1. SWITCHING SCALE ON
1.2 Switch Scale On

Press the key, LED will light up. “POWER ON DELAY” for 1.5 sec. The unit will then perform
a start-up procedure

The menu is first displayed followed by a countdown from 9 to 0. “ON” 600ms | “OFF” 400ms
Displays: Model Voltage Ver X , ex: 3000 DC 6.4 Ver C0
2. OERATION FUNCTION

Press the key, to “ZERO”the unit once it’s stable, then Gross Weight will display zero.
2.2. Tare

Press the key, to “TARE” the unit once it’s stable, then the Gross Weight will be cleared
and the display will show zero.

Press the key and “CK-on” or “CK-off” will be displayed.

2.6. Parts Counting

Under PCS mode, press and hold the key for 3 sec., “SP = 5”is displayed

Press the key to select the number of samples: 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500

2.7. Setting High and Low Weighing Limits for Check Weighing

When “CK-on”is displayed in check weigh mode, press and hold the key for 3 sec.,
When “SET-Hi” is displayed, press the key to enter high weight limit settings and press the
or key to set. Press the key, “SET- Lo” is displayed.

When “SET-Lo” is displayed, press the key to enter low weight limit settings, and press the
or key to set. Press the key, “SET-Li” is displayed;

When “SET-Li” is displayed, press the key to enter check weigh mode settings. Press the
key to set high weight limit “Lim-Hi” or low weight limit “Lim-Lo” or alarm inside the
range “Lim-in” or alarm outside the range “Lim-Un”. Press the key, “Lim-CK” is displayed.

When “Lim-CK” is displayed, press the key to enter check weighing mode settings. Press
the key to set stable “Lim-St” or the alarm for unstable “Lim-uS”, then press the key,
“Lim-BZ”(buzzer settings) is displayed.

When “Lim-BZ” is displayed, press the key to enter check weighing buzzer settings. Press
the key to set buzzer to quiet “Lim-BZ” or alarm “Lim-Mu”, then press the key to
return to weighing mode.
2.8. Using Function Settings

When “CK-off” is displayed in check weighing mode, Press and hold the key for 3 sec. to
enter use function settings, the LED displays “SPED-X” (weighing speed)

When “SPED-X” is displayed, press the key to set weighing speed: “SPED-F” = fast, “SPED-
M” = middle, “SPED-S” = slow, then press the key, “A J-X”(dynamic weighing) is
displayed.

When “A J-X” is displayed, press the key to set dynamic weighing, ”A J-0~A J-9”indicates
that 0~9 sensibility is locked, then press the key, “APF-XX”(auto power-off) is displayed.

When “APF-XX” is displayed, press the key to set automatic power-off time,”APF- 0”=
no automatic power off, “APF-10”= power off in 10 min., “APF-20”= power off in 20min.,”
APF-30”= power off in 30min., “APF-60”= power off in 60min., then press the key, “P S-
XXX”(power saving mode) is displayed.

When “P S-XXX” is displayed, press the key to set power saving. “P S- on” turn on power
saving mode, “P S- off” turn off power saving mode, then press the key, “Save-X”(initial
unit saving) is displayed.

“Save-X” is displayed, press the key to set initial unit saving: ”Save-Y” save the unit when
turning scale on, “Save-N” does not save the unit when turning scale on. To return to weighing
mode, press the key.
3. PARAMETER FUNCTION SETTINGS
3.1. Initial Value Setting

to set initial values.
3.2. Linear Calibration (make sure the weighing units are set to kg)

Press the key to calibrate zero point when there is no load on weighing plate, the LED
display will show C-ZERO stable, then it will show on1

calibrate 1/3 capacity when weight is placed, the LED display will show ------ stable , then it

calibrate 2/3 capacity when weight is placed, the LED display will show ------ stable , then it
will show on3

calibrate full capacity when weight is placed, the LED display will show ------ stable , then it
will show PASS then it will return to weighing mode after countdown
3.3. Single Point Calibration (make sure the weighing units are set to kg)

Press the key to calibrate the zero point there is no load on weighing plate, the LED
display will show C-ZERO stable , then it will show SPAN

When 1/3 of the load capacity is placed on scale, the LED display will show on1 stable , then
it will show PASS then it will return to weighing mode after countdown

When 2/3 of the load capacity is placed on scale, the LED display will show on2 stable, then
it will show PASS then it will return to weighing mode after countdown

7. WARRANTY INFORMATION
VELAB, Co. offers Limited Warranty (Parts and Labor) for components that fail due to defects in
materials or assembly. The guarantee starts from the delivery date.
During the warranty period, if any repair is necessary, the customer must inform the supplier or VELAB,
Co. The company or its authorized technician reserves the right to repair or replace any component at
its own discretion. Any shipping costs involved in sending defective units to a repair center are the
responsibility of customers.
The warrantee will be canceled if the equipment is not returned in the original packaging and the
correct processed claim documentation. All claims are the sole discretion of VELAB, Co.
This warranty does not cover equipment with defects or poor performance caused by abuse, accidental
damage, exposure to radioactive or corrosive materials, negligence, defective installation, unauthorized
modifications, repair or failure to follow the requirements and recommendations stated in user manual.
Repairs carried out under the warranty do not extend the warranty period. Components removed during
warranty repairs become the property of the company.
