NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to

pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against

Do not move the device by pulling the power cord or any
cable (ignorance may cause the pull off of interfaces);
Do not leave the lens pointed at the sun, lasers or other
bright light sources. Intense light may cause the image
sensor to deteriorate and damage.
Do not place the device in extremely hot (refer to the
specification of the device for the detailed operating
temperature), cold, dusty or damp locations, and do not

Please use correct power adaptor (ignorance may cause
damage to the device);
The product is for indoor use. The device cover for indoor
use shall be kept from water and moisture. If installing
the device outdoors, waterproof measures should be
taken to keep the raindrop from entering;

Make sure the device work under stable power supply
and network.
Prepare for a Type 86 Switch Box;
7-Installation Precautions
7.1 Before installation
Device should be installed 1.5m high, the distance for
face recognition is 0.5m-2m,and the optimal distance
for temperature measurement is 50cm.
For the use as access controller, the device should not
be installed far from the access.
7.2 Position for installation and recognition area:
Please use correct power adaptor, DC12V (regulated), to
operate this device. The powe tolerance of this unit is
DC 12V ± 10% (DC10.8V~13.2V), over maximum DC12V
power input may result in the damage of the device.

8-Installation Instructions
Install the Type 86 Switch Box 1.5m high on the wall;
Fix the wall-mounting bracket to the Type 86 Switch Box
with 2 M4x25mm screw;
Pull the network cable and power-supply cable into the
Type 86 Switch Box (to enable the access control with
device, control line also needs to be included)

Note: To connect the relay
Option A: Terminal with ring, the port labeled “12V” can
be used as NO, and the port labeled “GND” can be used
as COM
Option B: Terminal without ring, the port labeled “GND”
can be used as COM, and the port labeled “D1” can be
used as NO

Connect the network cable to the RJ45 Ethernet inter-
face, connect the power to the DC power supply, (to
enable access control system, also need to connect
control line for access control to the relay interface), put
all the cables into the Switch Box.

Insert the main device into the wall-mounting bracket
(refer to the solid arrow), and fix the main device with 3
screws (refer to the dotted arrow).

Drill holes of 3.5cm in diameter on the turnstile's surface;

Install the turnstile to the designate place and run the
network cable and power cable inside the turnstile
based on safety standards;
Use screw nut to install the device to the turnstile;

recognition.

Connect the network cable to the RJ45 Ethernet inter-
face, connect the power to the DC power supply,
connect the delay to delay interface, run all the cables
into the turnstile;

Click button “Devices” for device management. Select
the correct store, and click on “Add device”. Set the
Product Model as “Face Access with Tablet PC”, fill in the
Name in and Serial Number (will be provide along with
device), VPN and MAC will be filled automatically. Then
click “OK” to submit.
In the “Organization” page, click on “Store Manage-
ment” . Select the default device language.
Click “Add region/store here”, input a name and set the
type as “Store”, then submit

To use device with entrance guard or turnstile, click on
the button to set up relay signal output.
Name it as “Relay and type as ”Internal Relay”, then
submit. Click on the relay and navigate to the relay
setting page, check for both outputs.

In the page of “Event Trigger”, customer can easily set
the conditions and events, to guide the device to have
various reaction under different conditions.
9.5 Set Event Triggers
Condition:
-Temperature < 37.5℃ and Successfully Recognized
Events:
-Broadcasting: recognized face & measured tempera-
ture (Customize the voice text as “#{name} #{temp}”)
-Open the door
-Turn on the green light
