CONTROL PANEL
RECALLING AND STARTING A SAVED PROGRAM
For Programs P1 –P6 select
the desired Program.
Press START/STOP to launch
the program.
For Programs P7 –P99 press
and then
to reach the program.
Press START/STOP.
MANUAL USE
❶PREHEATING:
Press STEP and then + or -
To set the desired temperature.
❷SELECT STEP 1:
Press the STEP button.
❸SET COOKING TIME:
Check the time LED is on.
Press + or –to set time or
press –to reach INF mode.
❹SET COOKING TEMPERATURE:
Press SELECT to light the temp. LED
Press + or –to set temperature.
❺SET HUMIDITY:
Press SELECT to light the humidity LED.
Press + or –to set humidity:
OFF for no steam or 20%, 40%, 60%,
80% or 100% steam.
❻SET AIRFLOW SPEED:
Press SELECT until SP1 or SP2 show.
Press + or –to select speed:
SP1 = 1000 rpm no inversion
SP2 = 2700 rpm with inversion
❼ADDING EXTRA STEPS:
If needed, add another cooking step.
Press STEP and repeat the above
process.
❽START COOKING:
Press START/STOP.
Once cooking has finished, you can
press + if you want to repeat the
same process.
