1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

wires can cause life-threatening electroshocks. Do not
disassemble or open the housing yourself. Have the device
repaired by qualified personnel.
DO NOT disassemble or open the cover. There are no user-
serviceable parts inside the device. Refer to an authorized dealer
for service and/or spare parts.
Caution: possibly hazardous optical radiation emitted from this
product. Do not look at operating lamp. Eye injury may result.
Caution: device heats up during use.
Respect a minimum distance of 1 m between the device’s
light output and any illuminated surface.

Keep this device away from extreme temperatures.

when operating the device.
Do not use the luminaire with a cracked or broken
protective glass. Have it repaired by a qualified
technician.
Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually
using it.
All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage
caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the
warranty.
Only use the device for its intended purpose. All other uses may lead to
short circuits, burns, electroshocks, lamp explosion, crash, etc. Using
the device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.
Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not
covered by the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for
any ensuing defects or problems.
Use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.

6. Operation
Charging
The EWL311xW-R/EWL312xW-R is a battery-operated floodlight that needs
to be charged before first use. Proceed as follows:
1. Make sure to switch off the floodlight first by placing the on-off
button [3] on 0.
2. Insert the plug from the charger into the charger input [4].
3. Insert the charger into the mains.
Important note:
The floodlight MUST be switched off before and during charging!
Use
1. Place the floodlight on a suitable location.
2. Switch on the floodlight with the on-off button [3] and choose the
power rate (I: half power, II: full power).
3. Switch off after use.
Mounting bracket
1. Slightly loosen the fixing knob [1].
2. Adjust the mounting bracket [2] as desired.
3. Re-tighten the fixing knob [1].
7. Cleaning and Maintenance
All screws should be tight and free of corrosion.
The housing, the visible parts, the mounting supports and the
installation location (e.g. ceiling, suspension, trussing) should not be
deformed, modified or tampered with; e.g. do not drill extra holes in
mounting supports, do not change the location of the connections…
Mechanically moving parts must not show any signs of wear and tear.
If the protective glass is damaged, have it repaired immediately by a
qualified technician. Do not use the lamp with a cracked or broken
protective glass.
Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use
alcohol or solvents.
There are no user-serviceable parts.
Contact your dealer for spare parts if necessary.

1. Inleiding

2. Veiligheidsinstructies
Houd dit toestel buiten het bereik van kinderen en onbevoegden.
Elektrocutiegevaar bij het openen van het toestel. Raak geen
kabels aan die onder stroom staan om dodelijke elektrische
schokken te vermijden. Open de behuizing niet zelf. Laat het
onderhoud van het toestel over aan een geschoolde vakman.

Demonteer of open dit toestel NOOIT. Er zijn geen
onderdelen in het toestel die door de gebruiker gerepareerd
kunnen worden. Voor onderhoud of reserveonderdelen,
contacteer uw dealer.
Opgelet: mogelijk gevaarlijke optische straling uitgezonden door
dit product. Kijk nooit rechtstreeks in de lichtbron. Dit kan leiden
tot oogletsels.
Opgelet: de behuizing wordt zeer warm tijdens het gebruik.
Zorg voor een minimumafstand van 1 m tussen de
lichtuitgang van het toestel en het belichte oppervlak.
3. Algemene richtlijnen
Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie achteraan deze
handleiding.
Bescherm dit toestel tegen extreme temperaturen.
Bescherm het toestel tegen schokken. Vermijd brute kracht
tijdens de bediening.
Gebruik het verlichtingstoestel niet indien het
beschermglas gebarsten of gebroken is. Laat het
onmiddellijk herstellen door een geschoolde
technicus.
Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat
gebruiken.
Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen aan het
toestel. Schade door wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan
het toestel, valt niet onder de garantie.
Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Andere
toepassingen kunnen leiden tot kortsluitingen, brandwonden,
elektrische schokken, enz. De garantie vervalt automatisch bij
ongeoorloofd gebruik.
De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde
richtlijnen in deze handleiding. Uw dealer is niet aansprakelijk voor
defecten of problemen die hierdoor veroorzaakt zijn.
Gebruik de oorspronkelijke verpakking tijdens het transport.

