1 INSTALACE ZAŘÍZENÍ
1.1 MOXPocket Wi-Fi, MOXPower Wi-Fi,
MOXClassic
Ped samotnou instalac se ujistte, že váš
pota obsahuje ethernetový port.
1. Odpojte svůj pota od všech sťových
pipojen.
2. MOXPocket Wi-Fi aMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Peskote na bod 3.
MOXClassic: Pipojte ethernetový kabel od
vašeho poskytovatele pipojen nebo jiného
vašeho zazen do ethernetového portu vedle
napájec zdky.
3. MOXPocket Wi-Fi aMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Pipojte váš pota ethernetovým kabelem do
ethernetového portu vedle napájec zdky.
MOXClassic: Pipojte váš pota
ethernetovým kabelem do libovolného ze
zbývajcch ethernetových portů.
4. Zapojte do napájec zdky napájec kabel.
Důležité: Ujistte se, že použváte origináln
napájec adaptér sparametry 12 V / 2,5 A.
5. Vykejte pibližn jednu minutu (než router
nabootuje), zadejte do webového prohlžee
adresu http://192.168.1.1 aiďte se pokyny

MOXStart: Turris MOX je modulárn systém

2 RESTART ZAŘÍZENÍ
Pokud zazen náhle pestane pracovat nebo
nefunguje správn, lze jej restartovat stisknutm
tlatka (drka vedle napájec zdky) alespoň po
dobu 4 sekund. Pokud problém petrvává, odpojte
zazen pibližn na 30 sekund od elektrické st.

3 MODULARITA

4 BEZPEČNOSTNÍ INFORMACE
Bhem skladován, transportu apoužván
zazen ho udržujte vsuchu azabraňte nárazům
sjinými objekty. Zazen ajeho pslušenstv

slunci. Provozn teplota zazen je 0°C až
40°C. Nezakrývejte otvory zazen jakýmikoli
pedmty. Okolo zazen mjte alespoň
10cm volného msta, tak aby mohlo být teplo
vydávané zazenm rozptylováno. Pokud se
jakýkoli pedmt nebo kapalina dostane do
zazen, okamžit zazen vypnte. Vypojte
znj napájec kabel idalš pipojené kabely.
Bhem bouky zazen vypnte aodpojte znj
všechny kabely jako prevenci poškozen zazen
blesky. Napájec adaptér použvejte pouze
velektrické sti, která má parametry uvedené ve
specikaci napájecho adaptéru, jinak může dojt
kpožáru nebo poškozen napájecho zdroje i
zazen. Nepoužvejte napájec adaptér, pokud
je poškozen. Mohlo by dojt krazu elektrickým
proudem. Zahván zazen bhem použván je
normáln. Udržujte zazen ajeho pslušenstv
isté apoužvejte ho vbezprašném prosted.
Neponechávejte zazen ani jeho pslušenstv
vdosahu dt.
Zazen se systémem TurrisOS vyhovuje
harmonizovaným právnm pedpisům EU. Zazen
je pro výluné použit sTurrisOS auživatel nen

Pokud má zazen dv Wi-Fi, nikdy se nesm
provozovat na stejných pásmech.
5 ODSTRANĚNÍ
Toto zazen nesm být po upoteben odstranno
spolen skomunálnm odpadem. Za elem
správného odstrann výrobku odevzdejte jakékoli
upotebené elektrozazen na urených sbrných
mstech, kde budou zdarma pijata.
Správným odstrannm tohoto produktu pomůžete
zachovat prodn zdroje. Zároveň tak napomáháte
prevenci potenciálnch negativnch dopadů na
životn prosted alidské zdrav, které může být
důsledkem nesprávného odstrann odpadů.

Please read this user guide carefully before
operating the device.
1 DEVICE INSTALLATION
1.1 MOXPocket Wi-Fi, MOXPower Wi-Fi,
MOXClassic
Before installation, make sure your computer is
equipped with an Ethernet port.
1. Disconnect your computer from all network
connections.
2. MOXPocket Wi-Fi and MOXPower Wi-Fi: Skip
to step 3.
MOXClassic: Connect the Ethernet cable from
your internet service provider or from your
other device to the Ethernet port next to the
power connector on the device.
3. MOXPocket Wi-Fi andMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Connect your computer using an Ethernet
cable to the Ethernet port next to the power
connector on the device.
MOXClassic: Connect your computer using
an Ethernet cable to any of the remaining
Ethernet ports.
4. Plug the power cord into the power connector.
Important: Make sure you are using the
original 12 V / 2.5 A rated power supply.
5. Wait approximately one minute (until the router
boots up), enter the address http://192.168.1.1
into your web browser and follow the
instructions of the initial setup wizard.
1.2 MOXStart, modules and add-ons
MOXStart: Turris MOX is a modular system and
additional modules or add-ons can be connected
to your device. MOXStart includes the MOXA
module and serves as a starting point for your
future setup.
Modules and add-ons: Plug in the modules
you wish to use in your setup in the
correct order. Connect the add-ons to their
corresponding modules. We recommend
using the congurator service available at
https://mox.turris.cz/congurator to check
the supported combinations and order of the
modules.
Warning: Before disconnecting or connecting
the individual modules and add-ons, make sure
the device is turned off and unplugged from the
power supply. The hardware conguration of
the device cannot be modied while the device
is running.
When disassembling the plastic cover of the
device, we recommend removing the front and
back parts rst, followed by the top and bottom
cover.
If your setup includes Wi-Fi antennas, be careful
while disassembling the plastic cover. The
antennas are glued onto the solid front, back and
side parts of the cover. Careless manipulation
with the cover might cause them to be torn off.

