andtoilets.TheintercomunitORANGEcordorassociatedORANGEceilingpullcordslocatedinbedrooms,bathrooms,etc.canbeused
tomakeanemergencyalarmcall.
WhenoperatinginonsitemodeallcallsarereportedonDECTcordlesshandsetsordesktoptelephones.Ifthereisnoonsitemanager
thencallscanbereportedvialocaloffsitemodetoamobilewardenusingastandardmobiletelephone,orviaremoteoffsitemodeto
a24hourcontrolcentre.
TheAdventxtintercomunithasthefollowingfeatures;
PRIVACY BUTTON
Pressthebuttontotoggleprivacyon/off,whenprivacyisONtheindicatorlampwillilluminateAMBERandthemicrophone
intheintercomisturnedoff‐youwillnotbeabletoheartheresident.
Pressandholdthebuttontoselectawaymode,whenawaymodeisenabledaseriesoftoneswillsoundandtheindicatorlamp
willbeFLASHINGAMBER.I’mOKandactivitymonitoringwillbedisabled.SeeSection30fordetails.
I’M OK BUTTON
IftheindicatorlightisFLASHINGGREENand2tonessoundevery20seconds(note:beepscanbeturnedon/offglobally)theresident
canpressthebuttontodeclarethemselvesOK.SeeSection29fordetails.
