Terms of Use
experienced crew in good shape can control the boat.
This user manual is not detailed technical instruc-
tions on service and troubleshooting. If you have any
problems, contact your dealer of “VBOATS”. For repair
use only the services recommended by “VBOATS”.
Changes aecting boat safety may only be done with
the written permission of the manufacturer. Boat
manufacturer cannot carry liability for unauthorized
changes.
To drive most boats, you must have a driver’s license.
Always keep your boat in good condition, consider the
eects of wear, aging, and frequency of improper use.
Any boat regardless of its strength may be damaged
if not operated properly. Always commensurate the
speed of the boat and the direction of its movement
with the waves.
Rescue equipment must always be in the boat (life-
jackets, etc.), matching the type of boat and weather
conditions. In some countries the availability of these
funds is mandatory. Crew must know the rules of op-
eration of all means of rescue equipment, and also be
able to carry out emergency maneuvering (e.g. saving
a person fallen overboard, towing).
Everyone in the boat must have suitable swimwear
life or safety vests while on board. Please note that in

Dear boat owner! Thank you for the choice of the
“VBOATS”. We wish you a pleasant time on the water!
The purpose of this manual is to help you safe and
properly operate your boat. The instruction contains
detailed information about the boat and its equip-
ment and systems, as well as information about the
operation and maintenance of the boat. Please read
the instructions carefully and get to know your boat
before the start of the operation.
The user manual is not a source of knowledge about
seamanship or safe boating. If the boat “VBOATS” is
your rst, or you changed the type of boat to the one
which is unfamiliar to you, make sure for your own
safety that you possess sucient operating experi-
ence before boat management will go completely
under your responsibility.
Make sure the expected weather conditions and
waves correspond to the parameters of your boat,
and also that you and your crew are able to control
the boat in such conditions. The design category
of the boat covers weather conditions and waves,
including strong and stormy wind loads and waves.
These are dangerous conditions under which only an

some countries the law obliges to always use safety
vests while in the boat.
Be sure to equip the boat with the needed equipment,
guided by the standards of the ship supply, swimming
conditions, and local legislation.
Keep this instruction manual in a safe place and
pass it to the next owner when transferring the boat.
The user manual will help you better understand the
characteristics of your boat. Boat equipment has its
own instructions, in many points there are links on
them. You can supplement the directory with instruc-
tions for purchased equipment. There is the Inter-
national System of Units (SI) used in this manual. In
some cases other units of measurement are indicated
in brackets. The exception is the speed of the wind
which is indicated in points on the Beaufort scale.
Pay attention to safety signs located on the boat.
All “VBOATS” boat models have a spinning drain plug
in the lower corner of the transom through which you
can drain the water from the boat in the dock or on
the trailer.
In this guide, the designation of the provisions requir-
ing increased attention or caution is performed as
follows:
DANGER! Means that exists a serious hazard factor
that may likely result in death or serious injury if neces-
sary measures are not taken.
WARNING! Means that there is a hazard factor that
can cause injury or death if necessary measures are not
taken.
ATTENTION! Means the necessity to remember safety
at work or necessity to pay attention to the dangerous
work that could result in personal injury or damage to
the boat and its parts.
WARNING! Do not exceed the recommended amount
of people. Regardless of quantity, the total weight of
people and equipment should never exceed maximum
allowable load. Always use the seats in the boat. For the
weight of an adult 75 kg is taken, and for the weight of a
child - 37.5 kg.

WARNING! When loading the boat never exceed
the maximum recommended weight. Carefully load
the boat and distribute the load evenly, so that the
contemplated trim is preserved (almost at keel).
Do not place large loads high.
Deck water pumps are placed as close to the bottom
as possible. Despite this, a small amount of water
that the pump cannot clean may remain at the bot-
tom. Drainer is located on the transom in the diamet-
rical plane of the boat.
Depending on the equipment in some models of
“VBOATS” is installed electric deck water pump
(depends on conguration). Pump suction head must
be checked and cleaned regularly. In “VBOATS” boat
models, to get to the pump you need to get through
the technical hatch of the boat recession.
WARNING! The Drainage system for the below-
deck waters is not intended for the discharge of
water when grounding or when there’s a leak due
to an accident.
ATTENTION! Check regularly the eciency of
the pump for below-deck waters. Clean the suction
port of the pump from rubbish.
General information
The hull of the boat is made of al/mag alloy. The al-
loy is practically not subject to corrosion, provided
that the rules of operation and maintenance are
observed.
To prevent electrochemical corrosion of the hull when
keeping the boat on the water (at rest) it is necessary
to avoid electrical contact with electrically less active
metals (than aluminum and magnesium) found in the
water.
For instance, it is forbidden to attach the boat with a
conducting steel chain to a steel boom.
In case of using a conducting chain (wire rope), it
must be well insulated at the point of contact with
the boom or boat by a rubber hose or other non-con-
ductive materials.
Before using, oat the boat (craft) o with caution
and using certied equipment.
Check for bilge water regularly and remove it using
the pump.

