points.

8. Now fit the cabinet top panel into the cabinet, the rear panels and the top
panel share the same nuts and bolts. Note: The lip on the cabinet top
panel sits on top of the two rear panels.
9. Fit each door into the base of the cabinet, one at a time, the door hinge
pins locate into the holes on the base of the cabinet. Now bolt the cabinet
door fascia into place above each door, locating the top hinge pins of the
doors into the fascia before attaching them to each side of the cabinet.

Note: The 3 burner model has 1 door. 4, 5 burner models have 2 doors and the 6
burner models have 2 doors and a separate middle panel to divide the 2 doors
which bolt to the base and the door fascia.
10. The next step is to remove the drip tray from the BBQ and locate the
barbecue into the top of the cabinet, NOTE make sure to place the
regulator and hose through the hole on the right hand side of the cabinet
top panel.
11. Now place the hose top panel cover plate into position inside the top of the
cabinet and bolt it into position as per photo.

12. The next step is to secure the serving shelf brackets onto the cabinet side
panels, Note: There are left and right hand shelf brackets.
The shelf brackets are secured along with the barbecue using the 8 x 35
mm bolts. NOTE, finger tighten these bolts until final assembly of the side
shelves in step 12.
13. Bolt the handles onto the serving shelves

14. Bolt the serving shelves to the shelf brackets with the 15 mm bolts,
spacers,
washers and nuts.
The spacer sits in the slot in the side of the serving shelf, to allow the
shelf to fold up and down once tightened.
15. Place the drip tray into the front of the barbecue.

16. Tighten all the bolts on the cabinet and lock the castors when the
barbecue is in place.
NOTE, Trolleys are optional accessories, please read these instructions along
with TUCKER GTR barbecue instructions for further operating and safety
instructions.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR CABINET TROLLEY
1. Wash all surfaces regularly with hot soapy water. Dry thoroughly then
follow step 3.
2. For stubborn stains an abrasive ‘Scotch Bright’ pad works well but you
must rub with the grain of the stainless steel or else scratch marks on the
surface will be obvious. Try to avoid this if possible.
3. There are various products on the market to protect and polish the
stainless steel surfaces. We recommend stainless steel polish or a little
baby oil on a cloth will help protect the surface of the stainless steel from
the weathering elements.
4. Do not use steel wool as it will leave deposits of steel on the surface, this
can cause rust.
5. Canvas covers are excellent for protecting your barbecue from the
elements. Make sure your barbecue is dry before covering it as water
marks will stain the surfaces if left for long periods.
