a note of the key identifier cod es.

Radio Pass 3respec tively.
Do not keep the Car Pass andRa dio Pass in
the vehicle.

Unlock luggage compartment:
Tu rn key clockwis e as far as it will go
In order to av oid being locked out, the key
cannot be removed.
Position of key slot in lock:
– horizontal tailgate is loc ked
and unlocked
together with the central
locking,
– vertical tailgate is always
locked.

Adjusting front seats:
Pull handle,
slide seat,
rel ease handle
Never adjustthe driver’s seat whilstdriving.
It could move in an uncontrolled manner
when the handle has been pulled.

Turn handwheel
Move seatbackrestto suitseating position.
Do not lea n on seat back rest whilst
adjusting it.

Leveron outboard side of seats
Pump direction of the lever
Up: Raises seat
Down: Lowers seat

Front seat lumbar support 3
ad j ust m e nt :

In the 3-door hatch, the coupe and the
conv ertible, the handwhe el is on the
inboard side of the seat backrest. In the
4-door saloon and 5-door hatch and the
estate, it is on the outb oard sid e.
Ad just lumbar support to suit personal
re qu ir eme n t s.
Do not lean on seat backrest whilst
adjusting it.

adjustment:
Lift and slide the front thigh support
cushion
Do not adjust the thigh sup port whilst
driving.

Fo ldin g down the fr ont seat 3:
Lift the release lever,
fold the backrest down and engage,
slide the se at forward.
To reposition the seat;
slide i t back as far as it wi ll go,
lift the release leve r,
restore the backrest to an upright
position
In front se ats w ith m emory-functio n 3, the
seat engages in its original position when
pushe d bac k.
In front seats without memory function 3,
enga ge seat in required position when
pushing b ackwards.
