La batería del Restorator DUO han sido
enviadas con carga baja y deben cargarse
POR LO MENOS SEIS HORAS
antes de su uso inicial.
Siga estas instrucciones para cargar la batería Ni-MH
provista para usarse en el Restorator DUO:
1. Inserte la batería en el compartimento, con la
etiqueta hacia abajo. Enchufe el cordón de la batería
en el receptáculo. Vuelva a colocar en su lugar la
tapa del compartimento de batería y presione hacia
adelante hasta que encaje a presión.
2. Enchufe el cargador de batería en un tomacorriente
AC de 120V, 60 Hz. Conecte el cargador al
Restorator DUO enchufando el cordón del cargador
en la toma de entrada de la parte posterior de la
unidad. Para la carga inicial, deje el aparato
enchufado por lo menos durante seis horas. Las
cargas posteriores pueden hacerse por 3 a 6 horas
para que la batería se cargue totalmente.
3. La luz indicadora de carga (LED) ubicada en la
parte superior de la unidad, bajo la manija,
permanecerá en verde cuando esté lista para usarse.
La luz verde oscilará cuando la carga se encuentre
en progresión; si oscila en rojo o no hay luz
significa que se requiere volver a cargar.
4. Restorator DUO continuará cargando cuando se
enchufe a una fuente de alimentación eléctrica de
120V, con el interruptor ya sea en la posición de
encendido (“On”) o apagado (“Off”). Cuando la
batería se encuentre totalmente cargada, la unidad
operará por unas 18 horas antes de necesitar de
recarga.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR
INITIAL USE OF YOUR RESTORATOR DUO
The Restorator DUO
battery pack has been shipped in a
low-charge condition and must be
charged AT LEAST SIX HOURS
before initial use.
Follow these instructions for charging the Ni-MH
battery pack provided with the Restorator DUO:
1. Insert battery pack, label side down into the
compartment. Plug battery pack cord into the
receptacle. Replace battery compartment cover and
snap forward into place.
2. Plug battery charger into 120V, 60 Hz, AC
electrical outlet. Connect charger to the Restorator
DUO by inserting charger plug into the input jack
at back of the unit. For initial charge, leave
machine plugged in for at least six hours.
Subsequent charges may need 3-6 hours for the
battery pack to be fully charged.
3. The charge indicator light (LED) located at the top
of the unit, under the handle, will remain green
when ready to use. The light will flash green when
charging is in progress; blinking red or no light
indicates recharging is required.
4. The Restorator DUO will continue to charge when
plugged into a 120V power supply with the switch
in either the “On” or “Off” position. When battery
pack is fully charged, unit will operate for
approximately 18+ hours before recharging is
required.