2 DEVICE RESTART
If the device stops working suddenly or does not
operate properly, it can be restarted by pressing
the button (the hole next to the power connector)
for at least 4 seconds. If the issue persists,
disconnect the power supply of the device for
approximately 30 seconds.
Apart from the reset function, the button is also
used to activate other modes of the device which
are listed at https://mox.turris.cz/manual.
3 MODULARITY
Turris MOX is a modular system and
additional modules or add-ons can be
connected to your device. We recommend
using our congurator service available at
https://mox.turris.cz/congurator to check
the supported combinations and order of the
modules.

4 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Keep the device dry and prevent collisions with
other objects when storing, transporting and using
the device. Protect the device and its accessories
against water and humidity and keep them dry.
Only handle the device with dry hands, and if
necessary disconnect it from the power source.
Always keep the device at a sucient distance
(1–2 metres) from sources of heat and re,
such as heaters or candles. Keep the device at a
sucient distance from electrical appliances that
generate a strong electromagnetic eld, such as
microwave ovens or refrigerators. Place the device
in a cool, well-ventilated location. Intended for
indoor use only. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Operating temperature of the device: 0°C to 40°C.
Do not cover the device with any objects. Keep
at least 10cm of free space around the device
to ensure that the heat it generates can freely
dissipate. If any object or liquid gets into the
device, turn it off immediately. Unplug the power
supply and all other cables. Turn off the device
during thunderstorms and unplug all cables to
prevent lightning damage. Only use the power
adapter in a power grid that meets the parameters
listed in the adapter’s specications. Otherwise, a
mismatch in the power supply could cause re and
damage to the power adapter or the device. Do not
use the power adapter if it is damaged. Otherwise,
electric shock threatens. It is normal for the device
to generate heat during operation. Keep the device
and all accessories clean and use it in a dust-free
environment. Keep the device and its accessories
out of the reach of children.
Device running the TurrisOS operating system
is in compliance with the harmonised EU
legislation. The device is intended to be used
exclusively with the TurrisOS operating system
and the user is not authorized to change the
operating system of the device.
If the device features two Wi-Fi cards, they must
never be operated on the same frequency band.
5 DISPOSAL
Once used up, this device may not be disposed of
with household waste. To ensure proper disposal
of the product, deliver the used equipment to
a designated collection point, where it will be
accepted free of charge. Proper disposal of the
product helps conserve natural resources and
prevents
any potential negative impact on the environment
and human health that could result from incorrect
waste disposal.

Ihrer anderen Geräte mit dem Ethernet-Port
neben der Netzbuchse.
3. MOXPocket Wi-Fi undMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Verbinden Sie Ihren Computer mithilfe eines
Ethernet-Kabels mit dem Ethernet-Port neben
der Netzbuchse.
MOXClassic: Verbinden Sie Ihren Computer
mithilfe eines Ethernet-Kabels mit einem
beliebigen der verbleibenden Ethernet-Ports.
4. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit der
Netzbuchse.
Wichtig: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie ein
12V / 2,5A Originalnetzteil verwenden.
5. Warten Sie etwa eine Minute (bis der Router
hochfährt), geben Sie im Internetbrowser die
Adresse http://192.168.1.1 ein und folgen Sie
den Anweisungen für die Grundeinstellungen.

MOXStart: Turris MOX ist ein modulares System,
es können weitere Module oder Erweiterungen
(Add-Ons) an Ihr Gerät angeschlossen werden.
MOX Start enthält das Modul MOXA und stellt
den Ausgangspunkt Ihrer zukünftigen Anlage dar.
Module und Erweiterungen (Add-Ons):
Schließen Sie die gewünschten Module
Ihrer Anlage in der richtigen Reihenfolge an.
Verbinden Sie die Erweiterungen (Add-Ons)
mit den entsprechenden Modulen. Zur
Überprüfung der unterstützten Kombinationen
und Modulreihenfolge empfehlen wir
die Benutzung des Kongurators auf
https://mox.turris.cz/congurator.
Warnung: Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem
Trennen oder Anschließen einzelner Module und
Erweiterungen (Add-Ons) immer, dass das Gerät
ausgeschaltet und vom Netz getrennt ist. Die
Konguration der Hardware kann nicht während
des Betriebs erfolgen.
Beim Abnehmen der Kunststoffabdeckungen des
Geräts empfehlen wir, zuerst die Stirnteile und
dann die oberen und unteren Teile abzunehmen.
Seien Sie beim Abnehmen der
Kunststoffabdeckung besonders vorsichtig,
wenn Ihre Anlage über Wi-Fi-Antennen verfügt.
Die Antennen sind an den vollen Stirn- und
Seitenteilen angebracht. Bei unachtsamer
Handhabung könnten sie abgerissen werden.

einschließlich der Anleitung für den Umgang mit
der Kunststoffabdeckung Ihres Geräts nden Sie

2 ZURÜCKSETZEN DES GERÄTS
Falls das Gerät plötzlich nicht mehr bzw. nicht
richtig funktioniert, kann es durch Drücken
der Taste (Loch neben der Netzbuchse) über
mindestens 4 Sekunden zurückgesetzt werden.
Falls das Problem andauert, trennen Sie das
Gerät für etwa 30 Sekunden vom Stromnetz.

