START USING THE LASER DISTANCE METER
Functions
1. ON
a) Power ON
b) Start single/continous measurement
2. Area/Volume/Pythagorean
a) Area measurement
Short press key until square icon is shown. Press ON, the first edge is measured. Press ON
again to finish second edge measurement. The device will calculate automatically and results
will be shown in the main displaying area.
b) Volume measuerment
Short press key until cube icon is shown. Press ON to finish the measurement on the three
edges respectively. The device will perform th volume calculation automatically and results will
be shown in the main displaying area.
c) Pyhthagorean measurement
This is mainly used to calculate target distance that cannot be directly measurerd.
Short press key until triangle appears on the display. According to the screen prompts, press
the ON key to complete the measurement from right angled edge to right-angled edge edge or
hypotenuse to right-angled edge, respectively. After the measurement is completed, the device
will automatically perform the Pythagorean calculation, and the results will be displayed in the
main display area.

Long press onbutton canswitch the unit circularly,The lastdisplay unit
will be memorized when shut-down.
In the shutdown mode→Long press thekey until “boob” is
displayed→long press again the key until "CRL” is displayed→short
press thekey into add subtract range with-7-7mm as adjustment→short
press thekey into savesettings when the calibration is completed.

Warm Tips
While there is no operation for 15 seconds when the laser is on, the laser
will automatically turn off
While without any operation for 30 seconds under the power-on status, the
back light of display shall be off automatically
While there is no further button operation for 45 seconds under the power-on
status, the device shall beshut down automatically.

Reference edge

ShortPress onbutton,the last measurement will be canceled. While
using the same function or single measurement to the area or volume etc), the
clear-off button can be used to eliminate last measuring operation and arrange
the measurement once again.

the stronger echo signal strength of measurement; while less segment code was
displayed, it shall mean the relatively reduced echo signal strength of measurement.
Measurement
Single measurement
When the laser is off,shortpress the but
ton to turn on the laser,and the
laser icon on the screen will beflashing,with short press but
ton again it shall
start measurement.The device will display the measurement result automatically.
Continuous measurement
Press the button shortly to turn on the laser. Press the butt
on for
about 2 seconds to start continuous measurement. Press the button again
shortly to stop continuous measurement During continuous measurement, the
main display area displays the real-time measured value, and the auxiliary
display area displays the max and min value during the measurement.
