INFLATION
▪Always follow the manufacturer’s recommended inflation instructions which can be found in your
vehicle owner's manual.
▪Under/Over inflating tires can lead to premature and uneven wear
▪Connect the compressor to the power supply
▪The compressor should be running before connecting the hose to your tire
▪Connect the air hose inflation fitting to the tire valve system. Only finger tighten and ensure you’re
not bending the rubber valve stem in either direction
▪Watch the gauge closely, switch the unit off or remove the inflator from the tire when the desired
pressure has been achieved
OPERATING WARNING
- When operating the unit, be sure you are in a safe and stable location
▪Away from traffic and off any roadways
▪This compressor is for use in dry conditions only
▪This compressor will produce vibration and can “walk” during use. Only operate on level ground
and do not leave the compressor running unattended.
- This compressor is designed to supply a continuous 120psi flow of air while in use.
▪Do not use any accessory that stops the flow of air.
▪Never dead end the hose, crimp or crush any portion of the hose
▪Use only accessories rated for 120psi
▪Use Extra Caution when inflating small items. Bicycle tires, inner-tubes, air mattresses etc. will
inflate very rapidly and can burst or easily be damaged. Closely monitor the air gauge and be
prepared to stop the compressor quickly when the desired pressure is reached
▪When using this unit with an air tank, you must install an airline pressure relief valve preventing to
prevent damage to the compressor’s internal components
- Always wear work/safety Gloves and ANSI approved safety glasses with side shields when operating
this compressor.
▪Compressed air and particulate matter can cause eye and skin damage. Keep air stream away
from skin and eyes, ensuring the nozzle end is always pointed away from you and others
▪Some exposed parts may become hot during use, allow to cool before handling or storing
- Altitude and adverse weather conditions can affect the performance of the compressor and the pressure
gauge reading
▪We recommend using a second tire pressure gauge to verify proper inflation pressure has been
achieved and note any variances for future use. This is common practice when deflating or
inflating your vehicle tires in all situations.