zur Aktivierung weiterer Modi, deren Übersicht Sie

4 SICHERHEITSINFORMATIONEN
Währen der Lagerung, des Transports und Betriebs
ist das Gerät trocken zu halten und gegen Stöße
von anderen Gegenständen zu schützen. Das
Gerät und sein Zubehör sind gegen Wasser und
Feuchte zu schützen und trocken zu halten.
Bei jedem Umgang mit dem Gerät sollte man
trockene Hände haben, bzw. man sollte das
Gerät gegebenenfalls vom Stromnetz trennen.
Das Gerät sollte von Feuer und Wärmequellen
wie Heizung oder Kerzen ferngehalten werden
(1-2 Meter Abstand). Fernzuhalten ist das
Gerät auch von Elektrogeräten, die ein starkes
elektromagnetisches Feld erzeugen wie
Mikrowellenherde oder Kühlschränke. Das Gerät
ist an einen kühlen, gut belüfteten Ort aufzustellen.
Das Gerät ist nur für die Innenverwendung
geeignet. Das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht
aussetzen. Die Betriebstemperatur des Geräts
beträgt 0°C bis 40°C. Die Lüftungsöffnungen
nie verdecken. Um das Gerät herum sollte
mindestens 10cm Freiraum vorhanden sein,
damit die vom Gerät erzeugte Wärme zerstreut
werden kann. Sollte ein Gegenstand oder eine
Flüssigkeit in das Gerät gelangen, muss das Gerät
sofort ausgeschaltet werden. Vom Gerät müssen
das Anschlusskabel und weitere Kabel getrennt
werden. Während des Gewitters ist das Gerät
auszuschalten und alle Kabel müssen von ihm
getrennt werden als Vorbeugung gegen Schäden
durch Blitzschlag. Das Netzteil darf nur in einem
Stromnetz verwendet werden, das die Parameter
entsprechend der technischen Daten des Netzteils
aufweist. Sonst kann es zum Brandfall und /
oder zur Beschädigung der Stromquelle oder des
Geräts kommen. Es ist verboten, ein beschädigtes
Netzteil weiter zu verwenden. Sonst kann es zu
einem Stromunfall kommen. Die Erwärmung des
Geräts während des Betriebs ist normal. Das Gerät
und sein Zubehör sollten sauber gehalten werden
und in einer staubfreien Umgebung betrieben
werden. Das Gerät und sein Zubehör sind von
Kindern fernzuhalten.
Das Gerät mit dem System TurrisOS entspricht
den harmonisierten Rechtsvorschriften der EU.
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für die Benutzung mit
TurrisOS bestimmt und der Anwender ist nicht zur
Änderung des Betriebssystems berechtigt.
Falls Ihr Gerät über zwei Wi-Fi-Zugangspunkte
verfügt, dürfen diese niemals auf denselben
Frequenzbändern betrieben werden.
5 ENTSORGUNG
Dieses Gerät darf nicht zusammen mit Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Um die ordnungsgemäße
Entsorgung zu sichern, übergeben Sie das
Elektrogerät kostenlos einer Sammelstelle für
Elektrogeräte.
Durch eine richtige Entsorgung dieses Produkts
helfen Sie, natürliche Ressourcen zu schonen, und
dabei beugen Sie den negativen Auswirkungen
auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit,

Please read this user guide carefully before
operating the device.
1 DEVICE INSTALLATION
1.1 MOXPocket Wi-Fi, MOXPower Wi-Fi,
MOXClassic
Before installation, make sure your computer is
equipped with an Ethernet port.
1. Disconnect your computer from all network
connections.
2. MOXPocket Wi-Fi and MOXPower Wi-Fi: Skip
to step 3.
MOXClassic: Connect the Ethernet cable from
your internet service provider or from your
other device to the Ethernet port next to the
power connector on the device.
3. MOXPocket Wi-Fi andMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Connect your computer using an Ethernet
cable to the Ethernet port next to the power
connector on the device.
MOXClassic: Connect your computer using
an Ethernet cable to any of the remaining
Ethernet ports.
4. Plug the power cord into the power connector.
Important: Make sure you are using the
original 12 V / 2.5 A rated power supply.
5. Wait approximately one minute (until the router
boots up), enter the address http://192.168.1.1
into your web browser and follow the
instructions of the initial setup wizard.
1.2 MOXStart, modules and add-ons
MOXStart: Turris MOX is a modular system and
additional modules or add-ons can be connected
to your device. MOXStart includes the MOXA
module and serves as a starting point for your
future setup.
Modules and add-ons: Plug in the modules
you wish to use in your setup in the
correct order. Connect the add-ons to their
corresponding modules. We recommend
using the congurator service available at
https://mox.turris.cz/congurator to check
the supported combinations and order of the
modules.
Warning: Before disconnecting or connecting
the individual modules and add-ons, make sure
the device is turned off and unplugged from the
power supply. The hardware conguration of
the device cannot be modied while the device
is running.
When disassembling the plastic cover of the
device, we recommend removing the front and
back parts rst, followed by the top and bottom
cover.
If your setup includes Wi-Fi antennas, be careful
while disassembling the plastic cover. The
antennas are glued onto the solid front, back and
side parts of the cover. Careless manipulation
with the cover might cause them to be torn off.

