When the coverof the unit is opened or the interlocking systemgets unlocked, the

In order toprolong the life of the unit which has alarge scale of integrate circuits and
precision pick-up device.Frequently turning theunit on & off may damage the unit.
Turn unit on & off in intervals of 5 secondsor greater.
Note:
LCD may havea few color dots. This is common for the matrix displaytechnology,
and doesn't indicatedefects or faults.

The player doesnot work, or no disc
Insert the discor check if the disc isplaced up side down or not.Place the disc with
the playback sidedown.
The disc isdirty. Clean the disc.
The unit hasmoisture on the inside, take outthe disc and power off unit for about
one hour.
Disconnect the powercord and plug the power cordinto the wall outlet securely
again to resetunit.
The remote controldoes not work properly
There is anobstacle in the path of theremote control and the unit.
Remove the obstacle,check if remote control points toreceiver or not.
The batteries inthe remote control are depleted. Replacethe batteries with new
ones.

This unit canplay the picture CDs with JPEGformat files, which is the mostcommon
picture compressing formatpresently.
Press Number Buttonsto select Pictures
(1)Place the discin the loader correctly, and the playerstarts searching.
A massageshows on the screen.
(2)Press Number buttonsto select the picture album.
Make selection viadisc menu
(1)Place the discinto the unit, player will startsearching through the disc.
Main menu willshow on the screen, select fromNo.1 using the Direction Buttons.
Press Play toconfirm.
(2)Press Direction Buttonsto select picture in current picturealbum, press play to
start.
(3)Press Directions Buttonsto select other pictures when stopped.
(4)Return to previousmenu by selecting File while stopped.Then Press Play.

there will bea vapor formation on the screen.To de-vaporize itplease take outany
discs from theunit and power it ON forabout one hour.
Please wipe themachine with a soft dry cloth.
Note:
Handling the disc:
Do not touchthe playback side of the disc.Hold the disc by the edgeto keep the
that date surfacefree of fingerprints which will resultin a poor reading.
Do not stickpaper or tape on the disc.
Storing discs:
After playing, storethe disc in its case.
Do not exposethe disc to direct sunlight orsources of heat, or leave itin a parked
car exposed todirect sunlight, as there may bea considerable temperature
increase inside thecar.
Cleaning discs:
Fingerprints and duston the disc can cause poorpicture quality and sound distortion.
Before playing, cleanthe disc with a clean, softcloth. Wipe the disc from thecenter out.
Do not useany solvents such as it willdamage the surface of the disc.

Under DVD mode,insert USB/SD/MMC/MS memory card, and pressthis on the
remote control orfront panel.
Note: Please donot removable hard disk during operation.This would lead to unit
failure.
3. USB/MMC/SD(MS)
1. Basic Operation
(1)Insert theouter TV antenna to the signal port ofthe DVD machine, and then
press the modelswitch to the TV status Bar.
(2)Press themenu key strokers switch to theTV Enactment Page, and then make
the TV system and TV sound tolocal system.
(3)Mover thecursor key to the AutomaticSearching, Press the ENTER to beginthe
Search, you canenjoy the TV programs after the search. Pressthe Auto Zoom on
the remote canenter to the searching system directly.
4. TV Function(Optional)
Put attached GamesDisk into this player, andinsert 2 attached games joysticks,
play the doubleor signal games by pressing remotecontrol and joysticks.
5. Games Function:(Optional)
Press Setup buttonin the remote control, the menusetup will then appear. This
menu includes GeneralSetup, Preference Setup, Audio Setupand Video Setup.
Press the Enterbutton to setup for single page,Move up/down to select, Move
left/right to adjust,Press Enter to confirm the desireditem.

(1) MP3 canbe played by List mode, Programmode and mode.
(2) Press Repeatto play, repeat playing one song orplay by list.
(1) Normal mode:Place the disc into loader correctly. Player will begin to search
the disc andenter into normal playing mode.
(2) Move Directionbutton or use the number toselect the desired item in submenu,
then press Playto start.
(3) Press Stopfirst, press Direction button to selectother submenu.

*Press the tabon the underside of the batterycover and at the same timepull out the
battery tray.
Insert the battery.
Takethe CR2025 type battery with stamped(+)mark facing upward. Insert the battery
tray into theremote control.
*Point the remotecontroller to infrared receiver window ofyour device within 60
seconds and 3meters away, without any batteries between them.
*The life-span ofthe batteries is about one year, always replace the old setwith a new
set of batteries.
Please take outthe battery when the remote controlleris not being operated for along
time.
*Please pull outthe separation film prior to usingthe remote controller.
WARNING
Store the batterywhere children can not reach. Donot recharge, disassemble or
heat the batteryor dispose of it in afire.
Installation and wiring
Check to makesure the appearance and specification area good fit. During the
process, choose theright accessories and tools.

(1)While playing theDVD disc, press Repeat for thefirst time to repeat playing one
chapter, pressRepeat for the second time torepeat playing one title, press repeat
for the thirdtime to repeat playing the entiredisc, and press Repeat to cancel.
(2)In PBC off mode:
While playing theVCD disc, press Repeat for firsttime to repeat one song.
Press Repeat forthe second time to repeat theentire disc.
Press Repeat forthe third time to cancel.

