AL01 no ignition The stove cannot ignite
at the rst start-up
Fill the tank with pellets
Start up again
AL02 defected NTC sensor The ambient sensor is broken
or not connected to the PCB Contact an Authorized Assistance Center
AL05 no pellet The stove switched off
during the work phase
Fill in the tank with pellets
Clean the brazier and restart the stove
AL06 pressostat Obstructed ue pipe Clean the ue pipe or check that there are no
obstructed grilles at the exit of the smoke outlet
AL07 thermostat The stove is overheated
Wait for the stove to cool down. Reset the
thermostat manually. If the problem per-
sists, contact an Authorized Assistance
Center
AL08 black out There is no power supply
As soon as the power supply is back, the
Stove starts a cooling cycle. After completing
the cycle it starts working automatically
AL09 smoke motor Smokes extractor blocked
or broken Contact an Authorized Assistance Center
AL10 smoke temp. Smokes temperature too high
Switch off the Stove, allow it to cool down
and perform ordinary cleaning. If the
problem persists, contact an Authorized
Assistance Center for cleaning the Stove
and the ue
AL11 smoke probe The smokes sensor is broken
or not connected to the PCB Contact an Authorized Assistance Center
AL12 PBC over temp. Temperature PCB too high
Switch off the Stove, allow it to cool down
and perform ordinary cleaning. If the
problem persists, contact an Authorized
Assistance Center for cleaning the Stove
and the ue