2 DEVICE RESTART
If the device stops working suddenly or does not
operate properly, it can be restarted by pressing
the button (the hole next to the power connector)
for at least 4 seconds. If the issue persists,
disconnect the power supply of the device for
approximately 30 seconds.
Apart from the reset function, the button is also
used to activate other modes of the device which
are listed at https://mox.turris.cz/manual.
3 MODULARITY

4 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Keep the device dry and prevent collisions with
other objects when storing, transporting and using
the device. Protect the device and its accessories
against water and humidity and keep them dry.
Only handle the device with dry hands, and if
necessary disconnect it from the power source.
Always keep the device at a sucient distance
(1–2 metres) from sources of heat and re,
such as heaters or candles. Keep the device at a
sucient distance from electrical appliances that
generate a strong electromagnetic eld, such as
microwave ovens or refrigerators. Place the device
in a cool, well-ventilated location. Intended for
indoor use only. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Operating temperature of the device: 0°C to 40°C.
Do not cover the device with any objects. Keep
at least 10cm of free space around the device
to ensure that the heat it generates can freely
dissipate. If any object or liquid gets into the
device, turn it off immediately. Unplug the power
supply and all other cables. Turn off the device
during thunderstorms and unplug all cables to
prevent lightning damage. Only use the power
adapter in a power grid that meets the parameters
listed in the adapter’s specications. Otherwise, a
mismatch in the power supply could cause re and
damage to the power adapter or the device. Do not
use the power adapter if it is damaged. Otherwise,
electric shock threatens. It is normal for the device
to generate heat during operation. Keep the device
and all accessories clean and use it in a dust-free
environment. Keep the device and its accessories
out of the reach of children.
Device running the TurrisOS operating system
is in compliance with the harmonised EU
legislation. The device is intended to be used
exclusively with the TurrisOS operating system
and the user is not authorized to change the
operating system of the device.
If the device features two Wi-Fi cards, they must
never be operated on the same frequency band.
5 DISPOSAL
Once used up, this device may not be disposed of
with household waste. To ensure proper disposal
of the product, deliver the used equipment to
a designated collection point, where it will be
accepted free of charge. Proper disposal of the
product helps conserve natural resources and
prevents
any potential negative impact on the environment
and human health that could result from incorrect
waste disposal.

Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Installation, dass

1. Trennen Sie Ihren Computer von allen
Netzanschlüssen.
2. MOXPocket Wi-Fi und MOXPower Wi-Fi:
Gehen Sie zu Punkt 3.
MOXClassic: Verbinden Sie das Ethernet-
Kabel Ihres Anschlussanbieters oder eines
Ihrer anderen Geräte mit dem Ethernet-Port
neben der Netzbuchse.
3. MOXPocket Wi-Fi undMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Verbinden Sie Ihren Computer mithilfe eines
Ethernet-Kabels mit dem Ethernet-Port neben
der Netzbuchse.
MOXClassic: Verbinden Sie Ihren Computer
mithilfe eines Ethernet-Kabels mit einem
beliebigen der verbleibenden Ethernet-Ports.
4. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit der
Netzbuchse.
Wichtig: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie ein
12V / 2,5A Originalnetzteil verwenden.
5. Warten Sie etwa eine Minute (bis der Router
hochfährt), geben Sie im Internetbrowser die
Adresse http://192.168.1.1 ein und folgen Sie
den Anweisungen für die Grundeinstellungen.
1.2 MOXStart, Module und Erweiterungen
(Add-Ons)
MOXStart: Turris MOX ist ein modulares System,
es können weitere Module oder Erweiterungen
(Add-Ons) an Ihr Gerät angeschlossen werden.
MOX Start enthält das Modul MOXA und stellt
den Ausgangspunkt Ihrer zukünftigen Anlage dar.
Module und Erweiterungen (Add-Ons):
Schließen Sie die gewünschten Module
Ihrer Anlage in der richtigen Reihenfolge an.
Verbinden Sie die Erweiterungen (Add-Ons)
mit den entsprechenden Modulen. Zur
Überprüfung der unterstützten Kombinationen
und Modulreihenfolge empfehlen wir
die Benutzung des Kongurators auf
https://mox.turris.cz/congurator.
Warnung: Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem
Trennen oder Anschließen einzelner Module und
Erweiterungen (Add-Ons) immer, dass das Gerät
ausgeschaltet und vom Netz getrennt ist. Die
Konguration der Hardware kann nicht während
des Betriebs erfolgen.
Beim Abnehmen der Kunststoffabdeckungen des
Geräts empfehlen wir, zuerst die Stirnteile und
dann die oberen und unteren Teile abzunehmen.
Seien Sie beim Abnehmen der
Kunststoffabdeckung besonders vorsichtig,
wenn Ihre Anlage über Wi-Fi-Antennen verfügt.
Die Antennen sind an den vollen Stirn- und
Seitenteilen angebracht. Bei unachtsamer
Handhabung könnten sie abgerissen werden.

der Kunststoffabdeckung Ihres Geräts nden Sie

2 ZURÜCKSETZEN DES GERÄTS
Falls das Gerät plötzlich nicht mehr bzw. nicht
richtig funktioniert, kann es durch Drücken
der Taste (Loch neben der Netzbuchse) über
mindestens 4 Sekunden zurückgesetzt werden.
Falls das Problem andauert, trennen Sie das
Gerät für etwa 30 Sekunden vom Stromnetz.
Neben dem Zurücksetzen dient diese Taste auch
zur Aktivierung weiterer Modi, deren Übersicht Sie
auf https://mox.turris.cz/manual nden.

