25W FM TRANSMITTER
25FMT is a low cost high quality Plug & Play 25W FM transmitter designed to offer excellent
performance, clean spectrum and 24/7 operation for many years

Setup and use
The operation of this transmitter is very simple.
After connecting a good antenna, through a coaxial cable to the F-type output of the transmitter,
connect the line-out output of your MP3 Player/Computer or any other audio device to the RCA
connector (GOLD).
AFTER YOU DOUBLE CHECKED YOUR ANTENNA & CABLE CONNECTION.
Now is the time to connect your AC cord to the 110V/220V power supply.
Turn on the transmitter with the on/off switch under the AC cable.
The transmitter will turn on, power led should be on and the LCD display will display the frequency
which programmed.
After power on it is usually takes about 20 seconds to frequency to stabilize, in this state the LCD will
display <NOT LOCKED>.

Will the frequency is not stabilized yet, you will hear nothing on the radio.
After the frequency is stabilized, the LCD will display <LOCKED> and you are on the air!
You can always change the frequency by the UP/DOWN buttons, the transmitter will remember the
last frequency programmed in case of power off.
Try always to find a clear channel without any station when even if they are not strong.
If the sound is not clear, especially in bass drums, you need to play with the volume of your audio
device.
Antenna
The antenna is one of the major elements which effect on the range of your broadcast.
You will need to pay attention to the coaxial cable which will be described later.
The Best position for a FM broadcast antenna is the highest place which from him you have line sight
as far as possible without any interference from other buildings, mountains and other high object which
may interfere your broadcast signal.
Always remember that the critical parameter is not whether you broadcast 1W or 5W, but whether you
are 10 or 15 meters above ground.
The best antenna for this transmitter will be a 50 ohm antenna which was matched exactly to the
frequency you will need to use, but the price of those antennas may be high.
For a low cost antenna, we recommend standard "dipole" FM antenna from any radio equipment which
looks like 2 radiators in calculate length 75/freq(MHz), example: At frequency of 100MHz, the length
of each radiator will be 0.75m.
Many antenna designs are also available on the internet.
Coaxial cable
We recommend using RG-58 which will fit to the transmitter F-type power out connector.
If you cannot find it, use RG-213 but always try to find a good quality cable, double shielded will be
preferred.
Try using the shortest cable you can, but never prefer shorter cable than higher antenna,
The mention is putting the transmitter as close as possible to the antenna and never rolls "spare" cable
instead of cutting the spares.
CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH CENTER LEAD on ANTENNA OUTPUT when transmitter is turned
on, it may cause SERIOUS RF BURNS!
