Upright freezer

The freezer is approved for long term storage at -18°C
At an ambient temperature of 25˚C and when the thermostat knob
is set at 7 (coldest), the lowest possible temperature of the upright is
-25˚C
Please note: Only 4-star freezers are approved for freezing fresh
food products.

Reversing door fitted with door closer - top
1. Open door and loosen 2 screws below the top panel
(Do only loosen)
2. Hereafter, dismantle top panel from the electric panel.
Before proceeding to the next step, you should lie down
the upright on the back plate. This makes reversing the
door easier and more safe!
3. Unscrew two 4 mm screws.
Remember to hold down the hinge,
because this is tightened by the
spring on the door .
4. The hinge will swing out to the left
if the upright is hinged right.
Can following be dismounted.
5. Pull pin free 6. Spring Bush
Remember that all parts are to be used at the opposite side, however,
a new hinge is necessary.

1. Unscrew 2 screws in kick plate
2. Dismantle kick plate from the cabinet and dismount
screw for spring and screw for wire clamp, and pull
plug from connector. Hereafter, pull wire free through
the hole in the kick plate.
3. Dismount bottom hinge
4. Also, dismount lock fittings on the opposite side.
Rotate through 180˚and refit on the opposite side.

Mounting door fitted with door closer – hinged left
1. Mount bottom hinge.
2. Mount spring, wire clamp, and plug.
3. Mount wire clamp and kick plate.
4. Push torsion spring and bush into the door, mount pin!

5. Mount top hinge on pin as shown on the photo.
Push the hinge counter clockwise in order to tighten
the spring.
6. Adjust door and mount top hinge.

1. Push lamp screen to the left.
2. Dismantle lamp screen from socket
3. Turn fluorescent tube and dismantle from sockets.
4. Starting switch (electronic). 5. Unscrew 2 screws and pull fixture free.

Access to evaporator, bimetallic thermostat, heating element, and ventilator
1. Unscrew 2 screws from evaporator casing.
2. Carefully, tip evaporator casing and
remove heat shield (EPS).
3. Location of bimetallic thermostat.
4. Dismount plastic rivets
to access heating
element and evaporator.
Push out pin completely and
dismount entire plastic rivet.
5. Heating element is fitted below the evaporator.
6. Dismount plastic rivets in
evaporator shield and the
ventilator can be accessed.

Bimetallic thermostat for evaporator ventilator. Ventilator only operates when the door
is shut. Cuts in at -2˚C and cuts out at +13˚C
Bimetallic thermostat switches off door heat during defrosting.
Cuts in at -2˚C and cuts out at +13˚C
Wire comes back to transformer, door heat (cutting off of current/signal from
bimetallic thermostat)
24 V for ventilator from transformer.