4 SICHERHEITSINFORMATIONEN
Währen der Lagerung, des Transports und Betriebs
ist das Gerät trocken zu halten und gegen Stöße
von anderen Gegenständen zu schützen. Das
Gerät und sein Zubehör sind gegen Wasser und
Feuchte zu schützen und trocken zu halten.
Bei jedem Umgang mit dem Gerät sollte man
trockene Hände haben, bzw. man sollte das
Gerät gegebenenfalls vom Stromnetz trennen.
Das Gerät sollte von Feuer und Wärmequellen
wie Heizung oder Kerzen ferngehalten werden
(1-2 Meter Abstand). Fernzuhalten ist das
Gerät auch von Elektrogeräten, die ein starkes
elektromagnetisches Feld erzeugen wie
Mikrowellenherde oder Kühlschränke. Das Gerät
ist an einen kühlen, gut belüfteten Ort aufzustellen.
Das Gerät ist nur für die Innenverwendung
geeignet. Das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht
aussetzen. Die Betriebstemperatur des Geräts
beträgt 0°C bis 40°C. Die Lüftungsöffnungen
nie verdecken. Um das Gerät herum sollte
mindestens 10cm Freiraum vorhanden sein,
damit die vom Gerät erzeugte Wärme zerstreut
werden kann. Sollte ein Gegenstand oder eine
Flüssigkeit in das Gerät gelangen, muss das Gerät
sofort ausgeschaltet werden. Vom Gerät müssen
das Anschlusskabel und weitere Kabel getrennt
werden. Während des Gewitters ist das Gerät
auszuschalten und alle Kabel müssen von ihm
getrennt werden als Vorbeugung gegen Schäden
durch Blitzschlag. Das Netzteil darf nur in einem
Stromnetz verwendet werden, das die Parameter
entsprechend der technischen Daten des Netzteils
aufweist. Sonst kann es zum Brandfall und /
oder zur Beschädigung der Stromquelle oder des
Geräts kommen. Es ist verboten, ein beschädigtes
Netzteil weiter zu verwenden. Sonst kann es zu
einem Stromunfall kommen. Die Erwärmung des
Geräts während des Betriebs ist normal. Das Gerät
und sein Zubehör sollten sauber gehalten werden
und in einer staubfreien Umgebung betrieben
werden. Das Gerät und sein Zubehör sind von
Kindern fernzuhalten.
Das Gerät mit dem System TurrisOS entspricht
den harmonisierten Rechtsvorschriften der EU.
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für die Benutzung mit
TurrisOS bestimmt und der Anwender ist nicht zur
Änderung des Betriebssystems berechtigt.
Falls Ihr Gerät über zwei Wi-Fi-Zugangspunkte
verfügt, dürfen diese niemals auf denselben
Frequenzbändern betrieben werden.
5 ENTSORGUNG
Dieses Gerät darf nicht zusammen mit Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Um die ordnungsgemäße
Entsorgung zu sichern, übergeben Sie das
Elektrogerät kostenlos einer Sammelstelle für
Elektrogeräte.
Durch eine richtige Entsorgung dieses Produkts

Důležité: Ujistte se, že použváte origináln
napájec adaptér sparametry 12 V / 2,5 A.
5. Vykejte pibližn jednu minutu (než router
nabootuje), zadejte do webového prohlžee

2 RESTART ZAŘÍZENÍ
Pokud zazen náhle pestane pracovat nebo
nefunguje správn, lze jej restartovat stisknutm
tlatka (drka vedle napájec zdky) alespoň po
dobu 4 sekund. Pokud problém petrvává, odpojte
zazen pibližn na 30 sekund od elektrické st.

Before installation, make sure your computer is

1. Disconnect your computer from all network
connections.
2. MOXPocket Wi-Fi and MOXPower Wi-Fi: Skip
to step 3.
MOXClassic: Connect the Ethernet cable from
your internet service provider or from your
other device to the Ethernet port next to the
power connector on the device.
3. MOXPocket Wi-Fi andMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Connect your computer using an Ethernet
cable to the Ethernet port next to the power
connector on the device.
MOXClassic: Connect your computer using
an Ethernet cable to any of the remaining
Ethernet ports.
4. Plug the power cord into the power connector.
Important: Make sure you are using the
original 12 V / 2.5 A rated power supply.
5. Wait approximately one minute (until the router
boots up), enter the address http://192.168.1.1
into your web browser and follow the
instructions of the initial setup wizard.
1.2 MOXStart, modules and add-ons
MOXStart: Turris MOX is a modular system and
additional modules or add-ons can be connected
to your device. MOXStart includes the MOXA
module and serves as a starting point for your
future setup.
Modules and add-ons: Plug in the modules
you wish to use in your setup in the
correct order. Connect the add-ons to their
corresponding modules. We recommend
using the congurator service available at
https://mox.turris.cz/congurator to check
the supported combinations and order of the
modules.
Warning: Before disconnecting or connecting
the individual modules and add-ons, make sure
the device is turned off and unplugged from the
power supply. The hardware conguration of
the device cannot be modied while the device
is running.
When disassembling the plastic cover of the
device, we recommend removing the front and
back parts rst, followed by the top and bottom
cover.
If your setup includes Wi-Fi antennas, be careful
while disassembling the plastic cover. The
antennas are glued onto the solid front, back and
side parts of the cover. Careless manipulation
with the cover might cause them to be torn off.

