SG-PST-III - Page 1 of 3
Overview:
The SnoGuntm Power Supply/Timer (SG-PST-III) will supply timing pulses to
the SG-2A-24DC Automated SnoGuntm as programmed by the operator. The
circuit is programmed to operate in five "Run" modes: One-Shot, Repeat Cycle,
Counted Repeat Cycle, Toggle, and Direct. Two "Purge" modes, Timed or
Continuous, are also available. The SG-PST-III is programmed using the
display on the front panel. "On" and "Off" times may be independently chosen
from 0.01sec to 99.99 seconds each. The footswitch and "Trigger" switch serve
the same purpose.

SG-PST-III - Page 3 of 3
The SG-PST-III represents time in 10ms increments, a value of 10 represents a 100ms pulse, a
value of 100 represents a 1-second pulse, etc. Each digit of the number can be changed
individually or the entire number may be incremented by accessing the right-most digit. The range
of value change is from 0000 to 9999. Incrementing (+) past 9 or decrementing (-) past 0 carries
to or borrows from the digit(s) to the left of the cursor position.
Note: Pressing the arrow keys () ()when selecting variables will select the counter and timer
preset functions. These functions are disabled - timers and counters must be set in the Change
Preset Mode. If the timer and counter preset functions are entered, continue to press the arrow key
until the Change Preset Mode is re-entered.