6. Gebruik
Opladen
De EWL311xW-R/EWL312xW-R is een werklamp op accu die opgeladen
moet worden voor het eerste gebruik. Ga als volgt te werk:
1. Schakel de werklamp eerst uit door de aan- uitschakelaar op 0 te
zetten [3].
2. Steek de stekker van de lader in de laderingang [4].
3. Steek de lader in het stopcontact.
Belangrijke opmerking:
De werklamp moet uitgeschakeld zijn voor en tijdens het opladen!
Gebruik
1. Plaats de schijnwerper op een geschikte plaats.
2. Schakel de werklamp aan en uit met de aan-uitschakelaar [3] en kies
het gewenste vermogen (I: half vermogen, II: vol vermogen)
3. Schakel uit na gebruik.
Montagebeugel
1. Draai de bevestigingsknop een beetje los [1].
2. Pas de montagebeugel aan [2] naar wens.
3. Span de bevestigingsknop [1]terug aan.

7. Reiniging en onderhoud
Alle gebruikte schroeven moeten goed zijn aangespannen en mogen
geen sporen van roest vertonen.
Behuizing, zichtbare onderdelen, montagebeugels en -plaats (bv. het
plafond of het gebinte) mogen niet vervormd zijn of aangepast worden
(geen extra gaten in montagebeugels, aansluitingen niet verplaatsen,
enz.).
Mechanisch bewegende delen mogen geen sporen van slijtage vertonen
en mogen niet onregelmatig bewegen.
Indien het beschermende glas beschadigd is, dit onmiddellijk laten
herstellen door een geschoold technicus. Gebruik het verlichtingstoestel
niet indien het beschermglas gebarsten of gebroken is.
Maak het toestel geregeld schoon met een vochtige, niet pluizende
doek. Gebruik geen alcohol of oplosmiddelen.
De gebruiker mag geen onderdelen vervangen.
Bestel eventuele reserveonderdelen bij uw dealer.

2. Consignes de sécurité

jamais démonter ou ouvrir le boîtier soi-même. Confier la

NE JAMAIS désassembler ou ouvrir le boîtier. Il n’y a aucune
pièce réparable par l’utilisateur dans l'appareil. Commander des
pièces de rechange éventuelles chez votre revendeur.
Attention : Possibilité de rayonnements optiques dangereux
émis par ce produit. Ne jamais regarder directement dans le
faisceau lumineux de la lampe. Cela peut causer des lésions
oculaires.
Attention : l'appareil chauffe pendant l’usage.

3. Directives générales
Se référer à la garantie de service et de qualité Velleman® en fin de ce
mode d'emploi.
Protéger cet appareil contre les températures extrêmes.
Protéger cet appareil des chocs. Traiter l'appareil avec
circonspection pendant l’opération.
Ne pas utiliser le luminaire si le verre de protection
est fissuré ou cassé. Confier la réparation à un
technicien qualifié.
Se familiariser avec le fonctionnement de l’appareil avant de l’utiliser.
Toute modification est interdite pour des raisons de sécurité. Les
dommages occasionnés par des modifications par le client ne tombent
pas sous la garantie.
N’utiliser l'appareil qu’à sa fonction prévue. Tout autre usage peut
causer des courts-circuits, des brûlures, des électrochocs, d'explosions
de lampe, des chutes, etc. Un usage impropre annule d'office la
garantie.
La garantie ne s’applique pas aux dommages survenus en négligeant
certaines directives de cette notice et votre revendeur déclinera toute
responsabilité pour les problèmes et les défauts qui en résultent.