2 DEVICE RESTART
If the device stops working suddenly or does not
operate properly, it can be restarted by pressing
the button (the hole next to the power connector)
for at least 4 seconds. If the issue persists,
disconnect the power supply of the device for
approximately 30 seconds.
Apart from the reset function, the button is also
used to activate other modes of the device which
are listed at https://mox.turris.cz/manual.

4 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Keep the device dry and prevent collisions with
other objects when storing, transporting and using
the device. Protect the device and its accessories
against water and humidity and keep them dry.
Only handle the device with dry hands, and if
necessary disconnect it from the power source.
Always keep the device at a sucient distance
(1–2 metres) from sources of heat and re,
such as heaters or candles. Keep the device at a
sucient distance from electrical appliances that
generate a strong electromagnetic eld, such as
microwave ovens or refrigerators. Place the device
in a cool, well-ventilated location. Intended for
indoor use only. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Operating temperature of the device: 0°C to 40°C.
Do not cover the device with any objects. Keep
at least 10cm of free space around the device
to ensure that the heat it generates can freely
dissipate. If any object or liquid gets into the
device, turn it off immediately. Unplug the power
supply and all other cables. Turn off the device
during thunderstorms and unplug all cables to
prevent lightning damage. Only use the power
adapter in a power grid that meets the parameters
listed in the adapter’s specications. Otherwise, a
mismatch in the power supply could cause re and
damage to the power adapter or the device. Do not
use the power adapter if it is damaged. Otherwise,
electric shock threatens. It is normal for the device
to generate heat during operation. Keep the device
and all accessories clean and use it in a dust-free
environment. Keep the device and its accessories
out of the reach of children.
Device running the TurrisOS operating system
is in compliance with the harmonised EU
legislation. The device is intended to be used
exclusively with the TurrisOS operating system
and the user is not authorized to change the
operating system of the device.
If the device features two Wi-Fi cards, they must
never be operated on the same frequency band.
5 DISPOSAL
Once used up, this device may not be disposed of
with household waste. To ensure proper disposal
of the product, deliver the used equipment to
a designated collection point, where it will be
accepted free of charge. Proper disposal of the
product helps conserve natural resources and
prevents
any potential negative impact on the environment
and human health that could result from incorrect

MOXStart: Turris MOX ist ein modulares System,
es können weitere Module oder Erweiterungen
(Add-Ons) an Ihr Gerät angeschlossen werden.
MOX Start enthält das Modul MOXA und stellt
den Ausgangspunkt Ihrer zukünftigen Anlage dar.
Module und Erweiterungen (Add-Ons):
Schließen Sie die gewünschten Module
Ihrer Anlage in der richtigen Reihenfolge an.
Verbinden Sie die Erweiterungen (Add-Ons)
mit den entsprechenden Modulen. Zur

Warnung: Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem
Trennen oder Anschließen einzelner Module und
Erweiterungen (Add-Ons) immer, dass das Gerät
ausgeschaltet und vom Netz getrennt ist. Die
Konguration der Hardware kann nicht während
des Betriebs erfolgen.
Beim Abnehmen der Kunststoffabdeckungen des
Geräts empfehlen wir, zuerst die Stirnteile und
dann die oberen und unteren Teile abzunehmen.
Seien Sie beim Abnehmen der
Kunststoffabdeckung besonders vorsichtig,
wenn Ihre Anlage über Wi-Fi-Antennen verfügt.
Die Antennen sind an den vollen Stirn- und
Seitenteilen angebracht. Bei unachtsamer
Handhabung könnten sie abgerissen werden.

2 ZURÜCKSETZEN DES GERÄTS
Falls das Gerät plötzlich nicht mehr bzw. nicht
richtig funktioniert, kann es durch Drücken
der Taste (Loch neben der Netzbuchse) über
mindestens 4 Sekunden zurückgesetzt werden.
Falls das Problem andauert, trennen Sie das
Gerät für etwa 30 Sekunden vom Stromnetz.

4 SICHERHEITSINFORMATIONEN
Währen der Lagerung, des Transports und Betriebs
ist das Gerät trocken zu halten und gegen Stöße
von anderen Gegenständen zu schützen. Das
Gerät und sein Zubehör sind gegen Wasser und
Feuchte zu schützen und trocken zu halten.
Bei jedem Umgang mit dem Gerät sollte man
trockene Hände haben, bzw. man sollte das
Gerät gegebenenfalls vom Stromnetz trennen.
Das Gerät sollte von Feuer und Wärmequellen
wie Heizung oder Kerzen ferngehalten werden
(1-2 Meter Abstand). Fernzuhalten ist das
Gerät auch von Elektrogeräten, die ein starkes
elektromagnetisches Feld erzeugen wie
Mikrowellenherde oder Kühlschränke. Das Gerät
ist an einen kühlen, gut belüfteten Ort aufzustellen.
Das Gerät ist nur für die Innenverwendung
geeignet. Das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht
aussetzen. Die Betriebstemperatur des Geräts
beträgt 0°C bis 40°C. Die Lüftungsöffnungen
nie verdecken. Um das Gerät herum sollte
mindestens 10cm Freiraum vorhanden sein,
damit die vom Gerät erzeugte Wärme zerstreut
werden kann. Sollte ein Gegenstand oder eine
Flüssigkeit in das Gerät gelangen, muss das Gerät
sofort ausgeschaltet werden. Vom Gerät müssen
das Anschlusskabel und weitere Kabel getrennt
werden. Während des Gewitters ist das Gerät
auszuschalten und alle Kabel müssen von ihm
getrennt werden als Vorbeugung gegen Schäden
durch Blitzschlag. Das Netzteil darf nur in einem
Stromnetz verwendet werden, das die Parameter
entsprechend der technischen Daten des Netzteils
aufweist. Sonst kann es zum Brandfall und /
oder zur Beschädigung der Stromquelle oder des
Geräts kommen. Es ist verboten, ein beschädigtes
Netzteil weiter zu verwenden. Sonst kann es zu
einem Stromunfall kommen. Die Erwärmung des
Geräts während des Betriebs ist normal. Das Gerät
und sein Zubehör sollten sauber gehalten werden
und in einer staubfreien Umgebung betrieben
werden. Das Gerät und sein Zubehör sind von
Kindern fernzuhalten.
Das Gerät mit dem System TurrisOS entspricht
den harmonisierten Rechtsvorschriften der EU.
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für die Benutzung mit
TurrisOS bestimmt und der Anwender ist nicht zur
Änderung des Betriebssystems berechtigt.
Falls Ihr Gerät über zwei Wi-Fi-Zugangspunkte
verfügt, dürfen diese niemals auf denselben
Frequenzbändern betrieben werden.
5 ENTSORGUNG
Dieses Gerät darf nicht zusammen mit Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Um die ordnungsgemäße
Entsorgung zu sichern, übergeben Sie das
Elektrogerät kostenlos einer Sammelstelle für
Elektrogeräte.