In case a leak is discovered while oshore, it is neces-
sary to return to shore immediately at maximally safe
speed and stop using the boat until the damage is
xed.
Monitor the hull condition. In cases of cracking, chip-
ping or hull damage ensure timely repairs. A certied
dealer can make the repairs professionally using certi-
ed materials.
Before using the boat during periods of darkness,
make sure your navigation lights and scale illumina-
tion are in working order.
Operate the propulsion and battery according to the
operating instructions of the manufacturer.
When using the bimini top, do not set it up in-motion.
Before moving on, ensure reliable xing of all xture
elements. Maximal speed with the bimini top on must
not exceed 50 km/h.
When removing the bimini top or covering tent, un-
fasten the xture elements one by one; do not try to
unfasten the entire top or its part by abrupt move-
ments.
To access the bow of the boat, use the folding leaf of
the wind-screen and the door. During motion the fold-
ing leaf must be closed and locked.
Do not hold on to the frame of the wind-screen, use
the handles.
Keep the anchor in the special anchor box on the bow
at all times except when moored at anchor position.
Use caution when casting or heaving up the anchor!
It is recommended to wear shoes on soft non-slippery
soles.
To get into and out of the water onboard use the spe-
cial stern ladder.
When approaching the pier of the shore, move at
minimal speed.
Attach the boat to the parking lot using bitts and
lanyards of proper size.
Cover the boat with a covering tent or bimini top
when not in use.
Avoid water penetration into the boat through the
housing of the wire harness located in the recess and
the tting of the water discharge pump located on
the starboard. Avoid water penetration into the fuel
tank through the ventilation neck of the fuel tank.
Use extra caution during a backward run.
ATTENTION! Motorboat must be driven in ac-
cordance with the rules inland waterways and ac-
cording to local and regional legislation.

EN Before operation
Read this operation manual carefully. When sailing,
always consider the following factors:
» Consider wind, waves, and visibility. Consider
whether the design category, size, and equipment of
your boats as well as the skills of the captain and crew
is adequate to the water area in which you are going.
» Do not overload the boat, distribute the load
evenly. Do not place heavy objects too high in order
not to impair the stability of the boat.
» Make sure that every person on board is provided
with life vests. Coordinate with each person the nec-
essary tasks they will be doing before the departure.
» Make sure you have enough fuel; There should be
a reserve in case of bad weather and in case of other
surprises. Check fuel ways for gaps and damage.
» Check the operability and condition of control sys-
tems, electrical equipment, and battery, and do a daily
check motor in accordance with its instructions. Make
sure in the seaworthiness of a boat: no fuel leakage or
leaks in the boat, the availability of rescue equipment,
etc. Make sure that the volume of deck water at the
bottom of the boat is minimal. Make sure all electrical
connections are securely connected and wire integrity.
In case of defects or leaks connections, contact your
service representative.
» Take care of venting fuel assemblies for reducing
the risk of re.
» Make sure all loads are set so that they will remain
in their places when going to sea and when the winds
are strong.
» If you are not going to go to familiar places, make
sure you have the maps of the water area you’re going
to.
» Distribute crew responsibilities: who disconnects a
specic cable, etc. Make sure that upon departure or
arrival, mooring and other cables did not fall under the
screw.
» Additional instructions regarding the motor can be
found in the separate instructions.
For more convenient installation of equipment to the
instrument panel all boats come with a loose steering
wheel nut. Before you start operating the boat you
need to tighten the steering wheel nut.
Stability and buoyancy
Due to the shape of the hull and weight distribu-
tion the stability of the boats “VBOATS” is excellent.

