1.Miesto použitia
Správne použitie: Toto zariadenie je určené na strihanie živých plotov, kríkov, krycích tráv v domácnostiach a záhradkách.
Dodržiavanie pokynov v návode na použitie je základným predpokladom pre správne používanie zariadenia.
POZOR! Nebezpečenstvo úrazu!
Toto zariadenie sa nesmie používať pre strihanie hrán trávnikov, alebo sekanie materiálov pre kompostovanie.
2. Bezpečnostné inštrukcie
Ak nie je zariadenie správne používané je nebezpečné. Dodržiavanie pokynov a upozornení je nutné pre zabezpečenie
primeranej bezpečnosti a efektívneho používania. Obsluha zariadenia je zodpovedná za dodržiavanie výstražných upozornení
a pokynov uvedených v tomto návode. Nikdy nepoužívajte zariadenie ak ochranné kryty nie sú v správnej polohe.

1) Bezpečnosť pracovného prostredia
a) Udržujte pracovné prostredie čisté a dobre osvetlené. Neporiadok a slabé osvetlenie môžu viesť k úrazom.
b) Nepracujte s elektrickým náradím vo výbušnom prostredí, ako napríklad priestory s horľavými kvapalinami, plynmi, alebo prachom. Elektrické náradie je
zdrojom iskrenia, čo môže vznietiť prach, alebo výpary.
c) Počas práce udržujte mimo dosahu detí, zvieratá a spolupracovníkov. Rozptýlením môžete stratiť kontrolu.
1) Elektrická bezpečnosť
a) Zástrčka elektrického kábla musí byť kompatibilná so zásuvkou. Nikdy nepoužívajte akékoľvek adaptéry a neupravujte zásuvku.
Neupravované zástrčky a zásuvky znižujú riziko úrazu elektrickým prúdom.

b) Vyhnite sa kontaktu tela s uzemnenými povrchmi, ako sú potrubia, radiátory, sporáky a chladničky. Ak ste uzemnený, je zvýšené riziko úrazu elektrickým
prúdom.
c) Nevystavujte elektrické náradie dažďu, alebo vlhkému prostrediu. Vniknutie vody do elektrického náradia zvyšuje riziko úrazu elektrickým prúdom.
d) Nenamáhajte napájací kábel. Nikdy nenoste náradie zavesené za napájací kábel, nikdy nevyťahujte napájací kábel zo zástrčky potiahnutím za kábel.
Udržujte kábel mimo zdroja tepla, olejov, rozpúšťadiel, ostrých hrán, alebo pohyblivých častí. Počas práce udržujte napájací kábel mimo zariadenia.
Poškodené, alebo spletené káble zvyšujú riziko úrazu elektrickým prúdom.
e) Pri práci s náradím vonku, používajte predlžovací kábel určený na vonkajšie použitie. Používanie káblov určených pre vonkajšie použitie znižuje riziko úrazu
elektrickým prúdom.
Odporúča sa používať k elektrickému napájaniu prúdový chránič, ktorý ochráni zariadenie v prípade výkyvov väčších ako 30mA za 30ms.
3) Bezpečnosť osôb
a) Dávajte pozor, sledujte čo robíte a pri práci s elektrickým náradím sa riaďte zdravým rozumom. Nepoužívajte elektrické náradie, ak ste unavený, pod
vplyvom drog, alkoholu, alebo liekov. Chvíľka nepozornosti pri práci s náradím môže viesť k vážnemu zraneniu.
b) Používajte osobné ochranné pracovné prostriedky. Vždy používajte ochranné okuliare. Ochranné prostriedky, ako respirátor, nekĺzavá bezpečnostná obuv,
pevná prilba, alebo chrániče sluchu používané v príslušných podmienkach znižujú riziko poranenia osôb.
c) Zabráňte náhodnému spusteniu. Pred pripojením náradia, prenášaním, alebo zdvíhaním sa uistite, že je vypínač vo vypnutej polohe.
d) Odstráňte nastavovacie kľúče a ručné nástroje pred zapnutím náradia. Nástroj, alebo kľúč, ktorý ponecháte na otáčajúcej časti elektrického náradia môže
spôsobiť úraz.
e) Nepreceňujte sa. Udržujte správne postavenie a stabilitu za všetkých okolností. To umožňuje lepšiu ovládateľnosť náradia v neočakávaných situáciách.
f) Vhodne sa obliekajte. Nenoste voľné odevy, alebo šperky. Odev, vlasy a rukavice udržujte v dostatočnej vzdialenosti od pohyblivých častí. Voľný odev,
šperky, alebo dlhé vlasy môžu byť zachytené pohyblivými časťami.
g) Chráňte zariadenie pred teplom priamym slnečným žiarením, vlhkom a dažďom (nikdy neponárajte zariadenie do vody). Nepoužívajte zariadenie s mokrými
rukami.
4) Používanie a údržba
a) Nepremáhajte elektrické náradie. Používajte elektrické napájanie zhodné s typovým štítkom.
Nepremáhané elektrické náradie vykonáva svoju prácu účinnejšie, bezpečnejšie s účelom, na ktoré bolo navrhnuté.
b) Nepoužívajte zariadenie ak vypínač nereaguje na vypnutie, alebo zapnutie. Akékoľvek zariadenie, ktoré nie je možné ovládať vypínačom, je nebezpečné
a musí byť opravené.
c) Zariadenie vypnite a odpojte zo zásuvky ak ho nepoužívate, pred výmenou príslušenstva, nastavovaním, čistením, uskladnením, alebo keď neočakávane sa
vypne, alebo objaví sa porucha. Takéto bezpečnostné opatrenie znižuje riziko náhodného spustenia zariadenia.
d) Nepoužívané zariadenie uskladnite na suchom a čistom mieste, mimo dosahu detí a osôb neoboznámených so zariadením, alebo týmito pokynmi ako
zariadenie používať. Zariadenie v rukách nekvalifikovanej obsluhy sa stáva nebezpečným.
e) Údržba elektrického náradia. Pred každým použitím skontrolujte stav zariadenia, uvoľnených, alebo zaseknutých častí, poškodených dielov, alebo iných
okolností, ktoré by mohli ovplyvniť prevádzku zariadenia. Ak je poškodené, nechajte ho pred použitím opraviť. Rukoväť a kryt udržujte mimo oleja a mastnôt.
Veľa nehôd je spôsobených nedostatočnou údržbou náradia.
g) Používajte elektrické náradie a príslušenstvo v súlade s týmito pokynmi a určeným spôsobom pre tento druh elektrického náradia s prihliadnutím na
vykonávanú prácu a pracovné podmienky. Použitie elektrického náradia na iné účely ako je určené, môže viesť k nebezpečným situáciám.
Nepoužívajte nevhodné príslušenstva pre zvýšenie, alebo prekročenie výkonu a funkcionality zariadenia.
5) Servis
a) Zariadenie nechajte opravovať len odbornou kvalifikovanou silou s originálnymi náhradnými dielmi. Týmto bude zabezpečená bezpečnosť zariadenia.