Pokud zazen náhle pestane pracovat nebo
nefunguje správn, lze jej restartovat stisknutm
tlatka (drka vedle napájec zdky) alespoň po
dobu 4 sekund. Pokud problém petrvává, odpojte
zazen pibližn na 30 sekund od elektrické st.

4 BEZPEČNOSTNÍ INFORMACE
Bhem skladován, transportu apoužván
zazen ho udržujte vsuchu azabraňte nárazům
sjinými objekty. Zazen ajeho pslušenstv
chraňte ped vodou avlhkem audržujte je
vsuchu. Pi jakýchkoliv operacch se zazenm

vnitn použit. Nevystavujte zazen pmému
slunci. Provozn teplota zazen je 0°C až
40°C. Nezakrývejte otvory zazen jakýmikoli
pedmty. Okolo zazen mjte alespoň
10cm volného msta, tak aby mohlo být teplo
vydávané zazenm rozptylováno. Pokud se
jakýkoli pedmt nebo kapalina dostane do
zazen, okamžit zazen vypnte. Vypojte
znj napájec kabel idalš pipojené kabely.
Bhem bouky zazen vypnte aodpojte znj
všechny kabely jako prevenci poškozen zazen
blesky. Napájec adaptér použvejte pouze
velektrické sti, která má parametry uvedené ve
specikaci napájecho adaptéru, jinak může dojt
kpožáru nebo poškozen napájecho zdroje i
zazen. Nepoužvejte napájec adaptér, pokud
je poškozen. Mohlo by dojt krazu elektrickým
proudem. Zahván zazen bhem použván je
normáln. Udržujte zazen ajeho pslušenstv
isté apoužvejte ho vbezprašném prosted.
Neponechávejte zazen ani jeho pslušenstv
vdosahu dt.
Zazen se systémem TurrisOS vyhovuje
harmonizovaným právnm pedpisům EU. Zazen
je pro výluné použit sTurrisOS auživatel nen
oprávnn ke zmn operanho systému.
Pokud má zazen dv Wi-Fi, nikdy se nesm
provozovat na stejných pásmech.
5 ODSTRANĚNÍ
Toto zazen nesm být po upoteben odstranno
spolen skomunálnm odpadem. Za elem
správného odstrann výrobku odevzdejte jakékoli
upotebené elektrozazen na urených sbrných
mstech, kde budou zdarma pijata.
Správným odstrannm tohoto produktu pomůžete
zachovat prodn zdroje. Zároveň tak napomáháte
prevenci potenciálnch negativnch dopadů na
životn prosted alidské zdrav, které může být
důsledkem nesprávného odstrann odpadů.

adapter in a power grid that meets the parameters

use the power adapter if it is damaged. Otherwise,
electric shock threatens. It is normal for the device
to generate heat during operation. Keep the device
and all accessories clean and use it in a dust-free