Remember, however, that large waves always carry
serious danger to the stability of the boat.
Note that the stability of your boat is deteriorating
from exposure to any weight located at height and
can even turn the boat over. All changes to cargo
placement can signicantly aect stability of the
boat, its trim, and power. If you are planning such
changes - contact boat manufacturer.
The amount of water in the bottom of the boat
should be minimal since water moving along the bot-
tom of a boat always worsens its stability.
Note that stability may deteriorate when towing.
Safety requirements
The boat design corresponds to the safety require-
ments and ensures safe operation with observance of
the following limitations:
» Cargo capacity, engine power, and the number of
passengers must not exceed those specied in this
manual.
» Luggage and passengers must be placed in desig-
nated places.
» Do not leave the boat while in motion.
» Do not use the boat with faulty parts and units.
» It is not allowed to use the boat which failed to
pass the state technical inspection.
» Do not use the stern ladder during motion.
» Towing is not allowed without proper certied
equipment.
» When getting on the boat and moving inside it use
caution and move along the middle of the boat. Board
the boat one person at a time.
» The ship is potentially a dangerous vehicle in terms
of tipping over.
» You must have life preservers corresponding to the
number of people on board.
» The boat must be equipped according to the rules
for equipping seagoing ships.
» It is not allowed to stand up, walk in the boat, or
sit on boards during motion.
» Access to the aft platforms during the movement
of the boat is not allowed.
» Persons under the inuence of alcohol or without
license to drive the boat must not operate it.
» Avoid going oshore in inclement weather.
» During otation you must closely watch the sur-
roundings, move and maneuver only at a safe speed.

EN ATTENTION! Be sure to give a check for the drain
plug of your boat each time you’re going oshore.
ATTENTION! Children must always wear life
vests.
Immediately after removing the mooring lines, attach
to yourself the lace of an emergency switch. Care-
fully read the instructions in the motor manual. It is
especially important when swimming alone so that
the boat could be stopped if you for any reason fell
into the water or onto the deck. However, be sure to
unhook the lace from your hand before starting the
mooring maneuvering to avoid an accidental motor
shutdown.
DANGER! Rotating propeller is life-threatening
to a swimmer or to someone fallen into the water.
Use an emergency switch. Shut o the engine when
someone after swimming or water skiing rises into
the boat, or when someone is in the water near the
boat.
The easiest way to bring back the person fallen into
the water is to use a swimming ladder mounted on
the transom. The ladder can be lowered down with
hands while being in the water.
Before departure, secure on its places all heavy equip-
ment, such as an anchor.
The airow easily demolishes light things, which also
must be taken into account. Don’t forget to close the
door partitions in the boat if you are going to go with
acceleration to avoid unnecessary doors claps.
WARNING! Don’t try to stop the boat with your
hands, do not put your hand or foot on the boat be-
tween the boat and the pier, shore, or another boat.
Practice mooring in good weather conditions, use
mechanical force carefully and on purpose.
WARNING! The tow rope is subjected to high
loads. If it breaks, the torn end can have a life-
threatening speed. Always use a thick enough cable
and do not stay near the joint of the cable.

Fuel system
During fueling and further operation of the craft fol-
low all the re safety requirements.
Use the fuel corresponding to the propulsion manu-
facturer’s requirements.
Avoid water penetration into the fuel tank during
refueling.
Avoid spilling fuel into the saloon and hold of the boat
as well as on the vinyl hull coating.
Fuel the boat with the propulsion shut o and only on
water.
ATTENTION! Petrol is a highly inammable and
combustible substance. Careless handling of it can
lead to serious injuries and burns!
Once every two years it is necessary to have fuel sys-
tem rubber hoses replaced.
It is not allowed to store the boat on the shore or
transport it with a full fuel tank.
Do not keep a spare canister in an unventilated area,
or devices containing gasoline in areas that are not
designed for this purpose.
Check the fuel hoses for wear every year.
Fire prevention
Regularly check for fuel leaks and do not allow fuel to
be gathered at the bottom. The smell of gasoline is a
clear sign of fuel leaks.
Carefully read the following points for what you
should NEVER do:
» do not block the passage to the rescue equipment,
for example, to the re extinguisher and the main
switch of the electrical system.
» do not block the ventilation openings on the boat
with anything, as they are designed to weather the
fuel vapor.
» do not modify the fuel or electrical system of the
boat and it is not permitted for an inexperienced per-
son to make changes to any boat system.
» do not ll the fuel tank or operate the fuel while
the engine is running.
» do not smoke or open re when handling fuel.