Montáž bočnej rukoväte:
UPOZORNENIE! Bezpečnostný kryt!
Pred montážou bočnej rukoväte ④, či nie je poškodenie na ovládaní ⑤, skontrolujte či
ovládanie ⑤ sa môže pohybovať v troch smeroch, alebo otáčať ( nahor, doľava, doprava ).

1. Odstráňte skrutky ⑥.
2. Skontrolujte normálnu funkčnosť bočnej rukoväte ④ .
3. Zatlačte bočnú rukoväť ④ aby rebro zapadlo do otočnej hlavy ② na základe
pevnej drážky, pre vloženie konca (k bočnej rukoväti ④ na štvrtej diere a otočnej
hlave ② nad zrovnanými štyrmi dierami) .
4. Bočnú rukoväť ④ zaskrutkujte šiestimi skrutkami ⑥.
5. Skontroluje ovládanie ⑤ či sa môže pohybovať v troch smeroch pre otvorenie
mikro vypináča.
Montáž ochranného krytu:
1. Odstráňte skrutky ⑥.
2. Skontrolujte či ochranný kryt ⑦ nie je porušený.
3. Zatlačte ochranný kryt ⑦ aby rebro zapadlo do otočnej hlavy ② na základe
pevnej drážky, pre vloženie konca (k ochrannému krytu ⑦ na dvoch dierach a na
otočnej hlave ② nad zrovnanými dvoma dierami) .
4. Na ochrannom kryte ⑦ zaskrutkujte dve skrutky ⑥.
4. Použitie
Nebezpečenstvo! Riziko úrazu!
-zasuňte ochranný kryt (8) cez nôž (9).
-Zapojte zástrčku do zásuvky predlžovacieho kábla (11), potom zapojte
predlžovací kábel (11) do elektrickej siete. Počas pripájania do elektrickej siete
nikdy nedržte ochranný kryt (8).