1 INSTALLATION DES GERÄTS
1.1 MOXPocket Wi-Fi, MOXPower Wi-Fi,
MOXClassic
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Installation, dass
Ihr Computer über einen Ethernet-Port verfügt.
1. Trennen Sie Ihren Computer von allen
Netzanschlüssen.
2. MOXPocket Wi-Fi und MOXPower Wi-Fi:
Gehen Sie zu Punkt 3.
MOXClassic: Verbinden Sie das Ethernet-
Kabel Ihres Anschlussanbieters oder eines
Ihrer anderen Geräte mit dem Ethernet-Port
neben der Netzbuchse.
3. MOXPocket Wi-Fi undMOXPower Wi-Fi:
Verbinden Sie Ihren Computer mithilfe eines
Ethernet-Kabels mit dem Ethernet-Port neben
der Netzbuchse.
MOXClassic: Verbinden Sie Ihren Computer
mithilfe eines Ethernet-Kabels mit einem
beliebigen der verbleibenden Ethernet-Ports.
4. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit der
Netzbuchse.
Wichtig: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie ein
12V / 2,5A Originalnetzteil verwenden.
5. Warten Sie etwa eine Minute (bis der Router
hochfährt), geben Sie im Internetbrowser die
Adresse http://192.168.1.1 ein und folgen Sie
den Anweisungen für die Grundeinstellungen.
1.2 MOXStart, Module und Erweiterungen
(Add-Ons)
MOXStart: Turris MOX ist ein modulares System,
es können weitere Module oder Erweiterungen
(Add-Ons) an Ihr Gerät angeschlossen werden.
MOX Start enthält das Modul MOXA und stellt
den Ausgangspunkt Ihrer zukünftigen Anlage dar.
Module und Erweiterungen (Add-Ons):
Schließen Sie die gewünschten Module
Ihrer Anlage in der richtigen Reihenfolge an.
Verbinden Sie die Erweiterungen (Add-Ons)
mit den entsprechenden Modulen. Zur
Überprüfung der unterstützten Kombinationen
und Modulreihenfolge empfehlen wir
die Benutzung des Kongurators auf
https://mox.turris.cz/congurator.
Warnung: Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem
Trennen oder Anschließen einzelner Module und
Erweiterungen (Add-Ons) immer, dass das Gerät
ausgeschaltet und vom Netz getrennt ist. Die
Konguration der Hardware kann nicht während
des Betriebs erfolgen.
Beim Abnehmen der Kunststoffabdeckungen des
Geräts empfehlen wir, zuerst die Stirnteile und
dann die oberen und unteren Teile abzunehmen.
Seien Sie beim Abnehmen der
Kunststoffabdeckung besonders vorsichtig,
wenn Ihre Anlage über Wi-Fi-Antennen verfügt.
Die Antennen sind an den vollen Stirn- und
Seitenteilen angebracht. Bei unachtsamer
Handhabung könnten sie abgerissen werden.

2 ZURÜCKSETZEN DES GERÄTS
Falls das Gerät plötzlich nicht mehr bzw. nicht
richtig funktioniert, kann es durch Drücken
der Taste (Loch neben der Netzbuchse) über
mindestens 4 Sekunden zurückgesetzt werden.
Falls das Problem andauert, trennen Sie das
Gerät für etwa 30 Sekunden vom Stromnetz.

zur Aktivierung weiterer Modi, deren Übersicht Sie

3 MODULARITÄT

4 SICHERHEITSINFORMATIONEN
Währen der Lagerung, des Transports und Betriebs
ist das Gerät trocken zu halten und gegen Stöße
von anderen Gegenständen zu schützen. Das
Gerät und sein Zubehör sind gegen Wasser und
Feuchte zu schützen und trocken zu halten.
Bei jedem Umgang mit dem Gerät sollte man
trockene Hände haben, bzw. man sollte das
Gerät gegebenenfalls vom Stromnetz trennen.
Das Gerät sollte von Feuer und Wärmequellen
wie Heizung oder Kerzen ferngehalten werden
(1-2 Meter Abstand). Fernzuhalten ist das
Gerät auch von Elektrogeräten, die ein starkes
elektromagnetisches Feld erzeugen wie
Mikrowellenherde oder Kühlschränke. Das Gerät
ist an einen kühlen, gut belüfteten Ort aufzustellen.
Das Gerät ist nur für die Innenverwendung
geeignet. Das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht
aussetzen. Die Betriebstemperatur des Geräts
beträgt 0°C bis 40°C. Die Lüftungsöffnungen
nie verdecken. Um das Gerät herum sollte
mindestens 10cm Freiraum vorhanden sein,
damit die vom Gerät erzeugte Wärme zerstreut
werden kann. Sollte ein Gegenstand oder eine
Flüssigkeit in das Gerät gelangen, muss das Gerät
sofort ausgeschaltet werden. Vom Gerät müssen
das Anschlusskabel und weitere Kabel getrennt
werden. Während des Gewitters ist das Gerät
auszuschalten und alle Kabel müssen von ihm
getrennt werden als Vorbeugung gegen Schäden
durch Blitzschlag. Das Netzteil darf nur in einem
Stromnetz verwendet werden, das die Parameter
entsprechend der technischen Daten des Netzteils
aufweist. Sonst kann es zum Brandfall und /
oder zur Beschädigung der Stromquelle oder des
Geräts kommen. Es ist verboten, ein beschädigtes
Netzteil weiter zu verwenden. Sonst kann es zu
einem Stromunfall kommen. Die Erwärmung des
Geräts während des Betriebs ist normal. Das Gerät
und sein Zubehör sollten sauber gehalten werden
und in einer staubfreien Umgebung betrieben
werden. Das Gerät und sein Zubehör sind von
Kindern fernzuhalten.
Das Gerät mit dem System TurrisOS entspricht
den harmonisierten Rechtsvorschriften der EU.
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für die Benutzung mit
TurrisOS bestimmt und der Anwender ist nicht zur
Änderung des Betriebssystems berechtigt.
Falls Ihr Gerät über zwei Wi-Fi-Zugangspunkte
verfügt, dürfen diese niemals auf denselben
Frequenzbändern betrieben werden.
5 ENTSORGUNG
Dieses Gerät darf nicht zusammen mit Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Um die ordnungsgemäße
Entsorgung zu sichern, übergeben Sie das
Elektrogerät kostenlos einer Sammelstelle für
Elektrogeräte.
Durch eine richtige Entsorgung dieses Produkts
helfen Sie, natürliche Ressourcen zu schonen, und
dabei beugen Sie den negativen Auswirkungen
auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit,