Maintenance
EN The boat is easy to maintain and reliable in opera-
tion. However, only if the boat is properly operated
in accordance with this manual and carefully main-
tained its long life may be ensured.
Maintenance of the boat must be carried out at an
ocial dealer every 6 months or every 100 hours,
whichever comes rst.
Installation of the outboard motor (PM) must be
carried out in a certied service center in accordance
with the PM operating instructions.
When parked, the boat must be securely moored,
and measures should be taken to prevent mechanical
damage to the hull.
Before setting sail, check the outboard motor’s at-
tachment to the boat, the electrical equipment, and
the steering device properly. If necessary, trouble-
shoot the problem.
During the operation, it is necessary to carefully moni-
tor the condition of the hull and equipment of the
boat, avoid fouling the bottom of the hull with algae,
and promptly eliminate damage and malfunctions.
After swimming, the boat should be cleaned of dirt.
Remove water from the hull and, if necessary, rinse
with fresh water.
ATTENTION! Most boat modication work or
installation of additional equipment can, if not
performed correctly, damage the boat’s structure
or be dangerous. Contact the manufacturer before
starting work, such as installing new hatches and
openings, setting new electrical wiring, installing
equipment, or connecting aluminum to other metal
alloys.
Wash the entire surface of the boat and awnings with
a soft cloth or sponge using a special detergent at
least once a month.
Regularly dry and clean the removable cockpit carpet.
Dry and clean chairs and sofas regularly. To ensure
long-term use of leather coverings, use only the tools
intended for this purpose when cleaning.
If you have any questions about the operation and
maintenance of the boat, please contact the ocial
dealer.
ATTENTION! When operating the boat in seawa-
ter, wash it with fresh water afterward.

Electrical equipment
Install the motor and additional equipment, as well as
service electrical equipment only in specialized service
centers.
If you leave the boat for a long time, turn o the
power with the main switch.
Also turn o the power when working with electricity.
The automatic pump for below-deck water, however,
will work (if it is available in the factory congura-
tion). It can only be disabled by removing the battery
terminals. When removing or installing batteries, do
not allow a metal key to simultaneously touch both
battery poles or aluminum parts of the boat.
Charge the battery only from the motor or battery
charger. Charging at too high current can be explosive
for the battery.
ATTENTION! Never disconnect power from the
main switch while the motor is running.
Do not change the boat’s electrical system or its
drawings; changes and maintenance must be per-
formed by a qualied technician
Do not install devices whose current consumption
exceeds the rated current of the electrical system.
The total current consumption of electrical devices
and additional equipment connected to the power
circuit of the terminal block must not exceed 10A.
The standard 12V socket is not intended for use with
cigarette lighters. The current consumption of de-
vices connected to it must not exceed 10A.
If you decide to install a sound signal (horn), you can
use the wiring of the boat, provided that the current
consumption of the installed device is less than 5A.
It is strictly forbidden to install fuses with wrong cur-
rent rate.
Electrical diagrams are subject to change without
notice.
Circuit diagrams for electric systems are included as
separate printed sheets attachments to this owner
manual.
Depending on the conguration, the composition of
electrical equipment may change.

Transporting conditions
It is necessary to use a certied trailer of proper size
and capacity for transporting the boat.
Specics of loading the boat:
» the trailer must be hitched to the vehicle;
» move the bracket with towknee and winch to the
trailer hitch;
» place the lodgments evenly on the bottom of the
boat so that the lodgments do not get on the redans;
» set the boat on the trailer so that the load on the
hitch is about 25 kg;
» move the towknee to the bow of the boat and
secure the fall-line of the winch in the bracket on the
bow; tighten the winch;
» secure the boat with restraining straps on the
trailer frame;
» during the transportation of the boat it is neces-
sary to ensure that the towknee bears against the
bow of the boat;
» it is forbidden to transport the boat with the full
fuel tank.
» It is also recommended to use the original trans-
portation tent for transportation. Avoid possible
mechanical damage!
Storage conditions
Prolonged storage must be ensured after profes-
sional boat conservation on the trailer or keel-blocks
under the covering tent in a dry room avoiding direct
sun rays, atmospheric precipitation, contact with
aggressive environments, and possible mechanical
damage, away from heating devices.
When putting for prolonged storage, it is necessary
to take the boat out of the water, check for faults,
and eliminate them, wash the boat with neutral
agents, wipe dry.
It is possible to store the boat on an open site pro-
vided that it is completely covered by a tent and all
protection measures are ensured.
Storing the boat on the shore is allowed only with an
empty fuel tank.
Conservation
Conservation is a necessary and compulsory condition
of preserving your boat and must include (irrespective
of the place of storage):

