RELEASES & AGREEMENTS
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CLAIM WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT
In consideraon of your use of this product, you hereby agree to the following, to the fullest extent permied by
law: To waive any and all claims that you have or may have in the future against Ullman Wingsurifng Internaonal,
a division of Airscape PTY Ltd , or any of its agents, resulng from use of this product and any of its components.
Ullman Wingsurifng Internaonal, a division ofM Airscape PTY. Ltd, or any of its agents from any and all liability
for any loss, damage, injury or expense that you or any users of this product may suer, or that your next of kin
may suer, as a result of the use of this product, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach
of contract on the part of Ullman Wingsurifng Internaonal, a division of Airscape PTY Ltd, or any of its agents,
in the design or manufacture of this product.
BINDING EFFECT OF AGREEMENT
In the event of your death or incapacity, this Agreement shall be eecve and binding upon your heirs, next of
kin, executors, administrators, assignees and representaves.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
In entering into this Agreement, you are not relying upon any oral or wrien representaons other than what is
set forth in this agreement and User’s Guide.
BY INFLATING THE LEADING EDGE AND ASSEMBLING THIS PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO:
1) be bound to the terms set forth below and 2) require anyone using this product to be bound by such terms.
If you are unwilling to be bound by these terms, return this product (before use) for a full refund.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Use of this product and any of its components involves certain inherent risks, dangers and hazards, which can
result in serious personal injury and death. In using this product you freely agree to assume and accept any and
all known and unknown risks of injury while using this equipment. The risks inherent in the sport can be greatly
reduced by abiding by the Warnings and Guidelines listed in this User’s Guide and by using common sense.

THE WIND RANGES ARE EXPRESSED IN KNOTS AND THE SIZES IN ACTUALSQUARE METERS.
THIS WIND RANGE IS GIVEN TO YOU AS AN INDICATION FOR ARIDER WEIGHTING 75 KG.
WIND RANGE VARIES ACCORDING TO EACH RIDER. IT DEPENDS ON:
• The rider’s level: the more you progress the more you will be able to use the wing in the upper wind range.
• The rider’s weight: the bigger you are the more you will be able to use the wing in the upper wind range.
• The type of board used: SUP, SUP foil or Surf foil. You also must choose your wing according to: the aerological
situaon (the airow quality), the weather condions (wind direcon, speed, forecast), and the overall quality of
the spot and the level of safety it oers. When you get to the spot, measure up the wind speed.

INFLATION
A) Lay the wing at on the ground with the strut facing up. Making sure the leading edge is facing the wind. Also
consider the surface, hard ground can damage the wing. Ideally grass or beach sand.
B) Aach Pump leash to the Hand Leash connecon, and make sure it is well secured.
C) Open the Valve Cape, rst the Protector and then the Stop Plug. Turn ant clock wise to Open.
D) Push the Valve Stem to the release out the upper open posion, in order to acvate the non return valve.
E) Insert Pump Fing , turn to the right to secure. Start pumping , when approximately 1/2 inated stop for at
least 30 seconds allowing the pressure to equalize between strut and leading edge. Inate the wing to 8 PSI ,
DO NOT OVER INFLATE the wing
F) Once the wing is inated and the 8 Psi have been reached. Remove the pump and insert the Valve Cape and
close the Neoprene cape. Now you wing is ready. Please note never leave you wing unaended and unsecured.
DEFLATION
G) In order to deate the wing, remove the valve cap. Push the red valve buon inwards. This will release the
pressure. Keep the buon at the boom , in the open posion.
H & I ) Once the pressure and the air is evacuated, role up the wing from side to side. Preferably on a lawn to
ensure sand or other foreign objects do not end up in or on the wing.
J ) Fold the wing in half and insert it into the bag, being carefull not to bend the baons.

NOTE
- Do NOT store wing wet
- Remove foreign bodies e.g. sand / stones from wing before storing.
- Always secure wing once inated ulizing the Hand leash before and aer water me.

WING CARE
- Do not leave your wing inated on hot surfaces such as asphalt or sand for long periods of me.
- Doing so may damage the bladders. Avoid contact with sharp objects such as hydrofoil wings, rocks, coral,
scks, thorns and other debris which can puncture the wing.
- Shore break waves can cause serious damage to your wing.
- Do not allow the leading edge to bend backwards.
- Do not over inate the wing.
- Inang the wing with a Air compressor may also cause damage in the bladders. Never inate the wing beyond
the max pressure as printed on the wing.
- Do not allow sand and/or water to get in your bladders. If you have to deate the wing on the water, close the
valve immediately aerwards to avoid water from entering the bladders. If this has occurred drain the bladders
via the inate valve once you safely have reached the shore.
- Never store your wing wet or damp . Doing so may cause the canopy colours to bleed. Mildew may also occur.
Only pack your wing away aer it is completely dry.
- Never store your wing in hot temperatures (over 40ºC ) for example in a hot car. Doing so may severely
damage your bladders.
WARRANTY
Ullman, Warrants this product to be free of major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser
for a period of six months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the following limitaons:
Ullman , any distributor / agent or representave will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages
incurred as a result of loss of use of this product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse,
neglect or normal wear and tear including but not limited to, rigging with other than Ullman components,
damage due to excessive sun exposure, damage caused by improper handling or storage, damage caused by use
in the waves or shore break and damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
This Warrantee ,is not seen and a Guarantee The warranty is valid only when the product is used for foil wing
foiling on water and does not cover products used in rental and / or teaching operaon or any commercial
applicaon. All Warranty claim and communicaon need to directed to : warranty@ullmankiteboarding.
com Ullman will make the nal warranty determinaon, which may require inspecon and/or photos of the
equipment, which clearly show the defect(s) The warrantee request must be accompanied by and clear copy of
the original invoice and photos
A) If a product is deemed to be defecve by Ullman, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the
defecve product only.
- This warranty is voided if any unauthorized repair, change or modicaon has been made to any part of the
equipment , this includes repairs . The warranty for any repaired or replaced equipment is good from the date of
the original purchase only by original owner. The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims.
The name of the retailer and date of purchase must be clear and legible. There are no warranes that extend
beyond the warranty specied herein.