6. Emploi
Recharger
Le EWL311xW-R/EWL312xW-R est un projecteur fonctionnant sur batterie
Li-ion qui doit être chargé avant la première utilisation. Procéder comme
suit :
1. S'assurer d'éteindre le projecteur d'abord en plaçant le bouton
marche-arrêt [3] sur 0.
2. Insérer la fiche du chargeur dans l'entrée du chargeur [4].
3. Brancher le chargeur sur le secteur.
Remarques importantes :
Le projecteur doit être éteint avant et pendant le chargement !
Utilisation
1. Installer le projecteur dans un endroit approprié.
2. Allumer le projecteur avec le bouton on-off [3] et choisir la puissance
(I : demi-puissance, II : pleine puissance).
3. Éteindre après usage.
Support ajustable
1. Desserrer légèrement l’écrou de fixation [1].
2. Régler le support de montage [2] comme voulu.
3. Resserrer l’écrou de fixation [1].
7. Nettoyage et entretien
Serrer les écrous et les vis et vérifier qu’ils ne rouillent pas.
Le boîtier, les parties visibles, les supports de montage et la
construction portante ne peuvent pas être déformés, adaptés ou
bricolés p. ex. pas de trous additionnels dans un support, ne pas
déplacer les connexions etc.
Les parties mécaniques mobiles ne peuvent pas être usées ou bouger
de manière irrégulière.
Si la vitre de protection est endommagée, la faire réparer
immédiatement par un technicien qualifié. Ne pas utiliser le luminaire si
le verre de protection est fissuré ou cassé.
Essuyer régulièrement l’appareil avec un chiffon humide non pelucheux.
Éviter l’usage d’alcool et de solvants.
Il n’y a aucune pièce réparable par l’utilisateur.
Commander des pièces de rechange éventuelles chez votre revendeur.

3. Normas generales
Véase la Garantía de servicio y calidad Velleman® al final de este
manual del usuario.
No exponga este equipo a temperaturas extremas.
Proteja el aparato contra choques y golbes. Evite usar excesiva
fuerza durante el manejo y la instalación.
No utilice el aparato si el vidrio de protección está
roto o agrietado. La reparación la debe efectuar un
técnico cualificado.
Familiarícese con el funcionamiento del aparato antes de utilizarlo.
Por razones de seguridad, las modificaciones no autorizadas del aparato
están prohibidas. Los daños causados por modificaciones no
autorizadas, no están cubiertos por la garantía.
Utilice sólo el aparato para las aplicaciones descritas en este manual a
fin de evitar p.ej. cortocircuitos, quemaduras, descargas eléctricas, etc.
Su uso incorrecto anula la garantía completamente.

6. Funcionamiento
Recargar
El EWL311xW-R/EWL312xW-R es una lámpara LED portátil que funciona con
una batería que se debe cargar antes del primer uso. Proceda de la forma
siguiente:
1. Desactive la lámpara LED al poner el botón ON/OFF [3] en la posición
0.
2. Introduzca el conector del cargador en la entrada [4].
3. Enchufe el cargador a una toma eléctrica adecuada.
Observación importante:
¡Asegúrese de que la lámpara LED esté desactivada antes y durante la
carga!
Uso
1. Ponga la lámpara LED en un lugar adecuado.
2. Active la lámpara LED al poner el botón ON/OFF [3] y seleccione la
potencia (I: potencia 50%, II: potencia máx.).
3. Desactive el aparato después del uso.

Soporte de montaje
1. Desatornille ligeramente el botón de fijación [1].
2. Ajuste el soporte [2] como lo desea.
3. Vuelva a atornillar el botón de fijación [1].
7. Limpieza y mantenimiento
Apriete bien las tuercas y los tornillos y verifique que no hay señales de
oxidación.
No modifique la carcasa, los soportes y las ópticas p.ej. no taladre
agujeros adicionales en un soporte o no modifique las conexiones, etc.
Las partes móviles no pueden mostrar ningún rastro de desgaste y
deben estar bien equilibradas.
Si el vidrio de protección está dañado, deje que un técnico cualificado lo
repare. No utilice el aparato si el vidrio de protección está roto o
agrietado.
Limpie el aparato regularmente con un paño húmedo sin pelusas. No
utilice alcohol ni disolventes.
El usuario no habrá de efectuar el mantenimiento de ninguna pieza.
Contacte con su distribuidor si necesita piezas de recambio.