Zapojenie:
Nebezpečenstvo! Riziko úrazu elektrickým prúdom! Pre ochranu
napájacieho kábla (10) predlžovací kábel (11) musí byť vložený na
závesný hák (16). Stále vložte predlžovací kábel do závesného háku.
1.Predlžovací kábel (11) vložte do závesného háku (16) a pevne zatiahnite.
2.Zapojte zástrčku zariadenia (10) do zásuvky predlžovacieho kábla (11).
3.Zapojte zástrčku predlžovacieho kábla (11) do elektrického napájania 230 V.
Pracovné pozície:
Zariadenie môže byť použité v 5 variantoch pracovnej pozície.
1. Horizontálne strihanie:
Držte rukoväť (3) jednou rukou a stlačte spínač (14), držaním bočnej rukoväte
(4) druhou rukou a stlačte ovládanie (5) bočnej rukoväte (posuňte bočnú
rukoväť (4) do polohy (a).
2. Bočné strihanie v uhle 90°:
Držte rukoväť (3) jednou rukou a stlačte spínač (14), druhou rukou držte bočnú
rukoväť (4) a stlačte ovládanie bočnej rukoväte (5) (posuňte bočnú rukoväť (4)
do polohy (b)).

3. Vysoké-Horizontálne strihanie: Strihacia hlava nastavená na -80°:
Držte rukoväť (3) jednou rukou a stlačte spínač (14), druhou rukou držte rukoväť
(3) a stlačte spínač (15).
4. Nízke-Horizontálne strihanie: Strihacia hlava nastavená na 60°:
Držte rukoväť (3) jednou rukou a stlačte spínač (14), druhou rukou držte rukoväť
(3) a stlačte spínač (15).
5. Vysoké-Vertikálne strihanie:
Držte rukoväť (3) jednou rukou a stlačte spínač (14), druhou rukou držte rukoväť
(3) a stlačte spínač (15).
Otáčanie jednotky o +/-90°. Pre bočné strihanie, môže byť rukoväť (13) rotovaná o +/- 90°:
Rukoväť (13) môže byť otočená podľa potrieb pravákov a ľavákov s ohľadom na
ovládanie.
1. Odpojte z elektrickej siete.
2. Zatlačte tlačidlo (12) dozadu.
3. Otočte rukoväť (13) o 90° do požadovaného smeru kým tlačidlo (13)
nezacvakne na miesto.
Bezpečnostná poistka zabraňuje zapnutiu zariadenia ak tlačidlo (13) nie je v
správnej polohe.

Otáčanie hlavy: Pre strihanie vo vysokých a nízkych miestach môže byť otočná hlava otočená v uhle +60° do -80° v 20° krokoch.
1.Odpojte zariadenie zo zásuvky.
2. Držte stlačené tlačidlo (1).
3.Otočte hlavu (2) do požadovaného smeru.
4.Uvoľnite tlačidlo (1) a nechajte zacvaknúť.
Bezpečnostná poistka zabraňuje zapnutiu zariadenia ak tlačidlo (13) nie je v správnej
polohe.
Zapnutie zariadenia: Nebezpečenstvo! Riziko úrazu!
Zariadenie je vybavené dvojitým bezpečnostným zapínaním na prevenciu pred
náhodným zapnutím
1. Odstráňte ochranný kryt (8) z noža (9).
2. Držte rukoväť (4) jednou rukou a ovládanie na bočnej rukoväti (5) alebo (jednou
rukou držte rukoväť (3) a stlačte spínač (15)).
3. Jednou rukou držte rukoväť (3) a stlačte spínač (14).
Vypnutie zariadenia:
1. Uvoľnite spínač (14) a ovládanie na bočnej rukoväti (5) alebo uvoľnite tlačidlo (14)
a (15).
2. Nasaďte ochranný kryt (8) na čepeľ noža (9).
Skladovanie
Zariadenie musí byť skladované mimo dosahu detí.
1. Zariadenie odpojte zo zásuvky.
2. Vyčistite zariadenie a nasaďte ochranný kryt (8) na čepeľ noža (9)
3. Zariadenie skladujte v suchom a teplom sklade.

Please read these operating instructions carefully and observe the
notes given. Use these operating instructions tofamiliarise yourself
with the hedge trimmer, its proper use and the notes on safety.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 and people not
familiar with these operating instructions must not use this hedge
trimmer. Persons with reduced physical or mental abilities may use
the hedge trimmer only if they are supervised or instructed by a
responsible person.

1.Where to Use Your Electric Hedge Trimmer
Correct Use: This Electric Hedge Trimmer is intended for the cutting of
hedges, shrubs and grass coverings in private domestic
gardens and allotments.
Adherence to these operating instructions is a
precondition for the correct use of the hedge trimmer.
Please note WARNING ! Risk of injury!
The hedge trimmer must not be used for cutting lawns / lawn
edges or for chopping up material for composting purposes.

