Assembly
• Please lay out all nuts and bolts and check lengths before assembly. It is recommended
that the carton is cut open and spread out on the  oor and used as a protective surface
during assembly. Refer to the assembly diagrams as necessary.
• Important - while every precaution has been made in the manufacture of this product, care
must be taken during assembly in case sharp edges are present.
• Remove all transit packaged parts from the inside of the grill body before assembling.

Assembly Step 1
Left + Right Side Wall M6x12 Bolt (Ref A)Base
Fit left and right side walls to base as shown below using 8 of the M6x12 bolts (Ref A).
Finger-tighten only at this stage.

Assembly Step 2
Cabinet Brace Plate M6x12 Bolt (Ref A)
Fit the two cabinet brace plates to the base and side wall assembly using 8 of the M6x12 bolts
(Ref A) as shown below. Finger-tighten only at this stage.

Assembly Step 3
Cabinet Front Panel M6x12 Bolt (Ref A)
Note: Flip cabinet assembly over so that the left side wall is on the ground. Fit cabinet front panel
to base and side wall assembly as shown below using 6 of the M6x12 bolts (Ref A).
Finger-tighten only at this stage.
Note: An extra person will be needed to hold the door in position while tightening the xings.

Assembly Step 4
Secure chain to cabinet front panel using the pre-tted M6x12 bolt and washer. Tighten all bolts
at this stage.

Assembly Step 5
Axle Assembly M6x12 Bolt (Ref A)
Turn the barbecue cabinet over and t axle assembly and two castor assemblies to the barbecue
cabinet base using 16 of the M6x12 bolts (Ref A).
Note: Axle side with cut-out goes to back side of cabinet.

Cylinder Supports
Turn the barbecue cabinet over and t the two cylinder supports using 5 of the M6x12 bolts
(Ref A).
Note: Once barbecue is assembled and rolled into position, press castor levers down to lock
castors in place.

Assembly Step 7
Sink + Hood Assembly M6x12 Bolt (Ref A)
Position sink + hood assembly onto cabinet. Open hood and use 4 M6x12 bolts (Ref A) to secure
sink + hood assembly into position. Be sure that the edges of the sink and hood assembly are
even with the edges of the barbecue cabinet before tightening bolts.
Note: Fixing holes are located on inside of sink (2 on each side).
Note: Two people are required to lift sink + hood assembly into position.

Assembly Step 8
Left Side Shelf
Insert side shelf wood into the left side shelf as shown below.
Hang the left shelf onto the side of the sink + hood assembly by inserting and lowering the
keyhole slots in the two shelf brackets onto the pre-tted bolts.
Secure the shelf to the side of the sink + hood assembly using two M6 x 12 bolts (Ref A) as
shown in the gure below.

equipped with an extension

the left. Grasp the front of the
shelf and pull the table forward.

Right Side Shelf M6 x 12 Bolt
(Ref A)
Hang the right shelf onto the side of the barbecue sink + hood assembly by inserting and lowering
the keyhole slots in the two shelf brackets onto the pre-tted bolts. Secure the shelf to the side of the
barbecue sink + hood assembly using two M6 x 12 bolts (Ref A).

Note: The Right Side Shelf is
equipped with a side burner as
shown in the gure to the left.
Use the burner for heating sauces
or liquids in a small pan, or for
various other food preparations.

On the underside of the side shelf, locate the ex tube and bend it down to connect it to the BBQ sink.
Tighten the nut with the 19mm spanner (provided) and leak test at both circled areas in Figure 2.
Note: Make sure the ex tube nut is aligned correctly and that the nut screws on freely and evenly (so as
to avoid cross threading it).

Assembly Step 10
Vaporising Bars (x4)
1. Fit vaporising bars (x4) into position as shown.
2. Fit cooking grill into position as shown.
3. Fit warming rack into position as shown.
Note: As a convenience feature, there is a bottle opener on the left side of the barbecue sink +
hood assembly.

Note: Move recently cooked items to
the Warming Rack to keep warm prior to
serving. Using a BBQ tool, pull out the rack
lower section to extend to provide more
warming surface area.

using the two pre-tted bolts.

Assembly Step 11
Grease Tray
Attach grease cup bracket and grease cup cap to grease tray using the pre- tted Wing Bolt and
then slide grease cup into the grease cup bracket. Slide grease tray into the back of the barbecue
as shown below.

Assembly Step 12
1. Place 4 x AA batteries into the battery box.
2. Connect the wire from the battery box to the wire hanging from the sink.
3. Place the battery box onto the wall of the sink, away from the grease tray. Use the location
label to position the battery box correctly.
4. Turn on the lights to test.

Gas Hose and Regulator
Screw the hose connection onto the bottom of the barbecue as shown and then gently pinch with
the 22mm head of the 19-22mm spanner to secure. DO NOT overtighten.
IMPORTANT - PERFORM LEAK TESTING AT THIS
STAGE BEFORE USE.
SEE ‘LEAK TESTING’ SECTION OF MANUAL FOR
INSTRUCTIONS.
FAILURE TO CHECK AND PERFORM THE LEAK TEST
COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, AND DAMAGE THE
BARBECUE.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE ENSURE THE GAS HOSE IS
FREE OF KINKS AND TWISTS.
IMPORTANT: If your barbecue
has been pre-assembled, please
check the hose connection to
ensure it is tight.
