Assembly Instructions
WARNINGS:
Do not throw away packing materials and carton until after assembly.
Assemble all parts on a clean smooth surface.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Do not place over heat or Air conditioning vents.
Blot spills do not rub, with a clean white cloth.
Do not use harsh chemicals.
Before cleaning any part test a small spot in a hidden area.

STEP 1
As you unpack and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or padded flat surface area.
STEP 2
Screw Lower Lamp Body (I) onto Base (J). Attach Upper Lamp Body (G) with Screws (H) using Allen Key (K).
STEP 3
Screw shade stem (F) into assembled lamp body (G) to tighten.
STEP 4
Place Metal Washer (E) and attach Plastic Washer (D) on the screwed Shade Stem (F).
STEP 5
Place the Shade (C) onto the Shade Stem (F) then place the Plastic Washer (B) on Shade Stem (F) above the
Shade (C). Screw the Finial (A) onto the Shade Stem (F) by rotating in a clockwise direction until tight.
STEP 6
Insert the specified light bulb into the socket. DO NOT EXCEED THE SPECIFIED WATTAGE.
STEP 7
Plug into outlet, turn on switch, and enjoy your new lamp
Use 60W (MAX) Type A incandescent bulb or a 10W LED bulb. Do not exceeds recommended wattage.