2. Safety Instructions
If not used properly this product can be dangerous. The warnings and

efficiency in using this product. The operator is responsible for

4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the
correct
power tool for your application. The correct
power
tool will do the job better and safer at the rate
for
which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch
does
not turn it on and off. Any power tool that
cannot
be controlled with the switch is dangerous and
must
be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source

5. Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified
repair person using only identical
replacement

Hedge trimmer safety warnings:
• Keep all parts of the body away from the
cutter

blade. Do not remove cut material or hold
material
to be cut when blades are moving. Make sure
the
switch is off when clearing jammed material.
A
moment of inattention while operating the
hedge
trimmer may result in serious personal injury.
• Carry the hedge trimmer by the handle
with the
cutter blade stopped. When transporting or
storing
the hedge trimmer always fit the cutting
device
cover. Proper handling of the hedge trimmer
will
reduce possible personal injury from the cutter
blades.
• Hold the power tool by insulated gripping
surfaces only, because the cutter blade may
contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Cutter
blades contacting a “live” wire may make
exposed
metal parts of the power tool “live” and could
give
the operatior an electric shock.
• Keep cable away from the cutting area.
During operation the cable may be hidden in
shrubs
and can be accidentally cut by the blade.

Work area safety
Only use the product in the manner and for the
functions described in these instructions.
The operator or user is responsible for accidents
or
hazards occurring to other people or their
property.
Electrical safety
The British Standards Institute recommend the
use
of a Residual Current Device (R.C.D.) with a
tripping
current of not more than 30mA. Check your
R.C.D.
every time you use it.
Before use, examine cable for damage, replace
it if
there are signs of damage or ageing.
Do not use the product if the electric cables are
damaged or worn.
Immediately disconnect from the mains
electricity
supply if the cable is cut, or the insulation is
damaged.
Do not touch the electric cable until the
electrical
supply has been disconnected.
Your electric cable must be untangled, tangled
cables
can overheat and reduce the efficiency of your
product.
Always switch off at the mains before
disconnecting
any plug, cable connector or extension cable.
Switch off, remove plug from mains and
examine
electric supply cable for damage or ageing
before
winding cable for storage. Do not repair a
damaged
cable, replace it with a new one.
Always wind cable carefully, avoiding kinking.
Use only on AC mains supply voltage shown

Under no circumstances should an earth be

Use only permitted extension cables as per HD
516.

Personal safety
Always wear suitable clothing, gloves, and
stout
shoes.
Thoroughly inspect the area where the product
is
to be used and remove all wires and other
foreign
objects.
All adjustments(turning the blade unit，
inclining the blade head) have to be made with
sheath in place，and the Hedge Trimmer must
not rest on the blade in the process.
Before using the machine and after any impact,
check for signs of wear or damage and repair as
necessary.
Before using the hedge trimmer，always make
sure that the hand guard provided is fitted.
Never attempt to use an incomplete product or
one
with an unauthorised modification.
Power tool use and care
Know how to stop the product quickly in an
emergency.
Never hold the product by the guard.
Do not use the Hedge Trimmer if the protection
equipment (hand protection, 2-hand safety

Do not use ladders whilst operating the product.
Remove the plug from the mains :

2. Check whether the normal function of the side

3. Push the side handle ④fixing rib is inserted

on the four hole and the Swivel head ②above
the four hole aligned) .
4. On The side handle ④screw on the four screws
⑥.
5. Check for the side handle rocker ⑤can move in
three different directions to open the micro
switch.`
Fitting the Guard board:
1. Put the screws ⑥to remove.
2. Check the guard board ⑦is intact.
3. Push the guard board ⑦fixing rib is inserted into
the Swivel head ②corresponding to the fixed
groove, to insert end ( to the guard board ⑦on the
two hole and the Swivel head ②above the two hole
aligned) .
4. On the guard board ⑦screw on the two screws ⑥.
4. Operation
DANGER ! Risk of hysical injury!
→Slide the protective cover ⑧
over the cutter blade ⑨.
→First insert the Hedge
Trimmer plug into the coupling of the
extension cable ⑪, then plug

the extension cable ⑪into a mains socket.
→Never take hold of the protective cover ⑧when connecting the hedge
trimmer.
Connecting the Hedge DANGER ! Risk of electric shock!
Trimmer:
To avoid damage to the the mains cord ⑩
the extension cable ⑪must be inserted
into the cable lock ⑯.
→Always insert the extension cable 7 into the cable lock
1. Loop the extension cable ⑪, insert the loop into
the cable lock ⑯and pull tight.
2. Insert the plug of the mains cord ⑩into the
socket of the extension cable ⑪.
3. Plug the extension cable ⑪into a 230 V mains
power supply.
Working positions:
The hedge trimmer can be operated in 5 working positions.
1. Horizontal position of trimming:
When used with the one hand holding the
handle ③and press the start button ⑭, holding
the side handle ④with the other hand and press
the side handle rocker ⑤(take side handle ④
at the side ○,a).