» professional washing and drying of the hull;
» treatment of the hull, metal, plastic, electrical con-
tacts, as well as leather covers of the salon and seats
with professional conservation agents.
ATTENTION! Conservation of the propulsion
unit must be performed according to the manu-
facturer’s regulations by a certied organization
specialist.

Warranty service for aluminum boats VBOATS is
provided by the manufacturer through its network
of dealerships.
The manufacturer shall, within the warranty period,
eliminate any defects in the product that occurred
prior to its transfer to the buyer (i.e. resulting from a
material defect or poor manufacturing and assembly),
subject to the following conditions:
» the product has a genuine case identication num-
ber (HIN) assigned by the manufacturer;
» the boat was operated in accordance with the
manufacturer’s recommendations set out in the user’s
Manual.
» The warranty is limited only to manufacturing de-
fects and does not apply to the following cases:
» use of Products in sporting events (other than
Products specically designed for this purpose);
» installation of components and additional equip-
ment that are not approved by the manufacturer, as
well as non-original spare parts that could cause a
malfunction;
» use of low-quality fuel;
» abuse, neglect or use of the product for the pur-
poses for which it is not intended;
» violation of the manufacturer’s rules and recom-
mendations for the operation of the Product and/or its
components, as set out in the user’s Manual and other
regulatory documents related to the Product compo-
nents;
» the presence of damage that occurred as a result of
an accident, collision, ooding, re or natural disaster;
» modication of the Product and/or its components,
violation of adjustments that may cause a defect;
» performing maintenance and repairs not by special-
ists of service stations authorized dealers;
» damage that appeared during transportation;
» discoloration, damage, corrosion, or deterioration
of the appearance, quality of components due to at-
mospheric exposure or natural wear;
» damage or deletion of the HIN, motor, etc .;
» ncorrect preparation of Products for use (for ex-
ample, incorrect installation of an outboard motor on
a boat, in the case of self-installation of the motor by
the nal owner and/or dealer, etc.);
» growth of microorganisms on Product parts that
are in the water.
Due to the specics of the production technology and
manual welding of the thin sheet rolled aluminum

the following are not considered defects: traces of
seam welding, welding (joining) of some components,
traces of nish grinding, small production defects of
the metal surface, insignicant non-planar elements
of the bottom and other at components of the boat
that have no inuence on the reliability or operation
of the boat.
Due to the fact that production of welded boats from
al/mag alloy involves a complicated technological pro-
cess requiring high qualications and special skills of
the production personnel, all actions of the customer
(distributor, dealer, agent, end consumer, etc.) aimed
at a possible change of design, equipment or tting-
out of the boat, or meant to eliminate any occurring
damage or faults must be approved in writing by the
manufacturer. Lack of such approval deprives the
customer of the warranty repair rights.
Since the boats are delivered unpainted, the appear-
ance of salt or other traces on metal and other parts
of the boat, which may appear because of splashing
during transportation on the trailer, precipitation, or
other natural phenomena, shall not be considered
enough grounds for claims.
Warranty period
The warranty period for the Product is calculated
from the date of its sale by the dealer to the nal
buyer, and is 2 ( two) calendar years.
Buyer’s responsibility
During the warranty period, the buyer is entitled
to free elimination by an ocial vboats dealer of a
defect recognized by the manufacturer as a warranty
event.
At the same time:
the buyer is responsible for observing the operating
rules and maintaining the Product in accordance with
the user’s Manual;
the buyer pays for the periodic maintenance of the
Product, as well as for the replacement of consuma-
bles and components that are subject to natural
wear;
the buyer pays for the installation/disassembly of
units and diagnostics of systems if the defect is rec-
ognized as non-warranty
the buyer pays for the delivery of the boat and/or its
components to the place of warranty repair and back.
If any warranty case occurs, the buyer should contact
VBOATS nearest dealer.
