USING ENVIRONMENT
Your he ter consumes oxygen while it is in function. For th t re son, dequ te
ventil tion should be provided in rooms in which the he ter is used. This ensures the
remov l of products of combustion nd llows the entry of repl cement ir.
Adequ te ventil tion should consider bly reduce the possibility of condens tion
occurring. The following t ble shows the sm llest sizes of room suit ble for e ch he t
setting nd the ventil tion.

STORAGE
1. Disconnect cylinder.
2. Store cylinder in well-ventil ted re w y from combustible m teri l. Stor ge
prefer ble be in n outhouse but must not be in b sement or high-rise fl t.
3. The he ter should be covered in dry, dust-free re in its origin l p ck ging.
CLEANING
1. M ke sure unplug the he ter before cle ning.
2. Turn of your g s supply t the regul tor.
3. Use d mp so py wrung cloth cle n the exterior nd cylinder stor ge re of
your he ter.
4. M ke sure th t no w ter gets onto the burners or pilot/light re . Wipe the
he ter dry before use.
5. Don’t use br sive cle ners s they m y d m ge the qu lity p int finish.
MAINTENANCE
1. Check flexible tubing between regul tor nd he ter regul rly nd repl ce if
perished, worn or d m ged. In ny c se repl ce tubing t king into
consider tion the expir tion d te.
2. It is recommended th t the he ter be serviced every ye r by competent

11. This ppli nce should be tested for le ks before initi l use nd whenever
the cylinder is re-connected.
12. It is import nt th t ll g s connections h ve been correctly m de to
prevent ny le k ge. Do not use n ked fl me to test for le ks. C ll your
supplier to sk support.
13. Alw ys use your cylinder lw ys in n upright position.
14. Alw ys turn off the regul tor control when the he ter is not in use.
15. When lighting your he ter for the first time or fter period of time h s
p ssed since the l st use, light the he ter outside nd burn outdoors for 15
minutes.
16. The gu rd on the ppli nce is to prevent risk of fire or injury form burns nd
no p rt of it should be perm nently removed. It does not give full
protection for young children or the infirm. We would recommend
firegu rd to be fitted.
17. Only connect the pp r tus if the volt ge indic ted on the type pl te
corresponds with the m ins volt ge.
18. In order to void overhe ting, do not cover the he ter by towels curt ins or
suchlike.

4. TURN OFF THE HEATER
Turn off he ter t cylinder or turn the switch on the regul tor to the “OFF” position.
If the he ter is not used for period of time, disconnect the regul tor from the
cylinder nd repl ce ny v lue protection plug or cover.
WARNING
1. Re d the instructions before using this ppli nce.
2. The pp r tus is not re dy for the physic lly we k, slow response or
ment l disorders (including children) to use, unless it be rs responsibility
for the guid nce of s fety or s fe use of the help.
3. Children should be monitored to ensure they do not pl y pp r tus.
4. Use n ppropri te regul tor, sks your supplier to get one.
5. Never ttempt to light if the hose is loose or d m ged in ny w y.
6. Do not press the ignition button for more th n 40 seconds.
7. Never disconnect the regul tor while cylinder v lve or regul tor is
open.
8. Do not ch nge cylinders in re s in which open fire exists.
9. Do not expose your cylinder to extreme he t.
10. Do not store ny other cylinders in the room in which your he ter is
used.
11. Do not insert your finger or ny other m teri l through the front p nel of
the he ter.
12. Le ve t le st 1 meter dist nce between your he ter nd the other
he t source.
13. Do not let un uthorized persons to t mper with your he ter.
14. Do not pl ce ppli nce under electric l socket outlets.
15. Do not use the he ter in b throoms, shower of swimming pool, or
leisure vehicles such s c r v ns or uto c r v ns.
16. This he ter must not be used without g s cylinder fitted for st bility

1. LIGHTING INSTRUCTION
A. The he ter h s three settings. Lighting nd Minimum (Pos.1); Medium (Pos.2)
nd M ximum (Pos.3)
B. Pl ce the g s filled cylinder into the b ck of the he ter.
C. Clip on the g s regul tor to the g s cylinder.
D. Turn on the g s regul tor.
2. LIGHTING
Press the control button for 10 seconds t the Position 1, t the s me time press
the piezo igniter key to light with thumb finger of left h nd, Continue this
procedure until pilot ignites, pproxim tely fter 20 seconds le ve control button.
At this st ge if the pilot is light, it me ns th t the he ter is t the minimum
position (Pos.1). If the pilot fl me goes out ple se repe t this procedure.
3. HEAT SETTINGS
To ch nge from minimum to m ximum gently press control button nd turn it to
position 3.
To ch nge from m ximum to medium gently press control button nd turn it to

CONNECTING THE CYLINDER
1. Pl ce the g s filled cylinder into the b ck of the he ter
2. Clip on the g s regul tor to the g s cylinder
3. Turn the regul tor on.
4. Where the regul tor is not supplied ple se cont ct your g s de ler to dvise of
correct type for the g s cylinder being used.
5. IMPORTANT TEST FOR LEAKS:
This must be c rried out in well-ventil ted re , free from n ked fl mes nd ny
other sources of ignition. With the regul tor connected to the cylinder turn on the
regul tor control. Brush ll hose connections, pipe connections to the v lve nd g s
cylinder v lve with 50:50 solution of detergent nd w ter. A stre m of bubbles
forming indic tes le k. If le k is found turn off t the regul tor nd disconnect
the regul tor from the bottle nd remove the g s cylinder outdoors or to well
ventil ted re . Cont ct your g s supplier for ssist nce. DO NOT USE THE HEATER.
6. After le k testing is s tisf ctorily c rried out close the b ck door of the he ter. It
m y be necess ry to move the he ter slightly to llow the regul tor nd hose to fit in
the b ck without kinking the hose
HOW TO CHANGE A CYLINDER
( ) Unplug the he ter before t ke out the cylinder.
(b) Turn off t the regul tor nd llow the he ter to cool fully before removing nd
repl cing the cylinder. Do not ttempt to repl ce the cylinder whilst the he ter is
still running.
(c) Cylinders must be repl ced in fl me free environment.
(d) Do not smoke while ch nging the cylinder.
(e) When you need to repl ce your empty cylinder, turn the g s off t the v lve or
regul tor of the cylinder nd t ke the empty cylinder out of the he ter.
(f) Remove the regul tor from the empty cylinder.
(g) Following the steps described under “connecting the cylinder”, connect new
cylinder.

Plug in the he ter, nd then set the “First” nd "Second” to select expected power.
