Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Dial extension number, or press extension key if
programmed
Make an external call
Dial ‘9’ and telephone number
Dial by name
Press the key –the blue LED lights
for alphabetical search. Type 1st 3 letters of
name. Press OK. The display will show names
available.
Press the key next to the name to call.
Receive a call
Lift receiver or press to answer hands free
Hold a call
Press *1 or HOLD key on the handset
Retrieve a held call
Dial * 1 or press OK as end hold will be in the
display
Transfer a call
Dial extension number, announce caller and
replace receiver, or press ‘Transfer’ Key
Transfer a caller into a mailbox
Whilst on a call dial * [Star] and the extension
number, replace receiver
Retrieve a call
(If extn busy or no reply)
Press the ‘Enquiry’ key or press 1
Redial
Last number - Press the redial key
Redial list –Press and hold the redial key
and scroll through list using the arrow keys, followed
by OK to dial
Further Telephone Features
Call back on a busy extension
Dial extension, display will show
Wait
press Call Back
key in the display
Park a call
(External calls only)
Dial *75 or scroll down and press Park in the screen
[Display will show “Parking accepted”]. Replace
receiver.
Retrieve parked call
Lift receiver, dial *75 plus the extn number where
call was parked
Tannoy / Broadcast through the phones
Lift receiver, dial broadcast group number 41 –48.
Make announcement and hang up
3 way conference call
Whilst on a call, dial 3rd party, when they answer
Press Conf key in the screen or 3to join all 3 calls
together
Exit conference call
Press Conf key in the screen, then press Transfer key
in the screen- you will exit the conference and leave
the others talking or replace receiver to end
conference altogether
Pick up a specific extn
(In or out of group)
Lift receiver, dial 13 and ringing extn number
Pick up a call in your group
Lift receiver, dial 14 or press Pick up key
(The system will give you the longest ringing call)
Touch Tone dialling
When on a call, scroll down and press ‘SEND DTMF’key
in the screen. Alternatively you can press 69 from any
handset
View a missed call
Press the key Screen will show Calls:3
VoiceMsg:1 IM : 0 Send IM. Select option you require
eg.Calls, and enter voicemail password to access.
Forwarding your calls
(Setting a Divert)
Press the arrow key in the top right hand
corner of the screen. Select the type of forward
required using the on-screen options; Imm fwd,
Imm fwd VM, DND. If you select Imm fwd you must
then enter a destination number where you want your
calls to go.
When a forward has been set, the arrow will spin
around continuously.
To Cancel a forward, press the arrow key and
select Canc Fwd
Program Personal Speed Dials
From the “Perso” tab, select a spare key. (a key which
has …… next to it). Press to light the blue
LED. Select Name and enter using the number keypad.
Press OK. Press Number, enter the number and press
OK to store.
To call speed dials simply press the key next to the
number you want to call.
