1 Safety
1.1 Safety precautions
Always disconnect the refrigerator from the mains supply before
working on the electrical system!
Electrical safety (protection against accidental contact) must be ensured
through the installation of the appliance.
The appliance must be installed and connected to the electricity supply in accordance with the
separate installation instructions.
Repair work may only be carried out by customer service experts trained by the manufacturer.
Repairs if carried out incorrectly could pose a significant hazard and cause serious injury to the user.
If the appliance is defective, the housing or frame could be live.
Do not touch any of the components in the appliance. The modules are also under mains voltage.
Disconnect the power supply to the appliance: Pull out the mains plug or switch off the fuse.

Perform repair work systematically in accordance with the technical documentation.

operation so that the oil can flow back into the compressor.

For appliance door conversions,
corresponding new hinge cover must be used.
1. Remove operating panel with hinge cover
from above: Release operating panel lock:
insert screwdriver into opening on right
below panel and push up and back. Push
complete operating panel, including hinge
cover, to right.

9. Change hinge cover on panel. Mount panel
and slide from left to right.
10. To put back wooden door panel (if any),
reverse steps in point 4.
2.4 Adjusting integrable door
Cannot be adjusted using hinges. Adjust using wooden door panel.
1. Make sure that when the appliance door is closed that the door seal is sitting properly all
around the housing.
2. The gap between the niche and the appliance door should be the same all the way around.
3. Adjust height using nuts at top.

1. Remove hinge covers.
2. Unscrew handle.
3. Unscrew hinge.
4. Push hinge bolts in at top and bottom so as to be
able to remove hinge lever.
5. Put bearing bushing on other side of hinge
lever.
6. Mount hinge lever to door crosswise (top right to
bottom left and vice versa) and secure with hinge
bolts.
7. Mount door to appliance.
2.6 Adjusting door that can be fitted with door panel
Can be adjusted horizontally using elongated hole in
hinge.
Neither height nor depth can be adjusted.

3.1 Positioning door trays
Push door trays upwards and out.
Select desired height.
Insert door tray and press down.
3.2 Positioning glass shelves
Pull lock on both sides inwards and turn downwards.
Lock engages and remains in this position.
Slide glass shelf out of guide at rear and insert into desired position.
To fix glass shelf, turn lock upwards and release. The lock engages.

Button lock: Press buttons 3 seconds to activate them!
4.2 Main ON / OFF button
To switch the appliance on/off: Hold main button depressed for 3 seconds.
In OFF position, whenever button and/or door switch is pressed, “Off” is displayed for 30 seconds and then
all displays are switched off and display goes black.
4.3 Setting the temperature
Setting range
Cooling compartment 2°C to 9°C
3°C to 9°C only applies to Cooltronic/eco)
Freezer compartment -14°C to -24°C only applies to Cooltronic/eco
Noblesse/eco
Prestige/T/eco/P eco
Setting the temperature
1. Hold the preselection button depressed for 3 seconds.
- The temperature of the cooling compartment flashes in the display.
(For the freezer compartment temperature or the cold storage compartment (CSC) temperature,
repeatedly press the preselection button until the corresponding temperature symbol flashes.)
2. Touch temperature setting button once or more.
Each time sensor is touched, cooling or freezing compartment temperature rises by 1°C or continuously if
sensor held depressed.
- Temperature of cold storage compartment can be set lower, from 2°C to 1°C.
- If no further settings are made after 5 seconds, the current value is accepted and the temperature
display stops flashing.
The temperature can only be adjusted when the display is flashing.
If the temperature setting button is touched without having pressed the preselection button beforehand, a
double acoustic signal is emitted.
Temperature display
The average temperature for the last 2 hours is displayed. The average is updated every 15 minutes using
the temperature that has just been measured.
In the case of Noblesse/eco and Cooltronic/eco, the set value is displayed.
Carrot symbol
If carrot symbol remains illuminated, this means that temperature in cold storage compartment is ideal at
between 0°C and 3°C.
If set temperature of cold storage compartment is flashing, this indicates temperature in cold storage
compartment is too warm or too cold. In this case, the temperature of the cooling compartment was probably
set outside the recommended range (4°C to 6°C ).