While normal playing,press to Pause/Play, press andhold to Stop.
Press this buttonto select between DVD .
Note: The modewill be remembered when powered off.
Press the Menubutton and the screen will showthe display for adjusting, Press
Volume toselect desired displays: Picture, sound, mode,Press Previous/Next
to select, PressVolume to adjust or PressUp/Down button in remote control to
select, Press Left/Rightto adjust desired parameters, Press Menubutton to back,
and the parameterswill be memorized.
Note:
“Parameters Memorizing”is the setupparameter for lastPower Off.
“Setup Reset”is factory parameters,all functions can be reset.
While the unitpower off or no signal, the IR transmitterwill close automatically
after a while.
Press + -button, it's invalid for adjusting volumeof IR/FM, but valid for theplayer
and earphone.

(3)Playing VCD discs
Press Search tocheck the elapsed time for theentire disc, the item and the
Current item duringVCD disc will play.
Press Number buttonto input a time, the playerwill play from the point you've
selected.
While playing theDVD disc with multi-subtitles, choose thedesired subtitle,
and it willshow on the screen.
When this featureis not available on the disc,it will notshow the screen.
Note: This feature setting is validonly for discswhich has multi-language.
There is multi-languagefeature while the DVD disc isplaying.
When playing discswith this function, you can selectthe desired languageby
Pressing Audio.
The left audio,right audio and the stereo showson the screenwhile playing the
VCD.
Disc. You can select the desired languagewhen playing thedisc with dual
language.
Note: This feature setting isvalid only for the current disc which has multi-
language settings.
If the disccontains scenes recorded at different camera angles, you can change
to a different camera angle during playback. PressANGLE repeatedly during
playback to selecta desired angle. (This is onlyfor discs withthis ANGLE function )
In this mode,the dynamic or still picture canbe zoomed in by up to 4x.
press Zoom threetimes, the picture is zoomed inby 2x, 3x, 4x. Press Zoomagain
to return tothe normal playing mode.

Press Search, inputa title, a chapter or atime and the player will startplaying
from the desiredpoint to the end point.
(1)Search a titleor a chapter:
Press Search, screenshows as below:
Press Left orRight to select one title
For example: pressNumber 3 to select title 3,select Chapter 1 by pressing direction
Buttons, the screenwill show:
User can checkthe elapsed time or remaining timeof current title and chapter by
pressing Display. Continue to press Display andthe screen will show as follows:
(1) When playDVD disc, Press Display, screen shows theelapsed time of current title,
remaining time ofcurrent title, elapsed time of currentchapter and remaining time
of current chapter, Press final time to exit.
(2) When playingVCD in PBC ON mode, PressDisplay and the screen will show
elapsed time andremaining time. Press Display for thethird time to exit.
When playing VCDin PBC OFF mode, Press Display and the screen will show the
elapsed time ofthe current item, remaining time ofthe current item, elapsed time
of the entiredisc, and remaining time of theentire disc. Press Display again toexit.
Note: When playing MP4’s, the Displayhas some features.

Make sure thatyou have correctly connected your unitas described earlier in this
manual.
Power on andCD loading
1. Press thePower button to turn ON (Powerindicator is OFF), as the playerwill start
loading the start-upmenu.
2. Press theOpen button to open the discflap, insert the disc, then closethe disc flap.
3.While playing DVDdiscs, please select an item inthe DVD menu or the titlemenu.
4. Press DirectionButtons or the Number Buttons toselect the desired item, then press
Enter or Playto start.
5. The player will startautomatically. Press Pause to stop temporarily, press Pause or
Play again tocancel Pause. While playing the DVDdisc, press stop for memory stop,
Press Play formemory play and press Stop twiceto stop playing and cancel memory.
6. While theDVD disc is playing, press FastForward to play at 2x, 4x,8x,16x, 32x
forward speed, thescreen will show the following.
Press Fast Backwardto play 2x,4x,8x,16x,32x reverse speed, thescreen will show the
following:
Press Play toresume to normal playing mode

7. While theDVD disc is playing, press theSlow button, to play at 1/2,1/4,1/8,1/16
speeds. The screen will showas the following:
Press Play toresume to normal speed play mode.
8. Previous/Next
Toselect the previous item or chapterpress the Previous button. To select the
Next item orchapter, press the Next button.
Note:
If there isno chapter/track on the disc, thenthe above functions will be disabled
automatically.
(1)Press Menu/PBC toreturn to the main menu orthe Title menu while playing
DVD disc.
(2)While playing VCDdisc, press Menu/PBC to turn PBCon or off.
(Not functional ifDVD disc is loaded)
(3)Only if returnedto the main menu can anew song be selected in thePBC-on
mode.
(4)Pressing the numberbuttons can select one song inPBC-off mode.
(1)While playing theDVD disc, press Title toenter to the title menu directly, select
the desired itemby pressing the direction buttons ornumber buttons.
(2)While playing VCD2.0, press Title to return the previous menu; however,this
function is disabledin PBC-off mode. (Only for functional disc)
