The instructions of installation, operation and maintenance are delivered with
each controller. Before installation read all the handbooks and get familiar with
the elements and operations.
Check that the air-conditioner which will be controlled by the controller is ready
to be started and compatible with the controller.
Before installation, Make sure that all the components are out of power and
disconnected. The installation MUST be made ONLY by one qualified professional
and in the respect of the directives and the laws in force in the country. The
system is built for inside buildings installation ONLY.
Keep away the components of the system out of children reach. If the guide line
is not well understood is may affect the performances of the system.
Relays:
One relay controls the Acu
There are Two relays on the controller that are operating in opposite to each
other.
K1 is N.O. and K2 is N.C. (Normally Open and Normally Close).
The installer should select the proper relay as per the type of the Acu. Controller
if it respectively requires N.O or N.C command .
Use pre-fabricated cables two wires cables between the ZC207DK and the Acu.
Control board.
Supplied by the Acu. Manufacturer that match to his terminals at the Air condition
and the other end of the cable to the ZC-207DK on the N.O or N.C relay .
EMG = Emergency input
The Emergency input will be N.C. contact input and it requires a jumper wire to
operate.
It is mainly designed for fire systems. In Case of FIRE the Air condition will
shut down and All Dampers ( BY-Pass too) . to avoid toxicity gas (Smoke)
to go through the ducting into the rooms ( zones)
For low voltage input only. Use 0.5 mm wire as minimum.
Communication port
The communication port allows connecting additional controller to the main one.
This feature allows connecting up to 14 rooms(zones) to one system with
one Power Supply C200PS.
The main controller will be the master and the second one will be the slave.
The master controller will be the one to control the Acu.
Use only prefabricated RJ11-4 standard cables supplied by the Manufacturer.
